Not much available for breakfast which was quite expensive. Small rooms and no hot water, only lukewarm. Comfortable bed, great location.

Small but great location on main line. Opposite restaurant opened until really late so not great. Hot water failed on day 2. Great team though. Part of Paris experience tho!

The room was very small and unpractical. The washroom’s ceiling is too low that your head touches the ceiling. There were ants in the room also. The elevator is so small that only 1 person fits with luggage. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy but the room was very small and the bed uncomfortable. The only thing we enjoyed was the conversation with the front desk person who could speak Spanish.

Hotel is in a great location, 16min walk from Gare du nord Station, walked to most famous sites and metro is only 5mins walk Hotel is a small boutique hotel , clean , room was spacious with free extra bonuses of free water , fridge, safe and kettle ( tea/coffee) Felt very safe , 2 ladies, shops, bars ,,restaurants within minutes. Would definitely recommend

A hotel in Opera region of Paris that does not live up to the competition in this area. Hotel room is very small and bathroom is tiny. Our room was found to be in urgent need of refurbishment. The hotel management gave an impression they are just surviving on a day-to-day basis by providing low quality repairs to rooms. They also do not appear to be motivated to make guests feel welcome. There was limited volume of hot water provided to our room that was not sufficient to cover two short showers.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo de restaurantes e estação de metrô. Achei o quarto bem pequeno para 1 casal e sempre que saíamos tinha que deixar a chave na recepção, únicos pontos negativos. Fora isso tudo ok! Equipe muito atenciosa! Chuveiro com água quente e frigobar no quarto.

Venu pour une soirée, très surpris par l'état de la chambre, très cosy, la chambre était parfaitement chauffée (il y a un thermostat réglable via un ecran), l'hôtel très calme mais l'insonorisation laisse a désirer puisque les portes des chambres sont très très rapprochées ( ah les vieux immeubles de paris !) le quartier, juste à côté des folies bergères, est chaleureux et plutôt cool pour une petite sortie nocturne.

Hotel is a great location as a base, although street is a little noisy (especially Saturday) towels were not replaced, neither was the complimentary t-bags/coffee once used. Good aircon, excellent wifi, little fridge in room which was great, generally a good all round 3* hotel.

Deux lits simples pour faire un lit double. Salle de bain et wc hyper étroit. Pas d’eau chaude le matin. Impossible de régler la température de la chambre qui était beaucoup trop haute. This is a great little hotel in a central area of Paris. It is clean, with great staff, has air conditioning for most of the summer, is a short 3-5 minute walk from a metro station and lots of restaurants around it. Long: What you need to understand about Paris is that it is a big city, trying to be as ecofriendly as possible, and that is not used to high heat. The rooms here are small but most Paris hotels and even apartment rooms are smaller than American ones. Only warning is may not be great for plus size people. They have AC but only use it during the hottest months because electricity is super expensive in France and to help the environment. Some things took a little jiggling to make work and there were some tiles missing from the shower but everything did work and was very clean. They even offered cleaning every day which is rare in France because washing thousands of towels/day is not ecofriendly. The staff are very nice and even went an extra mile to get me into my room early and to get me an ice pack when I needed one. French people are honest and direct and rarely bend over backwards for customers because they have healthy boundaries. Deal with it. Also, yes in places on the street there were homeless people and the streets are not sparkling but that’s big cities. TL/DNR: Great Paris hotel, if you want an American hotel experience pay more to stay at an American chain, and if you’re not used to big cities, you signed up for a new experience, so get ready.

First off the location is great. Walking distance to a lot of places. However, the biggest gripe we had was that the rooms that they told us was updated was not. They take your room keys when you leave to go out and say it’s for security purposes when in fact is just for them to know who’s not in the room and turn the air conditioner off.. housekeeping is non existent because we left for the day and came back to a room that she pulled the covers over the bed, dirty tea cups still there where i left them. Water wasn’t replaced any time during our 3 night stay. The staff was friendly but it didn’t make up for the fact that the hotel it self doesn’t really accommodate you comfortably. I recommended the area but not this hotel. And for what they’re charging you can find somewhere else that’s most likely more accommodating that here.

Hôtel bien situé, propre et abordable. La personne a la réception a été très gentil et accueillant, l’équipe de l’hôtel est disponible. Je recommande !

Hôtel de bon standing au premier abord ! (3 étoiles et non 4). Mais impossible de dormir avec le bruit de canalisation du chauffage constant et les oreillers très durs et épais (c'est très agréable pour regarder la télé mais ça casse le cou pour dormir.

it was the worst hotel I stayed in my entire life. Toilet was a disaster. If you are more then 1.80m height it is really hard to do your toilet. Room is deadly small. Bed is a disaster. It is 2 single bed merged together. Middle of the bed always collapse.

The location was very good, everything was easily accessible with transportation or even be walking if you are into it. It got noisy at night especially on Friday night due to cafes, restaurants around. The place did have an AC in the room but it was blowing right on you sleeping, so not much help at night, which is when we were there mostly. The beds were very narrow and uncomfortable. I read such comments, but underestimated how it would affect my bad back. Nevertheless, the place was clean, just oldish, staff was nice and helpful. Location was a win!

The front desk service was very very good and accommodating. My only negative is that the room looked nothing like the rooms online. The rooms online all look updated and this room was very outdated and minimal.

We had a wonderful stay! Second time staying at this hotel. RAID is amazing and just super helpful from the moment we arrived! Hotel is clean, located near lots of restaurants and metros! Definitely would stay again!

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff were accommodating and friendly.

It was conveniently located and accessible to all attractions. We walked to the Opera Garnier and the Louvre. There was a metro close by for getting everywhere. The room was very small and the street was busy and noisy in the evening, but quiet later at night and mornings.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Paris

Fantastic location within walking distance to many landmarks, including Sacre Coeur, Garnier Opera and Notre Dame. Plenty of excellent dining options. Metro within 5 minute walk. Gare du Nord 15 minutes walk. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Quiet street. Very pleasant experience.

Very convenient, short walk to train station. Well located also. Of course, it's Paris, so walking is always nice. Staff is nice and welcoming. Many places to eat and drink around.

Great location as only 15 walk to Galleries Lafayette and Opera Granier. Lots of food options in the area. Vive la France🇫🇷

The staff are multilingual, as is the case in most European countries. This is a lovely boutique hotel. My only complaint has nothing to do with the management or the condition of the property. I insist on windows that open. Across the street is restaurant row, and the restaurant directly across from the hotel had ridiculously noisy patrons, who kept us awake until way after midnight. Then the garbage crew showed up before 7 in the morning. So, if you are an early to bed kind of person, probably not the best choice. Or, if you are, make sure to insist on a room not facing the street.

Hôtel Lèman Opéra is an average hotel with very small rooms & I do not think it was good value,for the amount that we paid. Breakfast was not included. It is centrally located & that is very positive.

La chambre au 6e est très confortable. L'internet fonctionne très bien. Le petit déjeuner est très varié ; produits frais et très variés. Plusieurs sites touristiques facilement accessibles à pied (Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre) Le personnel est très gentil; on nous a aidé suite à une réservation faite en ligne où je n'avais pas reçu les billets. Je le recommande fortement!

Hotel piccolino in tutto piccola struttura , camera piccola, bagno piccolissimo , ascensore piccolo, sala colazione piccola , colazione piccola e poco variegata. Comunque non male nell’insieme considerando prezzo e posizione . Personale cordiale buona pulizia
