We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was great. The condo could use a makeover or a refresh. I loved the wood floors. The price was a bit over the top for what we were given but we had lots of fun. Maybe stay on a lower floor as the elevator is very slow.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. A few things that weren’t the greatest, first was the water pressure every 3-4 minutes the pressure would go to a trickle. I did notify the property mgmt and he said it was fixed the night before we left. Which we could tell because the next morning it was much better. Second we traveled with our fur baby and I worried all along she would bark and cause a disturbance but she did great. The first night she barked a couple of times when the elevator would land on our floor which was the 8th floor, the top floor. Maybe the elevator needs to be looked at since it does make a popping noise when it would stop on whatever floor it was supposed to. The bad thing is the main bedroom is right across from the entry door so you do hear a lot of the comings and goings of the other on your floor and again can hear the elevator. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. And was an awesome kitchen at that. I have it five stars on everything except the cleanliness. I think the people who clean could do a better job. But that is my opinion. We would stay there again especially since we travel with my fur baby.

The property was just as shown in the pictures. The balcony has incredible views and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable and sturdy. A great spot to watch the dolphins in the mornings and the sunset in the evening. The location is great in that you are close to shops and restaurants and can get around quickly. The beach is a very short walk from the building (50 yards maybe) and the pool is large. There are chairs and umbrellas on the beach that can be rented or you can bring your own. The sand was soft and white and the water was warm and clear. Check in and check out was very efficient and reaching the owner was easy. This property has reserved covered parking which was also convenient. The kitchen is a good size, the appliances are very nice, great coffee maker, the furniture is comfortable, as are the beds. The bedrooms are down the hall from the living area and kitchen which made the rooms very quiet and having 2 bathrooms was great. The indoor pool at the complex is small but we did see a family utilize it. This is a corner unit so there are extra windows and light in the condo. It was the perfect home base and a great vacation. We highly recommend #804 and will be back again!

This property was as advertised. The property was in very good condition with updated kitchen appliances and all necessary utensils. There are also grills on the property if you want to cook out, which we did. There are tv's in each of the two bedrooms in case you want to break away from the group and the master bath has a jetted tub(we didn't use it but looked good) This is right on the beach as stated which was great. There are also pools on the property (the indoor one was sketchy in my opinion)in case you want a break from the salt and the sand. This property is also close to restaurants and shops which was really convenient. Overall, a really good stay; we'd come back.

We love this unit and have stayed before. Great balcony and view of the sunset and wonderful location. Even though the door automatically locks when closed, I would prefer being able to check that it’s locked from the inside. Would love to be able to stream shows also. Amazing beds, all you need in a kitchen is supplied, and the unit and pool were very clean. Will return and recommend to others.

This is a beautiful condo in a great location with awesome views. Overall the experience was great. There’s not alot of space to walk your dog immediately in front of the condo but just across the highway, down the street, there’s a nice neighborhood. Perfect for dog walking and getting their energy out! I appreciate that there is not a weight restriction on the dogs you can bring. So many condos advertise ‘pet friendly’ but if your pet is over 20 lbs it’s no longer ‘friendly’ for you. Will definitely stay here again and have let other family members know about it as well!

This was a great location on the beach! Our unit was very well decorated and clean when we arrived. The view was amazing. We were also able to check in about an hour early. The space in the unit was laid out great and was very comfortable for our stay. The only issue was the key to the other areas (salt pool and exercise room) was not working so we were not able to use those areas but everything else was fantastic.

The condo was amazing. The view every morning was a dream to wake up to. Dolphin pods arrived every single morning around 7 am. Watching them was mesmerizing. It’s the best way to drink coffee and soak up the beach experience.

This condo is in a great area and I loved that it wasn't a building with a huge number of rooms. Being pet friendly was a major plus. The view from the balcony is amazing and the master bath was very spacious. My only negatives were that the internet connection wasn't good and the kitchen really needs a full set of drinking glasses. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location of the condo. It wasn’t super crowded, but was still right down the road from the main part of Gulf Shores. We enjoyed bringing out 14 year old son and our less than 10 pound dog with us. The rooms were nice and the master bed was phenomenal. We enjoyed the balcony as well. We loved the location of the condo. It wasn’t super crowded, but was still right down the road from the main part of Gulf Shores. We enjoyed bringing out 14 year old son and our less than 10 pound dog with us. The rooms were nice and the master bed was phenomenal. We enjoyed the balcony as well. Check-in process was very smooth, but did not receive an email for the check-out process. I did email Mr. Lance and received an email back rather quickly for a Sunday morning. We will be booking here again in the future!

The property was just as shown in the pictures. The balcony has incredible views and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable and sturdy. A great spot to watch the dolphins in the mornings and the sunset in the evening. The location is great in that you are close to shops and restaurants and can get around quickly. The beach is a very short walk from the building (50 yards maybe) and the pool is large. There are chairs and umbrellas on the beach that can be rented or you can bring your own. The sand was soft and white and the water was warm and clear. Check in and check out was very efficient and reaching the owner was easy. This property has reserved covered parking which was also convenient. The kitchen is a good size, the appliances are very nice, great coffee maker, the furniture is comfortable, as are the beds. The bedrooms are down the hall from the living area and kitchen which made the rooms very quiet and having 2 bathrooms was great. The indoor pool at the complex is small but we did see a family utilize it. This is a corner unit so there are extra windows and light in the condo. It was the perfect home base and a great vacation. We highly recommend #804 and will be back again!

This property was as advertised. The property was in very good condition with updated kitchen appliances and all necessary utensils. There are also grills on the property if you want to cook out, which we did. There are tv's in each of the two bedrooms in case you want to break away from the group and the master bath has a jetted tub(we didn't use it but looked good) This is right on the beach as stated which was great. There are also pools on the property (the indoor one was sketchy in my opinion)in case you want a break from the salt and the sand. This property is also close to restaurants and shops which was really convenient. Overall, a really good stay; we'd come back.

Stayed here for a weekend with my daughter, 4 years old, and it was exactly what we needed. The beachfront view is absolutely amazing—waking up to the water was such a highlight. The beach access was easy and convenient, and we loved having the pool as an option too. Overall, a very relaxing stay and we’d definitely come back!
