This place was just so-so. Not bad but not really good. The bed was comfortable so that was a good thing. We had to go to another floor to get some ice. And access to our room was from outside with a long walk to it in 109 degree heat. They still have the loud type of air conditioner that vents from under the window. We won't stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay! The rooms seemed clean! The pool is across the parking lot which wasn’t super convenient with kids but it was okay! Breakfast was fine and evening dessert was such a fun treat for the family. We will definitely stay again.

This was my first time staying here and I will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Branson. Hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly and I love the ice cream and cobbler every night. Only thing we didn’t like was that there was no laundry machines but it is not a deal breaker. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is an older style motel. Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable, nice breakfast, friendly service, and had an elevator to take you to the second and third floors. Nice to be off the strip, less street noise and traffic. Would recommend.

The only thing that makes it not excellent for area is the parking situation but the property has a nice pool area, breakfast and dessert area, rooms are clean, beds comfortable, wifi good, staff are friendly.

The cobbler and ice cream was great when the cream machine kept up. Breakfast was an average hot meal breakfast. Thought bed was a little too soft. Pool was nice and in the shade.

This motel was the cleanest motel/hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The owners were onsite and very friendly. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The pool was spotless. If we come back to Branson, we will stay here again.

It really seems like it could be a pleasant place to stay, but we had ants in the room. Randomly around the whole room. We were even finding them in the bed, and that just made me paranoid that an ant would crawl in my ears. So it was hard to sleep. The shower head was spraying water out the side. Our door didn't have a peep hole, which I kind of prefer. The breakfast was good. We missed the evening dessert, but I bet it was nice as well. I reported the 2 issues. Hopefully they'll get it fixed before the next visitor.

BED BUG FOUND! It was found in room 104. We checked into our room late in th afternoon and checked out early due to bed bug found in the bed. I put it in a clear cup and notified management. They offer to put us in another rom we requested our money back. I was told not to worry about our refund we would receive it from Expedia. I followed up with management the following day and told them Expedia attempted to contact them via phone and email. No refund has been issueed by the hotel.

This was a remarkable stay given the price point. I was very skeptical of the 9.4 rating when booking. This is an older property but by no means run down, in fact it is one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. Furnishing are a bit dated but all in good repair. Bathroom had some minor maintenance issues and the carpet was coming apart in one place but otherwise near perfect and absolutely quiet with quiet A/C. Breakfast was pretty standard but well maintained, though not enough seats to go around. They do serve an evening dessert which is a nice touch. Gripes are few, biggest being my pet peeve, those tiny square pillows a lot of properties are moving to. No support, no comfort, but the bed itself was in good shape and linens clean. The other was the bath towels, no two alike and rather “Motel 6” quality. It’s really remarkable how clean a tidy this is at this price point. Tonight, I am staying in a major brands mid-range hotel for $50 more a night and the room is nowhere near as nice of a condition and has that very chemical smell like they are trying to hid something. For the price, definitely deserves the rating.

I had high hopes for this stay. Instead I was greeted by mildewy A/C, a musty smelling room, and a bed bug attack. I felt something on the back side portion of my head, around my ear, around 1AM. Grabbed it and squeezed, felt something pop and ooze. I held it and went into the bathroom. It took me a bit to wake up to identify what I had in the light, but pretty sure it was a bed bug. Also, the ooze was blood. We quickly quarantined the stuff we had with us in the room and left. No hotel staff were in the lobby so I called the number on a door they left. It rang over to another nearby low rated motel, I told the guy I found a bed bug in the hotel room and we were gone, he said in the most nonchalant tone, "just leave the door keys on the desk, I'll let maintenance know." Sounds like they might already be aware of the issue. The only slightly redeeming quality was the serve yourself peach cobbler.

Yes, the room was spotless. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and accommodating. Need an alarm clock in the room. Room #118 did not have one. Used my cell phone. I don't think I have ever stayed in a motel room that did not have an alarm clock. Nothing else. Great place. Will visit again.

Decent for the price, excellent breakfast, have icecream and cobbler starting at 9pm each evening. Our room was right beside the metal staircase, so kinda noisy at times. Our airconditioner had a very noisy blower motor, sounded terrible. Overall it was good and I would stay here again.

