Hôtel sale, chambre au 4ème étage (ascenseur en panne), à la réception rodent des personnes clairement suralcoolisées. Nous sommes partis et avons pris un autre hôtel pour la nuit. Très décevant également le service hôtels.com - les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité.

Convenable pour deux courtes nuits bon marché. Deux points décevants : l'entretien (panne d'ascenseur, prises électriques défectueuses, par exemple...), et également l'insonorisation phonique quasiment absente.

Hotellet var meget slidt, elevatoren virkede ikke. De var i gang med at renovere på værelserne ved siden af vores, hvilket medførte en del støj og lugte. De arbejde til ca. kl. 20.00, hvilket betød at der ikke var ro. Ikke et sted vi vil tage hen igen. Dog var personalet venlig

Les gens de cet hôtel sont vraiment sympathiques, mais on ne peut arriver à l'hôtel sans l'aide de l'employé. Tout est en travaux autour de l'hôtel. Finalement, on arrive, mais l'ascenseur de l'hôtel est en panne. On monte trois étages par l'escalier en colimaçon. L'hôtel est bien centré et les gens sont charmants. Heureusement.

Hotel tres bien situé A notre arrivée tres bon acceuil , monsieur tres sympathique , de tres bon conseils pour notre soiree Par contre a 1h du matin alarme incendie c est mise en route et quand on a téléphone au veilleur pas tres sympathique et incapable de nous dire la conduite à tenir Petit déjeuner copieux par contre le monsieur qui etait la le matin ( pas le même que la veille) je tiens a préciser Pas aimable du tout, a notre depart n a pas répondu a notre aurevoir

Very worn and tired appearance. The common areas and our room in need of new carpeting and painting. Told differing things by the same person upon check in/out on how to get the discounted hotel parking rate at the neighboring parking lot which resulted in my not obtaining the discounted rate and paying significantly more for the parking. Best thing about the hotel is location.

Chauffage et éclairage très faibles, pas de 2ème table de nuit. Manque de place. Lors du départ à 7H descente du 1er Etage par l'escalier, difficile sans éclairage avec les bagages, car accueil fermé. Ascenseur non utilisable entre le 1er Etage et le RDC .Cette chambre au 2ème Etage est bien triste.

De kamer was kleiner dan verwacht, maar wel erg netjes en schoon. We misten wel een koelkast en kapstok, verder weinig op aan te merken. De stad zelf was prachtig maar voelde in de avond niet erg veilig. Het eten in de omgeving is allemaal goed en toegankelijk. Het personeel spreekt goed Engels waardoor je makkelijk kan communiceren. Erg behulpzaam ook! Een dikke prima!

Perfecte locatie, maar kamers beetje gedateerd. Vrij krappe kamer, vlekken in het tapijt, badkamer/toillet ook krapjes. Klein bed met doorgezakt matras. Airco werkt wel heel goed!

The property is on a side street off the Place Drouet d'Erlon near the fountain, so it is very convenient. We happened to be in Reims the night of the Fete de la Musique, so it was extremely noisy. The staff recommended that we head to the Place de la Forum, where the music would be a bit more tame. It was an excellent recommendation. The room was clean. I would likely return on my next trip to Reims.

A great value overnight stopover, right in the heart of the city. We were pleased with the room which was clean and spacious. Staff really friendly and helpful. Parking on street not a problem, you have to pay morning and afternoon so it cost us 4euro. We opted for the hotel breakfast which was fine. There is no aircon so I was glad we had brought a fan! Our room had a balcony onto the street, so it was nice to have the window open but note the garbage truck is coming in the middle of the night!

