Great old School Motel with Updated vibes. Rooms very clean, beds comfy with 4 pillows and a cozy blanket a plus. The shower with great water pressure and hot. Mini frig and microwave was great just bring your own coffee. Great location and ample parking. Area centrally located to all great points of intrest in NH and Maine. Front desk Sammy and Family do a great job with continuous improvements on the horizon. Enjoyed my stay and felt safe but would love if security locks would be placed for extra safety in the future especially for those who travel alone. Will return again

The property was clean and small enough that you could see your car. It's two floors. With wide staircases and covered. Rooms were nice. All and all it was a good stay and would get it again ten minutes from Hampton Beach and fifteen to water country. Nice in-between and plenty of things around it for shopping. Thank you to the staff.

I was a little concerned when we pulled in because the exterior of the hotel is not in great shape. The building definitely needs some paint and the stairs to the second floor was not in great shape either. But I was pleasantly surprised that the inside of the room was in much better condition. Everything was clean and comfortable. The room was fairly large and the beds were comfy. The brown blankets were very soft and my kids in particular loved them. Overall it was very good value for the price considering how expensive everything in the area is.

Had no place to park so i parked in the best spot i could and was rudely awoken in the middle of the night and told to move and that i should of never parked there ( even tho it was the only place) and i explained that to him and he just got even ruder!!! Never ever stay there again and no wonder why it was the only place last min on the 4th of July to stay

There were 4 half drank soda in the fridge. Shower head looks like it hasn't been cleaned all summer. And mold around shower knob. Room very outdated.

The door didn’t shut tight so you could literally see the outside. The air conditioners filter was disgusting so we were breathing all that crap in the top of the shower was not wiped down. The floors were really dirty.

The checking process was fast and friendly. The property was very clean and well kept. The room was extremely clean all the furniture and bedding was new and up-to-date I was very impressed and would definitely stay again.

The room was pretty small and overpowered by the scent of Pine-Sol. It made my eyes water, but opening the window helped a bit. At least I know they were in there cleaning prior to our arrival LOL The guy at check in was very nice. It was okay for a night. Bed was comfy, pillows were alright and even for being completely booked, it was still quiet!! No complaints, especially for the price!!

The bed was comfortable but the room and furnishings in general were worn and dated. The shower fixtures were quite old and the shower head was crusted with mineral buildup. The television had a lousy picture. The entire room had laminate flooring, which was installed nicely but the total absence of carpet made the room feel cold and barren. Not a bad place for a quick stop over but I wasn’t impressed at all.

I nice, clean, inexpensive option in Hampton. The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear your neighbors, but everyone was respectful and noise quieted by 10pm. Would definitely recommend this motel.

The floors were dirty, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the people next to me had a shouting match for 4 hours straight, and I got to hear every word because the walls are so thin. Just spend the extra 20$ and go somewhere nicer.

This is a great budget hotel with some really good restaurants within walking distance. It's an older motel, but the rooms are renovated and nice. International power converter outlet, fridge microwave, TV, desk. I wish they would put a small towel bar up next to the sink. Also you get control of the radiator and it is effective. Everything is very good for price

Staff at front desk was rude, screamed at me and hung up on me over the phone. My room was filthy. Dust, grime, filthy bathroom, beds looked like they were dirty and not made, room smelled. Asked for refund was promised one but reviews state this is an ongoing issue with this facility where they steal peoples money. This is unacceptable. Other reviews state there are bed bugs as well. I’ve never been to a dirtier hotel.

The desk person had to move me due to a broken sink and showerhead, and I had told him there was a hair on the bed when I opened the bed, he put me in a different room and when I came back from the beach later, I couldn’t shower because there was no hot water. I went and told him he told me I was just being a pain in the ass and I said excuse me I’m the customer I’m telling you something is wrong and he continued to say he was going to call the cops on me for badmouthing his business

In the bathroom above the shower the ceiling it was brown and the paint was falling in! When you moved the bed a little bit the night stand has white stuff all down the side of it and a big black sticky mark on the floor! They put an extra $100 hold on your card when you check in without telling you before hand! I checked in on a Friday night and it’s now almost a week later and still waiting for them to take the hold off my card.

We had an unexpected family emergency and had to cancel literally while we were on our way to check in. Tried to speak to someone about this only to have them tell us that we had to go through the 3rd party vendor because it was past the cancellation period. I tried to explain that it was a family emergency and they said they would call me back. They never called me back. I contacted Hotels who tried to get to refund us being that this was beyond our control and they refused. Not even a consideration. The lack of empathy and understanding coming from this place is unreal. Would not recommend. Life happens. Show some grace. We had to eat the cost of a two night stay when I’m sure they could have easily booked that room on a busy summer weekend. Matter of fact I’m sure they did and got double the money.

Last minute decision to stay over night. Very convenient online reservation and fast confirmation. It cost me less than when I was checking prices for this vacation. I did not book overnight because I wasn't going to stay. It got late and this motel made it possible.

Located in the actual town adjacent to Hampton Beach itself so it's not on the beach or one of the beach hotels and not within walking distance. It is however located on a busy street in business district and shopping. Minutes drive to the beach and out of the chaos quiet and comfortable in minutes

One night stay to visit the seafood festival at Hampton Beach. The room was fine & we found a great pub nearby for evening meal & a fab little kitchen cafe for breakfast , both in easy walking distance. As a simple bed for the night it was absolutely fine.

Beds were comfy. Flooring was new. Fridge and a microwave were convenient. Bathroom was a little dated and there was no hot water for showers. It was a decent deal to have a bed for a night. Wouldn’t stay long term. Also the offer I booked online said that breakfast was included and upon checking in I was told that they hadn’t offered breakfast since Covid started when I asked about it being included. So their online offers should be updated.
