Park Grove Inn

We had no problems during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located and the facility is clean and well-maintained. Both pools and the hot tub were working. The game room was small but fun. The gym only had three cardio machines but was sufficient. Breakfast was good, and even though the options were exactly the same all three days we were there, there were enough choices that we could eat something different everyday. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.

Pool water looks dirty, the indoor pool look like the water been sitting in dirt. Hot tub did not work. Breakfast was not great cereal and bread is not a hot breakfast. I believe the lady that is there in the morning is either the manager or the owner. Very rude response when ask about the hub tub. She was on her cell phone and just said it doesn’t work! If you going to have a hot tub in the room put a note “that hot tub do not work” the handle on the hot tub was so trashy. Not worth the money!

All around, a good place to stay. My only concern was the cleanliness of the outside pool. It does not have a skimmer and the only one that was available was inside and was attached to a very long (+12 foot) pole that had to be managed out a door. I feel like the hotel could probably expense some of their budget to get another pole for the outside and/or have a member of staff clean the pool.

Inside pool was closed for renovations but outside pool was warm so it was still nice

Clean rooms and staff were friendly. I like that there were drink and ice machine on each floor.. Indoor pool stays open late everyday. Breakfast from 6:30am to 10:00am.

Rooms were very clean, but hot tub is broken 😔

All place is very dusty, smells like old, don’t have a good maintenance to keeping the area clean. The outside pool don’t work and that is the principal picture on all promoting websites. I left there and didn't stay in this horrible place. (I have pictures that terrible place)

The staff at the front desk were very friendly, there were a lot of options for breakfast and the pools were great.

Our room was very spacious and clean! We definitely enjoyed the balcony. The hotel was fully booked with spring breakers, but we didn’t have a single issue with noise or any disturbances. The parking is tight, especially when returning at night. The pool area had a very strong chemical smell and was too hot to enjoy most nights.

Not at all what I was thinking I was getting when booking this place no tubs as I only wanted that one thing and online shown they had . Just not clean shower and toilet dirty won't be bk

Nice little hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Room was clean but need some humidity control. Sheets felt damp all the time other then that satisfied with the stay.

Something was taken from room and when reported all that was said we will talk to them. Beds were uncomfortable and rooms could have been cleaned better.

Great stay, very clean property and very affordable when on a tight budget. We will definitely be staying here again.

The staff was super friendly, the room was actually really clean but the third floor and our room was SO musty and mildewy smelling. I have bad allergies and was definitely uncomfortable there. I am only leaving this review for others like me! If you're not sensitive or don't have bad allergies, the hotel was perfect.

We were first placed in a room that we did not book. It had two bedrooms and only one bathroom that was in the far bedroom. This ment people staying in the first bedroom would have to go to the other bedroom to use the bathroom. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling over the shower and the vent fan was hanging with dust and dirt. The far bedroom's wall paper was bubbling and the entire room felt damp. Spots all over the ceiling and sheets were damp. I took pictures of all of this and showed them to desk attendant the next morning.We booked, on Orbit, adjoining rooms. One with a kitchenette. We were told that night that the room mix up was Orbitz and not the properties fault. The next morning when I showed the desk attendant the pictures and explained what I had actually book, she switched us to the appropriate rooms. The was a night and day difference in the two different rooms,The second set of rooms were much cleaner and not moldy or damp. Kitchenette did not have any lighting. I had to move a table lamp and plug it in on the counter to have light. There were knives and 2 forks but no spoons. There was a two burner cook top in the cabinets along with a very used toaster oven. Atleast the frig was a decent size. The bathroom vanity and mirror in the kitchenette room was very nice. Large counter space and lighted mirror. Only one room had a recliner in it. I had to use a dining chair as an ottoman in the other.

Always VERY clean

The staff was incredibly welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Hotel location is right near the main street and in front of a grocery, which i found very useful. The pools were very warm, but could use a little maintenence. The only issue with the room was that is had a muggy/damp feeling to it which caused the room to have a musty smell. In general, we had a good stay.

Looked at many hotel options online, but chose this one for the price and the sink outside of the toilet/shower room. We were glad that we did. It’s an older hotel, but that means you get a more spacious room and the walls aren’t paper thin. Hardly heard noise outside our room even though we were right by the elevator (and the hotel was full - No Vacancy sign was lit up). Free breakfast and balcony were nice perks too. Right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Would stay here again.

We asked for quiet room and received it. Asked for daily cleaning and they did it also employees friendly and helpful. Rugs in halls could be vacuumed more but it was a nice stay.

Nice hotel. Clean. Wi-Fi does not reach the 5th floor so I had to take laptop to lobby when I needed to work.

Everything was good there the only thing we didn't like was our room didn't have a bath tub only a shower we would stay there again

Bed a little too hard Pillows were lumpy, bumpy

0lder building but was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shower had only 1/2 door (doesn't move) and it is hard to adj water temp without getting wet from cold water. Continental breast was extremely minimal. For a fast stay, this would be fine but for any length of time, not a good choice.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious. I loved the balcony. The rooms could use dusting and the walls need to be wiped down, especially in the bathroom. The bed was firm, but comfortable. Overall, it is a nice hotel. I would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect. Close to everything. Bed was comfortable. The view is a little bit better from the 4th floor up. Breakfast was ok. It would have been great if they have freshly cook eggs not the frozen and heat in the microwave kind. Potatoes would be an amazing addition although the waffles compensate for that. Checked in was a breeze and the lady who checked us in was the friendliest and kindness staff. We will be back.

