Friendly staff, but rooms are very small and our bathroom seriously needed renovation. Noice from corridor when guests arrive and close/open doors. One morning was without warm water as the hotel heating system broke down, so had to accept a very cold shower. The main stairway was covered as some paintwork was ongoing and we also heard some noise in the morning - probably from ongoing work. Close to Metro station though and a relatively quiet neighbourhood.

We loved the uniqueness of this hotel. The breakfast in the courtyard was so enjoyable. During the heatwave, having air conditioner and an elevator made all the difference!

駅から細い道を入ったところにあります。 スタッフの方の対応はよかったです。 毎日部屋の掃除、タオル交換がありました。 お店は安い部屋なのでないと言われました。 部屋に冷蔵庫はありませんでした。 空調はちゃんと効きました。 シャンプー、ボディソープとは別にコンディショナーもあり助かりました。いい香りでした。 部屋自体は狭いですが、朝出て夜戻って寝るだけなので特に問題はなかったです。 ホテルの周りには飲食店、スーパー的なのかなく駅近くのマクドナルドを利用しました。 エレベーターがちゃんとあったのはよかった。 ないかもしれないと、ちょっと心配してました。

A small, vintage hotel in Paris, conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the metro station (La Motte Piquet Grenelle Metro Station). This made it easy for us to explore the city using the metro. The reception staff were extremely helpful and polite. Our room, located on the third floor, was clean but very small. The hotel has only one elevator that accommodates two, maybe three people at a time. The air conditioning in our room worked really well, which was a relief considering we visited in a hot June. The hotel is also close to the Eiffel Tower, just about a 15-minute walk away, and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel offers a continental breakfast at a reasonable price (approximately 13 euros), which was very good (we had breakfast there a few times). If you prefer modern hotels, this may not be the right choice for you. Nevertheless, we would definitely stay here again.

Fine, attentive staff personnel went out of their way to assist in optimizing our stay -- from directions to facilitating a 10-member family party in the hotel's courtyard. The courtyard was also a pleasant location for breakfast, for which we paid to include.

The front door staff were amazing, super kind and helpful… they brought a positive vibe to my entire stay. The room itself was ”oh so Parisienne” beautifully decorated. The room was spotless and clean. The bathroom was clean and worked well, just a little small in the shower, but fine for me. The courtyard is super cute. I had the breakfast one morning and it was lovely - a variety of croissants/breads, along with yogurt, cheese, and fresh pieces of fruits (kiwi, oranges, bananas) - full service of course. I also liked the fact that whatever u didn’t finish, they let u take it to go. I pull recommend this place and stay again

駅から近く、どこに行くのも便利でした。 日曜は駅のところでマルシェもやってました。 近くのモノプリも大きく、レストランも沢山ありました。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで、とても親切でした。部屋に冷蔵庫がついてないので、買ったバターとかも預かって頂きました。 シャワーの水圧は弱めで、最初と２日目はお風呂場の水はけが悪く、流れず苦労しましたが、３日目からは普通に流れました。多分排水溝の掃除が行き届いてなかったみたいです。使ったコーヒーカップもちゃんと洗えてなかったり、ゴミを捨て忘れてたり、掃除には？と少し不満がありましたが、とてもおすすめのホテルです。

Very happy with this hotel. The location is excellent, a short walk from a Metro station with lots of connections, close to many great restaurants, cafes, shops. It’s on a quiet side street making it surprisingly peaceful for the centre of Paris. Staff were super-friendly and accommodating. Rooms are Paris-sized but comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is a nice option for mornings you want a bite before going out. Overall excellent value for a base in the city.

Everything didn't go as planned... I arrived in the evening to a single room (35), and the room was uncleaned. The man at the reception didn't suggest anything. I asked "are there other rooms available?" - no. "Can I have new bedsheets?" - he brought them, but didn't change them. Later I asked for new towels. In addition, the bathroom smelled mold very strongly. Next morning receptionist was much more proactive: breakfasts offered for all 3 days and another room, even if I needed to change the room every night. Other rooms were much better. The best and biggest room (2) was lovely, and the double room (18) was nice with a garden view. All in all, the decorations in rooms are pretty, and the bed(s) were comfy. Fruits on a breakfast is a big plus, and normal prize 13e is ok. The location is very handy. I can understand that mistakes in cleaning can happen, but staying in mold is not acceptable, and the reaction of the staff is important. First night experience was 1 star, and after that 4 stars. Thank you reception ladies for help in making the experience much better after all.

Very clean hotel on a quiet street. Close to metro station. Walking to Eifel tower in 25 minutes. Small but clean room. Staff are amazing. Breakfast is basic and pricey but works if you're in a pinch.

Very cute, charming hotel in the 15th arrondissement and it’s a 15 minute walk to Le Eiffel. Service is excellent, top notch! Room was for a single person so pretty small but typical for European hotels. Elevator and A/C. Highly recommend staying here. Rubi is especially helpful and kind. Merci!

The bathroom is a hazard. You have to make a big climb into the tub to take a shower. It is very easy to fall getting out, as both the floor and tub are very slippery. (I'm serious, this is a big hazard.) The wallpaper in the room is torn, the bed is uneven with your feet resting noticeable lower. You can see nails where a picture was, but has been removed and not replaced.

