The hot water wasn’t working and had to change rooms. Water pressure was not all that good either. Breakfast was on par for a much cheaper hotel. Overall if they fixed the hot water issues it’d be a decent stay.

Way too muck noice Fromm adjoining room and staff did not respond in kind. Could not sleep due to pounding noice above our room. No alternate room was available to move to. Staff refused to offer anything for our inconvenience. Very disappointing stay.

During my stay, I noticed that housekeeping visited my room to inspect and tidy things up, which I understand may be part of your procedures. The entire staff was amazing! Everyone I interacted with was so helpful and very pleasant. We couldn’t sleep because some stranger had a key to our room. The staff was very apologetic and trying to find out who it was.

This property is fantastic 👌 I loved the space inside the room and the front desk staff's was really nice and accommodating, the food is is really good 👍, and the cook's staffs were really lovely, and attending to your needs, i highly recommended this hotel for everyone. It's family friendly. And it's close to Texas Roadhouse, people.

I booked and put in notes. I needed a handy cap room with walk in shower. Called to verify I had the shower. And was told yes. I called the day before we left. They said yes all was in order as I requested. Got to hotel. No handy cap room. No walk in shower. They said they were going to Walmart and buying a shower chair and would be in the room when we got back from the beach. No chair. No shower grips on the shower floor. I slipped and fell in the tub my knee and foot got jammed had to call EMS. To help me out of the tub. Banged up and very I'm very embarrassed

The water was extremely hot to shower. We told them. Maintenance went to the room twice. 2nd time he said to give it a few mins for the cold water to work, but if it didnt to just let it run. We did let it run, but it just kept getting hotter. We did not tell them again, because the guy was annoyed.