Bon accueil à notre arrivée. En revanche, plusieurs points nous ont déçus. À la découverte de notre chambre, nous avons constaté qu’elle était étroite. Les toilettes se trouvent dans la salle de bain, ce qui la rend encore plus exiguë. Le support du pommeau de douche ne tenait pas correctement, et l’isolation de la chambre était particulièrement mauvaise : nous avons entendu des conversations et des cris dans la rue toute la nuit, alors que nous étions au 3ᵉ étage. Le matin, lorsque nos voisins prenaient leur douche, on avait l’impression qu’ils étaient dans notre propre salle de bain. La literie était confortable. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, le choix et la qualité des produits étaient insuffisants. La dame présente au service devait également gérer l’accueil, et passait beaucoup de temps au téléphone. Un effort devrait clairement être fait sur la relation client. Nous lui avons fait part de nos remarques. Elle nous a écoutés, mais les explications fournies n’étaient pas cohérentes. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

Pretty on the outside, shabby inside. Tiny room, thin walls, uncomfortable bed. Noisy electrical apparatus would go off randomly in the night—as loud as an alarm. It gave me rotten sleep before an important day of winery visits. Could not ask reception for help, since they lock-up and vacate at night. I fled the place for a much better hotel around the corner. Quite disappointed in Hotel Cecyl.

Nice staff. Nice venue. The only reason we gave it a four star was because we could hear noise from all the other rooms. All the walls are super thin. You could hear people talking in the street and when the other tenets arrived at night, you could hear everything. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

Nous sommes arrivées trop tôt . Mais nous avons laissé notre bagage . Chercher on possible à partir de 14h. Nous sommes revenus vers 16h et la femme de ménage était encore dans la chambre . Mais ça ce n est rien LA FENÊTRE N AVAIT PAW DD FOU LE VITRAGE et donnait sur une rue où toute la nuit sans exception , des gens saouls qui hurlaient , nous ont empêché de former . Mais vraiment toute la nuit . Ça c est arrêté vers 6.1/4 ou 1/2 et nous avons encore été réveillé cette fois par ceux qui occupaient la chambre du dessus fin. 201 et qui pendant une heure , jusqu à ce su ils partent à 8h , n ont pas arrêter de faire les /00 pas , … une horreur Ma fille et moi n avons donc pas du tout dormi de la nuit et ce n est pas une expression Même à 80€ la chambre , c est une honte .meme si je vous l accorde, l hôtel n est pas responsable des beurreries du samedi soir . Je si Pas regardé les avis . Mais je pense ne pas être la seule à avoir vécu cet enfer . Surtout si on était si 1 er étage

Ça c est arrêté vers 6.1/4 ou 1/2 et nous avons encore été réveillé cette fois par ceux qui occupaient la chambre du dessus fin. 201 et qui pendant une heure , jusqu à ce su ils partent à 8h , n ont pas arrêter de faire les /00 pas , … une horreur Ma fille et moi n avons donc pas du tout dormi de la nuit et ce n est pas une expression Même à 80€ la chambre , c est une honte .meme si je vous l accorde, l hôtel n est pas responsable des beurreries du samedi soir . De kamer was kleiner dan verwacht, maar wel erg netjes en schoon. We misten wel een koelkast en kapstok, verder weinig op aan te merken. De stad zelf was prachtig maar voelde in de avond niet erg veilig. Het eten in de omgeving is allemaal goed en toegankelijk. Het personeel spreekt goed Engels waardoor je makkelijk kan communiceren. The staff recommended that we head to the Place de la Forum, where the music would be a bit more tame. It was an excellent recommendation. The room was clean. I would likely return on my next trip to Reims.

Told differing things by the same person upon check in/out on how to get the discounted hotel parking rate at the neighboring parking lot which resulted in my not obtaining the discounted rate and paying significantly more for the parking. A great value overnight stopover, right in the heart of the city. We were pleased with the room which was clean and spacious. Staff really friendly and helpful. Parking on street not a problem, you have to pay morning and afternoon so it cost us 4euro. We opted for the hotel breakfast which was fine. There is no aircon so I was glad we had brought a fan! Our room had a balcony onto the street, so it was nice to have the window open but note the garbage truck is coming in the middle of the night!

Nice staff. Nice venue. The only reason we gave it a four star was because we could hear noise from all the other rooms. All the walls are super thin. You could hear people talking in the street and when the other tenets arrived at night, you could hear everything. Other than that it was a very nice stay.
