We were able to get into our room 2+ hours early. The front desk guy was very helpful and friendly. Loved that the property had a firepit area. Room was simple and clean. Only thing missing was an iron and ironing board. Would stay there again.

Nice pool area and common areas - away from the rooms. Walkable to everything and ample parking. Breakfast vouchers for Olsen’s Bakery were very generous. Microwave and fridge in the room were convenient. Would stay again.

The room was a little small but comfortable. It was clean and well maintained for an older building. The swimming pool area was very nice. We enjoyed sitting out there while having wine, crackers, and cheese. It was very nice to have complementary continental breakfast from the hotel staff.The Price was great and we would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect, it was easy access to all the shops and restaurants. And many restaurants for winetasting. Thank you.

The property was centrally located and so easy to walk around Solvang and all it has to offer. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. The only true negative room was located at front by lighted hotel sign and therefore room was not totally dark at night.

The Inn is not in the center of town but within 5 minutes walk, a fact which we appreciated as it kept us from the hussle and bussle when we wanted to rest. Parking is free but can be a challenge as the inn is divided into 2 sections and the smaller section has limited space. You might have to park in the section where the main office is and walk to your room.

The rooms were small but cute and functional. I especially like that I was able to park right infront of the room. The pool was very well kept and the spa was perfectly hot. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for an awesome week.

Great stay! Really impressed with this property. Quick overview - great for a basic hotel with additional perks. Close to town and great guest service. Nice breakfast included. The location is great at the edge of town and walking distance to downtown. The room is basic but was comfortable and up to date with AC. Minimal noise from adjacent rooms during our stay. The pool was heated and nice. The pool area is good but limited loungers. Wasn’t an issue when we were there though. The fireplace unit and seating area was nice. Jacuzzi was also nice and no issues. Breakfast was included at the bakery across the street. Bakery has been around since the 70s and really great options. No meat or protein included but we really like it. Included coffee/tea/milk, 4 slices of Havarti cheese, in house jam, orange juice, choice of ciabatta/crispy/wheat bread roll, and choice of pastry (over 15 different options)! I would recommend and stay here again. The service was friendly and room was clean. Just remember this is a basic hotel with some great additional perks

The rooms have been updated but it’s not really anything special for the price. There was hair in the tub and the pool wasn’t unlocked so we had to get ask for it to be opened an hour after it should have been open. We ended up not getting the breakfast because there was a huge line that was taking forever.

The room WAS spotless! It was clean and comfortable. The heater worked very well and the guy water was HOT!!! The voucher for breakfast the next day was an unexpected trest!

The location was great for walking around Solvang. Summer, the "check-in" desk staff was friendly & personable. The cottage was nicely renovated. Our only complaint deals with the dirty floor. After the first night, we realized that the floor had not been cleaned prior to our visit. This was very disappointing as our slippers were filthy. We would stay there again but we would preview the room / cottage for the cleanliness of the floor.

Wonderful Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had one of the updated rooms, very clean and just enough for the two of us. The breakfast voucher that you get to use at the bakery across the street was outstanding. The only negative was that the Wifi was a little slow and the air conditioner made a lot of noise. We would definitely stay hear again.

Service great. Rooms redone simply. Like the wood floors. Hot tub nice and hot. Towels soft. Free continental breakfast at one of the best bakeries in Solvang. Bathroom almost painfully small-door barely clears the toilet. But biggest issue: the mattress was old school-just springs. Not even individually wrapped coils. No memory foam. I sat on the bed and it sank down 6 inches or so. No support. I knew it was going to be a rough night of sleep-and it was going to hurt my back and hips. So if mattresses are important to you, you might need another spot.

Was expecting a little cottage but it was a room in a row of rooms like a motel. Check-in was very easy and super friendly staff. Room was small but clean, basic, which was all I needed. Air conditioner extremely loud. Pool was nice, towels provided too.

One could hear doors slamming early in the morning and the conversations people were having as they walked out of their rooms and onto the narrow walk space in front of the rooms (second floor). It's not so much the hotel's fault as it is the guests. Perhaps people need to be reminded to keep their voices down and not let the doors slam shut...