Pleasant one night stay in Branson I haven't stayed in every hotel in town, so I can't say it's the absolute best, but it was a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a refrigerator and coffee maker. It did not include a microwave, but our room was close enough to the office that I used the microwave in the breakfast room to heat up our dinner. The front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The price was reasonable and a good value. They provide pie and ice cream for guests from 9-11 p.m. We didn't go because we don't like to eat that late. Breakfast wasn't impressive, but it did include waffles.

We've read a lot of wonderful things about BB over the years, but experiencing is so much better. Our room was wonderful. The mattress was very comfortable. Loved the dessert options every night and the hot breakfast option. The only thing that caused a struggle for us was not having a microwave in the room.

The property is clean and well maintained. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The shower head worked well. There was a refrigerator but there was no microwave (which can come in handy). When I looked at the many reviews people raved about a great breakfast. Honestly, I was disappointed in the breakfast. It was on par with a lot of other hotels that have just an OK breakfast. I am being a little picky but I really did not like the styrofoam plates and cups. The coffee was rather bitter. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate the breakfast as a 6. Also, for the privilege of staying on the ground floor I had to pay an additional $10 plus tax per day. I thought that should be on a first come first serve basis. I have stayed at several properties in Branson that I thought was better.

Room really is soundproof. We heard absolutely nothing. The facility and room was clean. We didn’t do the breakfast. The only thing as the bed was a touch too firm for me. Other than that everything was perfect.

Super bad terrible experience with this hotel. I booked a room last minute knowing it was just rest then the next day continue my trip. However, after a long road trip due to some issues along the way, we finally arrived around 2am hoping to take a good rest and recover energy, but, once we arrived to the hotel, nobody was in the front desk, we called to the phone number listed in the instructions but nobody replied. Unfortunately we had to go to the hotel across the street and pay another room. They were super kind with us giving us an affordable room. Next day we went back asking for a refund or maybe to receive a room for another night but they were rude just saying call to Expedia.

It was great. All the staff was helpful and very friendly. One of your staff members went above being helpful when my rental car battery went dead and I needed help. Her name is Casey and I will never forget her, she made me and my two sisters feel very special. We are on one of our sister road trips, we are 85, 82 and 76 and if we ever come back this way we will definitely stay here and will recommend your hotel to everyone we know in Texas!

After making a reservation two months earlier and paying for it, I was told "there was no room in the Inn". They had my reservation but showed it canceled. The manager made reservation at another motel. It was 10 miles away and much cheaper. Not a happy camper!

When we arrived there was a note on the door that you needed to call to check in. After waiting 20 minutes, someone finally showed up. Did not get the room that we requested - only 2 towels in the room. I'm guessing this property is now under new ownership or something. Not the service we've always recv'd there. Been staying there for 20 years.

The first morning there it was pour down rain and the associate getting ready to service the room let us use a couple of towels to cover our heads so we could get our jacket and umbrella. Everyone that’s works there was friendly and gave great service and it felt like family

This is my new favorite place to stay! It was safe, super clean and comfortable. Check-in and checkout were dmooth and easy. Casey was extremely friendly and helpful. In the evening, there was cobbler, cookies and soft-serve ice cream. We just grabbed mhffins for breakfast, but they had a lot of other breakfast options to choose from. Will definitely stay here again!

We were dissappointed this time here. The office was closed all the time. We had to call if we needed something. The telephone didn't work. We had to check before going to breakfast every morning to see if it was ready. Had to check again at night to see if cobbler was ready. We are disabled and they put us in the last room. There was a spider web in the bathroom. Probably will not stay there again.

For a motel, it's pretty nice at an amazing price. Clean, quiet, parking within feet of the room. However stayed off season so office not staffed but reachable via phone. No breakfast or night time snacks as advertised due to being off season.

This was your typical hotel room. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The tv didnt work and was not fixed even after we reported it. Also, although the description said breakfast was included in the morning and dessert in the evening, but those were not offered.

This hotel was great! They have the normal hot buffet breakfast with waffles, biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, cereal..etc. They also have dessert at night from 9-11 which was incredible - hot apple, cherry, peach, & blackberry cobbler, cookies & ice cream machine! Well worth the price & everyone was friendly & helpful. Will stay there again!

We would have rated it an overall 5 stars however the charging block hub was a nice add but only one of the 4 usb ports worked, the phone was not connected to the head set and TV had minimal volume . The breakfast wasn't bad but instant eggs and an average free breakfast. The ice cream and cobbler at night was a very nice add. The room was clean cozy and overall very nice almost making is forget it was a motel.
