Residencia El Balata is an exceptional hotel that truly feels like home. it's my second time staying there and will go back. Flight was canceled due to a storm and they refused to refund. I would look into a hotel with moral policies instead.

The property was in nice quiet area, 5 minutes away from the center of town. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. It was my 2nc time staying at this property and I would definitely come back to stay with them.