The room was spacious and clean. I didn't like the shower because it didn't have a full glass door and water was splashed on the floor.

It was very dirty. However, they accommodated us by giving us our money back. So while it was dirty I wouldnt be against staying in the future.

Check in was quick and easy, and the staff was amazing. I was able to check in 2 hours early. Room was spacious and worked well for our family of 4. The balcony was awesome! We had views of the mountains and Pigeon Forge. We even were able to see the drone show and fireworks from Dollywood. I will definitely stay here again!

First, the staff, including the housekeeping staff were amazing and very accommodating! The outside pool stays open until 11:00pm and the indoor pool until 2:00am! Comfortable beds, every room has a balcony, clean fast elevators, lots of luggage carts, and plenty of parking in a well lit paved lot. They have security cameras on all hallways. I complained about loud teenagers on the balcony next door at 3:00am and the problem was taken care of immediately. We stayed in room 417. The location is 2 blocks off the main parkway with multiple ways to leave without having to get into all the traffic. We will book this hotel again! We stayed on the 4th floor.

House keeping was horrible. Didn’t service the room at all. We had to get our own trash bags and towels. Took our own trash out and towels. The pool was nice. The other parts of the hotel was okay.

The overall stay was nice. When i checked in i was informed that my card had been used to make half of the payment. I was under the impression it was only on the accunt because you have to have one listed. I booked this particular hotel because it was a book now pay later. So i was not happy they took money out of my bank account. I planning on using another card to pay. Also the night shift clerk was very rude and snarky. I was not happy about that. The other workers very friendly and the room was nice.

Room had ants. Toilet backed up and after request for maintenance i was informed i would have to wait until they came in the am. I was handed a plunger, in the lobby, and sent on my way. Older property smelled of mildew .

Great employees. Very helpful and are always there if any problems.

The air conditioner didn't work in the first room but they immediately got us another one on the same floor. I would stay there again.

We found that this property was close to both Krogers and Publix and the access to Teaster lane was easy to navigate around town

The breakfast was poor. The eggs were cold, they had to be heated in the microwave, and no sausages or ham.

My toilet didn't want to work an when it did it ran all day an night, the room was clean hotel was clean. That isn't breakfast that's for sure. Waffles, microwave eggs, no meat, microwave biscuits, gravy in a crockpot, bagels and cereal. As much as u pay to stay u should at least get some hot breakfast, it's close to everything good location. I would stay again but I'll b prepared. Also the fire pit didn't work.

The room was cozy, the beds and linens were extremely clean and soft. The set up of the room was inviting. However, food service is quite another discussion. The food server used a towel to clean patrons tables, and around the food bar and then used the same towel to clean inside the waffle maker and surrounding pans. I reported the same incident in June during my stay there. A manager was in the dining room the morning we had breakfast so he is aware of this practice so I didn't discuss it with him but we also ate breakfast elsewhere the next three mornings. Would be great if this could be corrected as it is no sanitary and not fair to patrons to think their pancakes/waffles are safe to eat.

There was some mold on the ceiling along the wall with wallpaper. Other than that the room was ver clean. The hot tub was shut down. Breakfast was awful we only went down the first day after that we ate breakfast out. You have to microwave the eggs, french toast and biscuits which makes them rubbery. The muffins were not edible. The waffles and fruit were ok. Coffee was awful, both downstairs and in the room. Staff was very nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was terrible. There were no meat options and canned fruit could have done better on the breakfast.

Property maintenance is an issue. Warped ceiling tiles, missing door stop indicate neglected maintenance. The "breakfast" is largely a misrepresentation. Juice, coffee, canned fruit and hockey puck eggs are the main offerings. No other protein, the remainder is a carbo loading selection of cereal, waffles, biscuits and bread. Hard to find a healthy offering.

Decided to stay one extra night and we picked this hotel specifically for the price, but it was definitely nice overall. No complaints and the breakfast was good and we loved that they had a waffle maker with a bear.

Very nice and clean hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was OK. You have to warm up the eggs that are already made in a microwave. You have to warm up the biscuits in the microwave. The waffles tasted great!!

The young staff member who checked us in, answered questions, and assisted us with our TV was extremely pleasant and helpful. Overall, the facility was clean and appealing. However, our room had some dust in the corners. I also noticed that a picture on the wall was uncleaned, and the shower water overspill was causing damage to the baseboards. Breakfast was a slow process due to the microwave's wait to heat breakfast--suggest adding more. My only complaint would be when I saw the kitchen staff wipe a dirty table and then used the same cloth to clean the inside of all the waffle makers....purely disgusting. I had just brought to her attention a long black human hair in the fruit bowl so I didn't want to say anymore and it was our last day so I left unsaid. I would change this policy. Overall, we loved our room and our stay. Thanks