Cute boutique hotel. Business room is adequate for one. Good bed. Shower is very small (I’m 1.75 and a size 40, and there wasn’t much room for me). Would come back if it wasn’t for the way sound travels between the rooms. I could hear the neighbor in the room next door snore, and the conversation in the room to the other side. This unfortunately is a non-negotiable to me. If it doesn’t bother you, I’d recommend the hotel.

Staff was awesome. Friendly helpful went up and beyond. Ruby and Simon were outstanding Hotel is right by the metro. Only thing i didnt care for was the shower being 6'1 230 lbs was very small but have to say had plenty of hot water Would stay here again and again

Four floors but has a strong B&B feel, beds are firm which suited me fine. Basic hotel amenities, the front desk and staff were always courteous and spoke English well enough. Better to stay during the weekend if you’re visiting soon, they’re working on the place weekdays and it gets noisy in the morning. I skipped breakfast, plenty of great places to eat around. Could hear all my neighbors so keep that in mind. Good place for a short stay.

The hotel is charming and lovely. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. A shout out in particular to Farouk at the front desk. The rooms are a nice size for Paris and they are impeccably clean and moderately priced. A great choice!

Had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the metro station was about a 4 minute walk from the hotel. The area is pretty safe. I walked to the hotel most evenings and didn’t feel unsafe at all. The rooms are small but that’s how it is all over Paris. Would totally recommend staying here

I had some time before my flight, so I checked out and spent time in the lobby, while they kindly served me a coffee. I enjoyed a brief moment of café time in the courtyard and was touched by the staff's thoughtfulness.

Very happy with this hotel. The location is excellent, a short walk from a Metro station with lots of connections, close to many great restaurants, cafes, shops. It’s on a quiet side street making it surprisingly peaceful for the centre of Paris. Staff were super-friendly and accommodating. Rooms are Paris-sized but comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is a nice option for mornings you want a bite before going out. Overall excellent value for a base in the city.

Everything didn't go as planned... I arrived in the evening to a single room (35), and the room was uncleaned. The man at the reception didn't suggest anything. I asked "are there other rooms available?" - no. "Can I have new bedsheets?" - he brought them, but didn't change them. Later I asked for new towels. In addition, the bathroom smelled mold very strongly. Next morning receptionist was much more proactive: breakfasts offered for all 3 days and another room, even if I needed to change the room every night. Other rooms were much better. The best and biggest room (2) was lovely, and the double room (18) was nice with a garden view. All in all, the decorations in rooms are pretty, and the bed(s) were comfy. Fruits on a breakfast is a big plus, and normal prize 13e is ok. The location is very handy. I can understand that mistakes in cleaning can happen, but staying in mold is not acceptable, and the reaction of the staff is important. First night experience was 1 star, and after that 4 stars. Thank you reception ladies for help in making the experience much better after all.

This hotel was minutes from where I used to live on Blvd de Grenelle. it is maybe 10 meters from the metro stop, the room conditions were excellent and roomy bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and there is always a person on the door to let you in. Though the patiserie I used to go to is no longer there, there are some nice restaurants in the area.

Quaint location in the 15e about a 10 min walk from the Champs de Mars & Eiffel Tower. Close to Avenue Suffren and many restaurants and boulangeries. Family-owned feel and rooms had AC. Beds were comfortable. Great place to stay on this side of Paris! Check out Le Bouchon within walking distance for dinner. Metro was within a block so it was extremely easy to get anywhere you need to go!

Very nice, well kept, and convenient hotel. The rooms vary, but all have their own special character. This time I had a particularly nice room towards the back garden. Three minute walk from metro, cafes, bistros and restaurants. Sharma ji, just around the corner, is a good reason to travel to Paris. The hotel is on a quiet street. The rooms are quiet unless you happen to have noisy neighbors. I have been here half-a-dozen times, and this is still one my favorites in Paris.

Ein nettes, kleines Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit guter Anbindung an die Metro und nicht weit vom Eiffelturm entfernt. Mir gefiel besonders der Stil der Einrichtung. Das Frühstück für 13,-€ wurde am Platz serviert (Croissants, Baguette, Marmelade, Nutella, Käse, Jogurt, Apfelmus, O-Saft, Kaffee), war günstig und ausreichend für einen guten Start in den Tag. Den Supermarkt "Monoprix" fand man in unmittelbarer Nähe. Freundliches Personal. Die Batterie meines Zimmersafes war leer und wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit ausgewechselt. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das rein französische Fernsehprogramm war für mich nicht störend, da ich mit Tablet, WLAN und Netflix abens fernsehen konnte. Im Einzelzimmer gab es ein großes und gemütliches Bett. Ich komme wieder!

Wow! We cannot say enough good things about this place. We absolutely loved it. We had their delicious and affordable French breakfast too. So delicious! The hotel was so charming. We walked to the Eiffel Tower for our visit there. Great location!! I definitely recommend it.

The front door staff were amazing, super kind and helpful… they brought a positive vibe to my entire stay. The room itself was ”oh so Parisienne” beautifully decorated. The room was spotless and clean. The bathroom was clean and worked well, just a little small in the shower, but fine for me. The courtyard is super cute. I had the breakfast one morning and it was lovely - a variety of croissants/breads, along with yogurt, cheese, and fresh pieces of fruits (kiwi, oranges, bananas) - full service of course. I also liked the fact that whatever u didn’t finish, they let u take it to go. I pull recommend this place and stay again
