Fornøyd med stand og renslighet. Men jeg bestilte stedet for airport shuffle, noe ikke tilbydde likevel. Måtte betale ekstra byskatt ved annkomst, men det var vanlig at alle gjør. Plasseringen var dårlig med tanke på andre alternativer. Og trafikken utenfor kunne høres. Ellers hadde de shuffle til restauranter, og servicen var utmerket Hjelpsomme morsomme staff som ordnet med alt og bydde på seg selv for å ha klart frukosten til meg ved tidlig avreise! Står det på stand og service vil jeg si tipp topp, men med tanke på overraskelser som ikke airport shuffle, byskatt og parkering blir vurderingen min slik.

De lokatie ligt midden in het nieuw te bouwen Hydpark. Zeer slechte parkeervoorziening. Hotel rekent volgens de site 22,50. Echt belachelijk. Wij hebben in de woonwijk geparkeerd dit was 5 min lopen naar hotel.

Hotel is makkelijk te vinden, maar heeft echt te weinig parkeerplekken. Rondom hotel zijn ze overal aan het bouwen. De kamer was echt outdated, vlekken, kapotte bekleding bed, kapot en missend plankje in douche, schimmel in voegen douche. Personeel was echt heel vriendelijk en het ontbijt was redelijk. 3 sterren is eigenlijk teveel.

A shuttle to and from the airport is very well needed. The trip to the hotel from the airport is complicated if you carry heavy baggage and it is very expensive if you go by taxi. The staff is super friendly and kind.

The room and front desk staff were wonderful. We stayed there on New Years Eve, unaware of the crazy history the Netherlands has with fire works and this night (seriously, you should look it up), but they had ear plugs ready for us. My only complaint was that the bed was quite hard, but I think that is just a European thing. (Spoiled American.) The bathroom was super nice, and the inside is very tastefully done. The outside of the building looks a little worse for wear, but you'd never know once you get inside. Just be aware that there is no shuttle to get you to the airport. They suggest taking a Taxi or Uber, but the train station is only a 10 minute walk and it's just one stop away from Schipol. They also have busses that will take you there as well for a typical public transportation cost.

The construction around the hotel makes the surroundings less than the best. However, they have a relationship with a couple of local restaurants for shuttle or delivery. We chose the Mexican restaurant and it was excellent. A great added service from the hotel.

Malisimo, se hacen llamar Aeropuerto Schipol, no estan cerca del Aeropuerto, dice a unos pasos de la estacion del tren, si pero de Hoofdddorp y pasos segun quien, para una persona mayor y con maletas caminar todo eso es complicado, la zona esta en construcción , baja accesibilidad mucha distancia obras, señales polvo baches. El hotel sucio las alfombras vomitadas, las duchas con hongos, ventanas que no cierran bien y cortinas rotas. Desayuno demasiado simple y mala relacion precio calidad. Es molesto que engañen, uno no conoce destancias y lo elegi por cercania al aeropuerto y fue la peor elección. Ni siquiera lo piensen, elijan otro hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Be aware that this area is outside the Amsterdam tram system. If you want to take a tram from here then you will have to pay additional for the fare or for the multi-day transportation pass. Our bedroom was comfortable except for the fact that there are no drawers or cupboards for storing clothes. See the photo. There were only six hangers and a couple of shelves in the room. Disappointing. The hotel web site does not tell you that there is considerable construction around it. The view from both windows of our room was really disappointing. See the photos. The shower is very nice and the bathroom is good. Breakfast is good. We liked the stylish breakfast eating area. The staff was accommodating to special requests. One thing the hotel needs to change is the fact that a large, smelly ashtray is situated just outside the main door, next to the bench. You can't sit on the bench because of the smell. And the smell of cigarettes enters the lobby through the doors. Most businesses have a requirement that smoking be done at least 10 m from a doorway. We feel that should also be the case here. We pointed this out to the staff but there was no change while we were in the hotel. Manager please note. The carpets in our floor had stains and were worn in spots. There was no safe in the room. There is a lovely park two minutes away from the hotel with live animals and walking areas. A very relaxing space.

The staff were good, though there was never enough of them. Waited forty minutes to be served a beer, the girl on check in was also serving the bar and she had an difficult customer checking in and had nobody to assist her. The room was clean and fresh apart frim the carpet which had numerous dodgy looking stains on it, its time the carpet was replaced i wouldnt walk bare footed on it.

Serious issues with poor maintenance and housekeeping plague this hotel. The first room we were given, the carpetnwas soaking wet. The second roon stunk like a washing machine that had wet clothes in it for a month. After two additional room attempts, one that was clean and odor free was located. The hotel location is not great. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station and there is no bus. The hotel says it is an airport option, bit its a train ride and long walk to get there and they do not offer a shuttle. The breakfast is just okay. The coffee is mediocre. The staff in the lobby and bar are lovely and super helpful. The issues with this hotel stem from poor management and bad housekeeping.

