Hotel Elizabeth Cebu

The hotel was wonderful. The staff, just everyone so nice. There is a woman who sings and plays acustic guitar at night, very pleasent. Your in center city so yes traffic but still easy get taxie, shopping mail is only like 8 minutes to walk. It a great place, and yes very hot water for shower. This will be one of my main stays when i visit again.

This is my second time staying here. I really enjoy there breakfast buffet its the best hotel breakfast. I love staying here for a couple of nights when first arriving to Cebu. When visiting Cebu and Bohol start your vacation right by staying here.

Cost effective, good standards, only issue it ran short of breakfast food day one, day two great.

Staff were great on checking and all other times we interacted. Room clean and tidy and food was much improved and really nice, credit to Hotel Elizabeth, right up there.

The rooms were very clean and well kept. The shower water pressure was very high and very hot. That alone gets a 5-star. However, the food quality (ie the fish products) from their restaurant needs to be better managed.

Hotel Elizabeth was very nice, particularly the lobby set up.with a nice restaurant, bar, and outstanding service. Also the live acoustic music is wonderful and happens 6 nights a week.

Convenient to dining and around the city. They need seating area in the lobby (if not you sit in their bar/dining area). Shower curtains needs to replaced and scrub the walls of the shower walls. Other than that, staff are friendly (excellent service) and buffet breakfast has lots of choices including omelet bar.

We had the Family room with kitchen, as soon as we enter the bedroom there’s tiny cockroaches on the floor & everywhere.

Overall rigtig fint, god service og pæne værelser. Lagnerne var dog ikke 100% rene. Meget fin lokation beliggende tæt på Ayala Mall

I would be nice to change fresh beddings. When we got to the room it smells like the beddings was there for months. That"s my honest opinion. Thanks Staff are friendly.

The staff and guest service was amazing. This made up for the dated-ness of the furniture and the room. Unfortunately, we experience tiny cockroaches that came out of the bathroom drain. Hence the lower score on cleanliness. We weren't too freaked out but other guest in the future may well be. We would definitely still recommend this hotel to family and friends staying in Cebu City.

Always a pleasure staying at Elizabeth hotel. Rooms is huge and big comfy beds. Only few steps to Ayala mall and the staff were courteous enough to grant our request for late check out. The only downside was the strong smell from the carpet floor.

The key card did not work more than one time. It was ridiculous. House cleaning makes the bed and that’s it. There’s a soda cup on the floor of the bathroom that I’ve just been waiting for the house cleaning to pick up. They have reused water bottles with sink water in them. It’s super gross. Hallways stink. Pay the extra $15 USD and stay at waterfront down the street.

Very nice hotel with big rooms and comfortable beds. Just a few steps to Ayala mall. The only downside was that we’ve arrived at 16:30 and the room were not ready for occupancy so we had to wait at their cafeteria until the room were ready.

Stayed many times, this time room was poor ish, beds, 3 singles left us with backaches, bathroom needs maintenance like lose toilet seat. Good though, staff nice as.

家族5人で2部屋　セブ島に着いた日に１泊　マクタン島リゾートへ行く前日に泊まりました。サントニーニョ教会、マゼランクロス、サンペトロ要塞などはタクシーで10分。アヤラセンターには徒歩5分の便利さです。朝食ブュッフェもとても良かったです。ホテルの方もとても親切で、2才の孫の椅子の手配など気遣いしていただきました。お部屋も広くて良かったのですが、私達夫婦の部屋のシャワーが水しか出ませんでした。主人は水で入ったそうで、私は娘の部屋でシャワーをしました。とても残念でした。 買い物、近くを観光するには便利なホテルでした。

The staff were all great, breakfast was amazing. The room we were at needs an upgrade, it was outdated. Spacious room, nice working desk.

Very busy but reception did their best, TV no channels in room, fridge did not work. It does appear Hotel Elizabeth standards have slipped, we have stayed many times there.

I stayed here for a week in October. Lots of Rain! The room was very comfortable. Staff were very responsive. The room was a very good value. I only checked-out because the nightly rate almost doubled. I would gladly return to this property.

I have stayed at this property many times over the last seven years and found the staff to be excellent. The hotel is rather aged, but they do their best to keep it looking as good as possible. Breakfast on some days is superb and other days, often lacking of food selection, and often times they do not refill in a timely fashion. I am surprised that they can have anywhere from 30 to 150 people, dining for breakfast, and yet they have one small toaster that can handle two pieces of bread. The restaurant staff is very pleasant and efficient and keep the area very clean. I keep coming back because it's the kind of hotel that can make you feel at home. One of the best highlights is the Ayala Center Mall is just a three minute walk and a very large metro grocery store that has absolutely everything at your fingertips. Sometimes breakfast is included in the room charge and other times it is not depending on who you book with and what rate you can find online on third-party websites. But the cost of the breakfast is very reasonable. Should you have to pay and very young children are often charge only once for two children. The location is very centralized and convenient. Are they 24 hour 7-Eleven store just a three minute walk away? The biggest highlight is the front desk, staff and supervisors as they are fast and efficient and pleasant and helpful as can be. The hotel is very safe are they doorman 24 hours a day and the porters are efficient and pleasant.

I stayed one night and asked to cancel the rest of my stay because a super typhoon was approaching and I didn’t feel safe. The hotel said it was ok to that I needed to contact hotels.com for refund.I called Hotels.com and they said they would provide a refund after speaking with the Elizabeth hotel. I left the country thinking everything was taking care of but now I received a email saying the refund couldn’t happen because they could reach the hotel. So now I am in a endless email chain and calling daily to figure out why this is happening. Very unprofessional and not putting customers safety first over profit.

We love this place. Staffs are amazing. Special shout out to Miguel,Laiqa,zeve, Emerson, Junrey at the F&B, Glenies at the FD, Steven at the Housekeeping, too much to mention.All of them are amzing. Excellent hotel. We will be back...

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Simple request to change a 1000 peso note in to small denominations and the hotel could not accommodate. I asked to purchase a item and they could not give change. Very disappointed

Staff are nice and helpful. The location is convenient to reach the shopping mall and restaurants on foot. Easy to get taxi and safe to walk near hotel area.

What was unique about the property was its location and accessibility to other places in town.

The location was great , there is acinvenience store nearby and small coffe shop , ans nit a dar walk to the mall . The room was clean

The attentiveness of the service staff was great. The spaciousness of the room and it's layout were very good. The loop into the hotel made ride pickup and drop off very easy. The breakfast was amazing(at least for my stay). I didn't add it during my booking but purchased morning of and was glad i did. A walk to Ayala Terraces and many nearby eateries. This may become my staple when visiting.
