I wrote to the hotel on March 24 and April 6 but received no response! I also contacted Hotels.com, and they have tried to reach out to the hotel on my behalf. They informed me that they would investigate the issue, and I have since received five emails stating that the case is still under review. When I checked in today, I explained that we are two people and that an administrative mistake had been made. Neither the receptionist nor the manager were receptive or willing to address the issue. However, at no point was the receptionist willing to acknowledge that the price is almost the same for one or two guests, and I refuse to pay an additional £60 for the second person. This has been extremely poor service
