The Flamingo Inn is a classic motel property that has been recently renovated. Newer does not mean better and the Flamingo proves this. This property is meticulously maintained. The rooms are spacious (a real perk of older properties). We rented an efficiency. They have new furniture, appliances and linens. The kitchen was well appointed. The refrigerator is apartment sized, not a tiny dorm sized fridge. There was also a stovetop, microwave and coffee maker. There is no oven, but the property has a large gas grill for guests to use which is nice. ( And they provide BBQ tools). The pool was heated which I loved! Unlike many hotels and motels, we were provided with plenty of towels, wash cloths, etc. for our party of three. The pool towels were a nice size and plush. They are so much better than the thin white "dish towels" with a blue stripe that so many properties use. Everything on the property was in perfect working order. The entire staff from housekeeping, maintenance, front desk/manager is friendly and helpful. It was a great place to spend Jeep Beach 2025. We will be back.

Right on the beach. Room was updated and very clean. Nel was so kind and helpful for our entire stay. Pool was heated, nice pool furniture around pool. Very quiet area. Beach was not crowded at all around this property . Would definitely stay here again

Excellent place to stay for a trip to Daytona Beach. It’s literally right on the beach and has its own parking and beach access. Staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. Pet friendly with reasonable rates for your pets. Great place to experience a beach vacation.

Nice little hotel right on the beach. Front desk lady was nice and our room was ready before check-in time. Clean rooms. Nice balcony with chairs and a little table and beach view. Ac worked great, very cold! Pool was clean and heated. Gate access to the beach. Very well light walkways and stairwells. Housekeeping was very friendly. Only things are there were no elevators (only 3 floors though), wifi was kind of spotty our whole stay, parking was a tight fit (but there was always a spot for us). We would stay here again.

We booked two rooms for 7 days and had a fabulous time. The front desk/property manager Nel, is just amazing. Constantly checking in with us to make sure all is well and if we needed anything. Pool is lovely. Steps to the beach. So convenient for our large family with younger kiddos. Will stay again!

All you had to do was ask and they’d give you whatever you needed and would clean the room as needed. Access to the beach was very easy. Only complaints is that the parking lot was very small and would be tight for large vehicles. You’re guaranteed one space per room. And no elevator. I knew it didn’t have an elevator when I booked it so no big deal. Just several steps to top floor which is three floors. This is definitely a good place to stay for people not wanting to pay the prices of the big resorts. I liked it so much I extended two days.

The staff is friendly and always makes sure your taking care of. We had access to the beach and everything was clean. The inn keeper was a beautiful and kind lady that made sure my son and I felt safe. Will definitely be back

The hotel is convenient, parking is so tight if you have a larger vehicle is will be difficult to park and you will have to back in. The view from the last 3 rooms are nice some palms in the way. There are hidden fees if you book from this website. Bring your own sheets and towels. Ours were very dirty and had hair embedded in them. Staff is friendly enough. The pool has seen better days but it’s ok. Cannot be being right on the water. They offer pool towels you get at the desk and have to check out by signing on a clip board. Price for what we got was a little much for 2 nights. Overall an ok stay for 2 nights.

A lot of trash in parking lot trash was not contained correctly. Shower was small constantly hitting wall or sticking to curtain. Photos on Expedia shows a small kitchen which was the reason I picked to stay there. WiFi didn’t work couldn’t watch tv. I will not be coming back

We got an ocean view king room and the view was amazing! Staff was friendly, pool area was nice, room was clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was a bit out of date, shower was small, but other than that, it was a great place to stay. Will definitely be back soon!

This was our second stay at the Flamingo Inn and it was just as wonderful as our first. You would have a hard time finding anywhere else at quaint and clean as the Flamingo Inn. The location on the beach is quiet and beautiful. What really makes this place special is Nell, the property manager. She is the real reason we returned and will continue to return!

Our previous hotel experience in Daytona ended abruptly, and left my wife and I in a bind. The Flamingo Inn and its staff saved our vacation. We were welcomed with a tour and one of the most hospitable people, Nellie, I've ever met. The rooms are newly renovated, and the place is immaculate. The view from the pool is great, and the vibe is very cute and quiet. We will definitely be back. A hidden gem.

House keeping was very friendly but management was rude. She didn’t really listen to anything we said and when we told her the hot water didn’t work, she at first acted like we were lying and then made it seem like we just didn’t know how to work it… after she was under the sink doing something while on the phone with someone before she told me to check it again

Nel was great! Very accommodating for my guest and my cat. The pool was amazing, I could have fallen asleep out there. The lounge chairs were comfy and perfect for laying out by the beach, without all the sand. We were so close to the beach, it really was a great find! We will definitely be back!

The room was very nice, the parking was free and easy to access, and the entire property was very clean. There is easy access to the beach, and there is a pool too. It is centrally located on Atlantic Avenue. Overall, we would book here again and recommend it to friends and family.

My understanding is that this property was damaged during hurricanes Ian/Nicole in 2022, recently having reopened in February of this year. Wonderful property ON the beach. Heated pool exceeded my expectations. So nice to lay on the pool deck and watch the ocean waves with the convenience of dipping in the pool when needed to cool off. Restroom located near pool so that you don’t have to go back to your room. Boutique hotel vibe with quiet, convenient location. All employees went above and beyond to insure all needs were met!! Definitely staying here again.

Great family atmosphere at the Flamingo. Rooms were very clean,beds and pillows were super comfy.Easy parking and close to everything we needed for great vacation! The owner and staff treated us like family from the minute we arrived. Easy beach access was a huge bonus for us we spent several days in the pool area too.Thanks for the great stay Flamingo team...we will be back!