This 1-Bed Queen Room was fine, older building so a little smaller than more modern buildings might be, but updated. Had a microwave and fridge, and a small table with chairs for two to eat at. TV was very nice. Bed was comfortable, the property was quiet and seemed secure and well-kept. We appreciated the complimentary cookies on check-in, and the complimentary breakfast (pastry/rolls/coffee) from Olson's Bakery right across the street.

Great little Inn. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had one of the King updated rooms. Cute and just enough room for the two of us. Parked right in front of our room. Third time staying here and will definitely return. Only 2 issues during this stay: (1) the front desk clerk was originally going to charge me a few hundred $$$ more until I mentioned that I had reserved under a special rate, (2) the refrigerator in the room was very loud.

We arrived to very enthusiastic greeting, and a very clean room. We were given vouchers for continental breakfast at the bakery across the way. Aside from the lines and how long it took to be served, the food was incredible. We absolutely understood why their weight was what it was. We had a couple of requests of housekeeping, and they responded immediately and cheerfully. We would absolutely return to this hotel.

When we arrived no one was at the front desk for 10 mins. Room is fine with new shower and nice beds. Very basic. The only complaint is we were on the bottom floor and you can hear EVERYTHING that happens on the top. footsteps, shower, toliet.... so make sure you get on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was wonderful. pool is nice

It is at the center of the town. Parking is easy. But we couldn’t get service on a clogged toilet and had to withstand it the whole night. We were offered another room but we couldn’t get 2 beds which would not have been comfortable. We were stuck. We however got discounted for the non working toilet. Breakfast was really nice though at the Olsen’s which was included in your stay. We won’t return.

Location is in the middle of all the bars, restaurants and shops! Great spot if you want to bar hope and just walk back. I would buy stuff and walk back to drop stuff off. Great. Location.

The Inn is not in the center of town but within 5 minutes walk, a fact which we appreciated as it kept us from the hussle and bussle when we wanted to rest. Parking is free but can be a challenge as the inn is divided into 2 sections and the smaller section has limited space. You might have to park in the section where the main office is and walk to your room.

We arrived to very enthusiastic greeting, and a very clean room. We were given vouchers for continental breakfast at the bakery across the way. Aside from the lines and how long it took to be served, the food was incredible. We absolutely understood why their weight was what it was. We had a couple of requests of housekeeping, and they responded immediately and cheerfully. We would absolutely return to this hotel.

The rooms have been updated but it’s not really anything special for the price. There was hair in the tub and the pool wasn’t unlocked so we had to get ask for it to be opened an hour after it should have been open. We ended up not getting the breakfast because there was a huge line that was taking forever.

We stayed in Standard room with 2 queen beds. It was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious with pastry, bread, cheese, coffee, and orange juice from Olsen Bakery across the street. Check in and check out was fast and seamless.

Great stay! Really impressed with this property. Quick overview - great for a basic hotel with additional perks. Close to town and great guest service. Nice breakfast included. The location is great at the edge of town and walking distance to downtown. The room is basic but was comfortable and up to date with AC. Minimal noise from adjacent rooms during our stay. The pool was heated and nice. The pool area is good but limited loungers. Wasn’t an issue when we were there though. The fireplace unit and seating area was nice. Jacuzzi was also nice and no issues. Breakfast was included at the bakery across the street. Bakery has been around since the 70s and really great options. No meat or protein included but we really like it. Included coffee/tea/milk, 4 slices of Havarti cheese, in house jam, orange juice, choice of ciabatta/crispy/wheat bread roll, and choice of pastry (over 15 different options)! I would recommend and stay here again. The service was friendly and room was clean. Just remember this is a basic hotel with some great additional perks

The only thing good about the property is that it's in the middle of solvang And everything is walking distance around it if you really wanna see the small town. Other than that it's just very average motel and not a hotel. Breakfast was across the street in bakery and it was terrible breakfast, just one puff pastry and one sesame bun with butter taste coffee.

Our stay was amazing. The town was so cute and walkable. The hotel was at the entrance of the town. They give you a voucher to a complimentary breakfast at a Danish bakery across the street. It was so tasty and an enjoyable atmosphere.