I really appreciated how clean the room was—they also claim to use hospital grade disinfectants, which is fantastic for a germaphobe like me. I was initially a bit nervous to stay here as some of the reviews stated the rooms were not in great condition; however, I found that my stay was very clean and comfortable. There wasn’t any noisy construction, as mentioned in reviews, during my time here; however, they do provide ear plugs in the room if needed. The staff is very helpful and attentive as well—no complaints about them. The only minor issue is just a few specks/stains on the floor and some scribbles on the wall. Other than that, I would stay here again!

For the amount of room charges, amenities were very limited. The rooms were extremely tiny; not even dental or shaving kit provided. No dental kit even on request. Breakfast very basic level; and no food available except breakfast and pizza made on order. No options for any other meals. I understand this is a basic level hotel, but in that case the cost must be kept substantially lower for the kind of facilities provided. Even after five day stay, hotel created a big fuss in allowing 1-2 hours late checkout and asked for ten euros per hours. Seems to only want to extract money for everything.

Construction works all around hotel with work going on all through the night. Multiple stains on walls and carpets. Staff incompetent, asked for a bottle of wine was charged for 2 glasses and then for a full bottle (total €43!!!!) rather than just for the bottle we asked for.

The receptionist very kindly arranged for an early check in and brought me a piece of pizza while I waited for my room! The room was provided earlier than the official check in time which was a great help. The location is surrounded by construction and 1 km walk to the nearest train station. Some carpet stains and damage and bathroom floor stains. Comfortable bed. They charge to store guest luggage after check out.

The service was absolutely incredible. Eva and Giulliana not only managed to take care of our large party checking in, but also serve several other customers in multiple languages without missing a single beat. The breakfast was wonderful and if I am ever back in Amsterdam, I would hope to see these wonderful and generous staff members again.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, for several serious reasons. First of all, I booked this hotel through Hotels.com and I still have the official booking confirmation. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the staff claimed that our reservation had been canceled because the hotel price was higher than the price I had booked. They then forced us to pay almost 70% more than the original reservation amount, leaving us with no real choice. This situation felt like a form of deception and fraud. Secondly, the rooms were extremely dirty. The toilet had clearly not been cleaned, and the bed sheets had brown stains, which is completely unacceptable. From a cleanliness point of view, I would give this hotel zero out of ten. Regarding customer service, I would also give zero out of ten. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and unfair. For all these reasons, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel.

What I like about the place is the location, a good 10-15 walk away from Hoofddorp station. The area is quiet and you feel safe. Next is the price of the room, which is way cheaper than other budget hotels, and they offer free continental breakfast. The room is just okay. Nothing grand. Just necessities like towels, body wash and shampoo. There's a kettle that works if you find the right pressure to turn it on. The bedside light does not work. You need to have your own plug/adapter for your phone because it's a 2-pin socket. The bed and pillow are also okay. There is building work outside, but it didn't bother us as we were out and about during the day. The Reception people are not overly friendly. Most of the time I passed them, they are zoning out and kind of indifferent. Overall, I get what I paid for. Pretty basic, just somewhere to rest at the end of a long-day sightseeing.

Perfect service from staff. I would have given this hotel 5 star if there was a free shuttle bus to and from the Amsterdam Airport. It was so expensive getting Uber or taxi to the hotel and the area is not close to anything.

This isn't a luxury hotel but it is ok. Due to building works surrounding the hotel the walk to the nearby station took longer than normal. Be prepared to walk along some unlit roads if returning to the hotel from the station late at night. The carpet in the bedroom needed replacing and one of the bed bases looked shabby. The staff on reception were really helpful and some issues I had were dealt with quickly. The free breakfast selection was generous and made the stay good value.

Wish we had known that the train from Airport or City Center is so close. First taxi ride to get there was 30euros. Front desk told us about the train- very helpful thereafter and cost effective!! This location will be fantastic once all the construction around it is completed. Thanks!

Too far from train station for walking and not convenient to carry luggage , if staying near to airport. Holiday inn needs to mandatorily provide own or public shuttle facilities. It is a shame to be close to airport and have long walk to nearest train station

Area is commercial and building going on. Not really close walking to multiple eateries. Breakfast buffet included was excellent. Room was too cold for me. Requested extra blanket and heat. Portable heater and blanket arrived. Was toasty after that. 15 min walk to huge mall with multiple eating spots. 8 min walk to train. Apparently heat system had switched to AC for season so heater could not work but AC could be turned off.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten Lage mit einigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, nah am Bahnhof. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Personal war auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

A lot of construction going on in this area. That makes it noisy early in the morning and during the day. No restaurants in vicinity neither in the hotel. Breakfast is very poor and no variety if you stay for a couple of days. furniture in breakfast area are old

Nice and clean hotel, super friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet, I just wished they had options for vegan people, but a lady in charge helped us make a plate for my vegan son. The hotel is in a walkable distance from the train station, a lot of construction around the area though. We liked it, and we would stay again
