Beautiful space. Spacious room. Comfy furniture. Desk space incredible. Bathroom huge. Pool very small but kids loved it. Breakfast was terrific. Oatmeal bar. Eggs, bacon, waffles, muffins, fruit, various breads, assorted juices and coffee. Big hit, something for everyone. All the support team were friendly, professional and informative.

Fast and simple check in with friendly staff at counter. Clean/new/modern room was spacious and welcoming. Bathroom was clean and modern. Shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Easy heat/cooling control in room. Comfortable and clean beds & bedding. Extra large closet to store luggage. We had a ‘suite’ with double queens and a sleeper couch that was in a partitioned area from beds. Pool water was warm, pool area clean. Gym was clean. Breakfast was offered but we didn’t eat there so I cannot comment on quality. No evening time restaurant or bar in the hotel, however directly next door there was a fantastic restaurant with bar service available.

Very quiet area but not too much around it. Hotel amenities were great especially the breakfast and the pool. Very clean and friendly staff. Rooms were wonderful. So big and spacious. Perfect for our family and a tremendous value. Highly recommend!

We were at this hotel for a week, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, free breakfast was just ok, lots of maintenence issues, one elevator down all week, pool was closed halfway through and didnt reopen, fire alarm in the middle of the night. There was onsite laundry machines, which was helpful for a beach trip

Smelled like room was vacuumed one minute prior to check-in. Extremely long wait time for check-in there was a mess of hair in the drain in the shower you can see mold around shower trimming. Rust stains . Shower & pool super small. Very, very average room. Not thrilled about the stay especially for the price.

The room was spacious and nice, however the fridge in the room was confusing and we were unsure if it was working properly. The biggest downside was the room looked like it was very quickly cleaned, a lot of corners were dusty and cobwebs, crumbs, soap residue on the sink and counter, no trash bags in the trash cans, etc.

Didn't like the room that we were in right next to the highway couldn't sleep with the window cracked a little bit. The bathroom was right in front of the two beds and the tv was kinda in a bad spot also.

Found the King Bed not to be too comfortable. We stayed 2 nights. Wished the breakfast opened at 6:30 am on the weekends as we needed to be to our location by 7:00am. We were fortunate to have the food service person let us grab a few items prior to heading out the door. Overall found the hotel to be very very good.

Very nice and clean hotel. Dave at front desk went above and beyond. Spacious and comfy room. Tv in wierd spot. Bathroom nightlight shines through door and cant be turned off. All bathroom lights blew out when i used the hairdryer. No vanilla coffee creamer. Weekday breakfast ends at 9. No 24 hour coffee/tea. Quiet hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for a work trip and I cannot recommend it enough. An older gentleman who works the early afternoon to mid evening shift was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and helpful to my coworker and I. The 401 restaurant he recommended was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone. 10/10 would stay again

I was generally favorably impressed by this hotel. The people at the front desk were very attentive, although there was one brand new desk clerk who didn't seem to know much about the property and its environs and therefore couldn't provide much helpful information. Also, someone on the staff was using cooking equipment in the back office at the time of my arrival, didn't pay close enough attention to what he was doing, and set off the smoke alarm, which resulted in a mandatory evacuation by the guests and the arrival of two fire engines. This was especially inconvenient as I was pressed for time and the interruption in my unpacking put me under pressure to be ready for a scheduled Zoom session. Also, the cleaning staff was inconsistent: on at least two days, my room remained unattended, but on the one day when the housekeeping crew cleaned up my room, they did a great job. So a little better training with the staff would've resulted in an A rating. As it was, the supervisors with whom I interacted were uniformly courteous and helpful.

This has become our home-away-from home hotel when in the area. We have lodged here multiple times and every time has been the same experience. Extremely clean inside and outside the hotel. Super friendly staff. Comfortable lodging and hotel atmosphere. I will definitely stay here in future trips to the area.

It was ok. The check in staff wasn’t overly friendly but wasn’t rude. The hotel its self is very clean and nice. The pool is well taken care of and great for kids. The downfalls were very close to the highway and if you are a light sleeper like myself it’s not for you. Also someone burnt toast and set the fire alarms off at 6:40 in the morning. I woke up panicked and called the front desk to see if we needed to evacuate with our children. We did not but it would have been better for the staff to call the rooms so we knew what was happening. I also could not go back to sleep after that so left feeling exhausted. A lot of it was circumstances and personal preference. If you are going on cleanliness it’s a great hotel.

We had a great stay this weekend! The hotel was easy to get to—right off the highway—and just a short drive to Hampton Beach, which was super convenient. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, making check-in and the overall experience smooth and pleasant. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Best of all, the AC worked amazingly well—it got nice and cold, which was perfect after a hot day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very well located, easily accessible to go to various places abd to the beach in Hampton. Ot has a lot of stores, places to eat within 10-20 minutes. It is so quiet, you forget you are next to the main roads. The rooms are spacious, super clean and up to date. The continental breakfast is way more than that. The staff is very helpful.

Very pleasant staff. Better than usual free breakfast. My daughter was very excited to see bacon. Large rooms. Pool was small and loud due to echo but luckily it was just us, would be my only complaint if others were there but worked out very nice it wasn’t busy. Restaurant CR directly next door worked out perfect. Best meal I’ve had in a while, expensive but worth it. Highly recommend.
