The hotel is close to the Auckland airports. The rooms were clean, staff professional, and amenities excellent. The parking is paid but a very reasonable fee, and there are on site dining options as well as a bar. If needing to get to the airport without a car there is a bus which will take you there (for a fee).

After being initially disappointed that no milk was supplied in the room that was immediately replaced with amusement when after a quick call to reception a robot showed up at the room with 2 bottles of milk. A very enjoyable stay at a clean quiet hotel will excellent black out curtains. The transfer bus also stops right outside the main site providing a very efficient trip to the airport. All in all the perfect spot to overnight for an early morning flight. Diving options and the pool also looked excellent although we didn't have the opportunity to try them this trip, maybe the next one.

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and clean. Particularly enjoyed the heated pool and small gymnasium. Food was great, if a little pricey. Small quibble was having to pay for parking our car.

They are now charging for car parking, but never used to. The towels and sheets had a chemical smell . Almost like no detergent was used at all in cthe cleaning oricess

The Front Desk Team: The young Gentleman that served me was very friendly and informing me where all the Hotel Facilities were... The Room: Was amazing very very spacious & very clean, bed was comfy... The Pool: Was so lovely and heated... Buffet Breakfast: Was lovely had a great range to choose from. I will definitely be back and will be vring all my Family I highly recommend The Sudima 😊

Pay the extra $100 and stay at the Novotel or Pullman. The bus adds an extra $16 and 30 mins to your journey. As for the hotel. The room was dirty.

Needed to ask for a fan as you can’t really adjust the temperature in the room stays a balmy 22.5 degrees. Hotel however is accommodating with the fan.

Terrible room lighting to read by no basic microwave to heat drinks no cutlery no control over the temperature in the room try to warm the room but the temperature stayed the same and a little fan heater was provided and xtra blankets brought up…..a place that didn’t match the images on the website

took for ever to get served at the bar only 1 person on and several cutomers requiring serving , 3 other staff memebers wondered in behind teh bar but did not help ordered room service , confimremd it would be theere at 1045pm arrived at 11pm was stone cold and no cover over the food , very poor , will not be staying at Sudima Hotels again

Nice helpful staff. Lovely bartender who assisted with dining allergy choices very well. Good in house dining. $5.70 to park for 24 hours which is excellent. Airport bus comes thru every 25 minutes, very convenient if you’re flying out at any time over 24 hours. Comfortable room. TV not working which was fixed quickly, very happy with service

This is a hotel ‘near the airport’ on an industrial estate The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet - we slept well - and the rooms have a bath (a rarity these days!) The bar is pleasant / relaxing The swimming pool is good We didn’t eat at the hotel The staff are professional and friendly You will need the yellow bus or a taxi/uber to get to the airport (10 mins) or Auckland centre (30 mins) from the hotel

Dining was overpriced and low quality. Essentially paid 114 NZD for two kids 8 and 6 and two adults for breakfast. We arrived at 9am and it closes at 10am but everything was mostly empty leaving limited selection. Felt ripped off more than anything

The service at the restaurant was nothing but appalling. We were told we had to wait up to 405 minutes to 50 minutes and it wasn’t really that busy in the restaurant. That’s not good enough.

We enjoyed the rooms, the shower was amazing and the beds wonderful. The restaurant was hit and miss. The chicken was very dry and very, very overcooked. The fish was incredible. The service and staff OUTSTANDING. weill definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel. With a bar. They offer $8 per person every 20min transport to airport. But don’t get the buffet breakfast. It was the worse we have ever had. Everything was cold. Be careful you don’t get food poisoning. Told the staff they just said it was their first day on the job?
