Our room was average, but clean. Pool area can use some new paint. But it also was clean and clear. Some other guests were very noisy especially with continuous slamming of doors. All in all it was ok. Friendly staff.

A very nice place perfectly located close to Boardwalk. Make sure you bring your hairdryer if you need one. No coffee/tea in the room but available at the reception area. They make perfect cappuccino!

There was nobody in the lobby any time other than check in. Had to contact them by phone. Little amenities listed on the site were actually there. NO blow dryer, daily breakfast, coffee maker in room or daily housekeeping

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They even offered us coffee right away. Additionally, the pool was always clean and there were 2 grills available for us to use for cooking. Such a great experience!

The property was perfect for walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Rooms are clean and pool is nice. The manager in the office was great and extremely helpful and friendly. Only thing I did not like was that there was no secure lock on the outside door. But over all it was a great stay and I would stay again when coming to seaside

We had a great time here. Staff was wonderful. Pool was great. Staff addressed any issues and fixed immediately. Only wish I have is for the showers to be updated with handrails.

The property managers were very responsive and courteous throughout my stay. I chose this location because it’s dog-friendly, and it was the perfect choice — there’s even a park just a few blocks away, which was so convenient. The property is close to everything: the boardwalk, shops, dining, and it also has a very clean pool. Overall, a wonderful stay!

From the outside, we had our reservations about staying here. But upon checking in, the office was very clean, so we gave it a go. The room was fine. Everything was clean and it had everything you need for a stay at the shore. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked decent!

Checking in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. We got to our room and it was definitely different than the photos… it was run down, the lock fell off the door, and everything was dirty. We cleaned the room as soon as we got there. The bedding was full of hair, the shower had hair, the mirror had toothpaste splattered all over it… We weren’t in the room most of the time so it did it’s job, but it was definitely disappointing that it didn’t look like the photos. The pool was nice, the water was very clear. Toiletries seemed like they were included online, but the only things we got were bar-soap and toilet paper, if that counts. Make sure to bring your own bedding as well and don’t stay here if you’re not willing to wipe everything down as soon as you arrive.

We stood at the hotel for an event nearby and the service was amazing! The owner was so accomodating- not only allowed us to park in the lot hours early but also checked us in early which made it so easy and eliminated the need for us to return to the office hours later for that purpose. Also, he had complimentary coffee and snacks in the office. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay there. Located wthin walking distance to the boardwalk!

It definitely doesn’t look like the pictures. It’s a “renovated” motel 6. There’s no elevators, parking is real tight, our bathroom shower in both rooms were disgusting, it’s rundown and our room smelled like old cigarettes. I opened the microwave and no one has cleaned it I’m guessing in a very long time and it was rusting. The comforter just felt dirty so we put it on the floor. The only nice thing is you can walk to the beach and the boardwalk and the person at checkin was friendly. And the bed was comfortable

My children and I genuinely enjoyed our stay. It's obvious they work hard and take pride in their hotel. The hotel is animal friendly but I was unable to detect any animal smell. My room was clean and smelt very fresh.

The place is old, funky, and falling apart. The drop ceilings were all messed up and looked like they weren’t cut right. The half bath had a shower that didn’t work and no toilet. 3 small pillows for a king size bed and the floor was sandy. When the shower didn’t work it was late and nothing could be done. Seriously need to fix a lot of stuff or change your rates.not worth it at all.

I have stayed at many different hotels in Seaside. The room was extremely clean along with the grounds and pool. It is 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Dining is also within walking distance. You park your car when you arrive and never have to use it until you leave. What sets this hotel apart from all the others I have stayed in is the staff!! The were extremely friendly and would do anything to elevate your experience while staying there. These guys really care about your stay and that made a huge impression because it was genuine. Not the canned BS I get at the Ritz or Hilton. I will be back again and hope you give them a try.

The staff at Arie Hotel were welcoming and helpful. This hotel has a great location in terms of walking to the boardwalk however, the hotel is in need of repair. All of the furniture was worn and old. The beds were not very comfortable and the card to get into the building was iffy and consistently took a while to work.

Hotel was a pleasant suprise. We enjoyed the location 3 blocks from north end of boardwalk (quieter) Pool was nice, good parking. Felt safe there. Room was a little run down but clean and no bugs. Bed comfortable and was quiet and plesant overall!

If you're expecting the Ritz Carlton, this is not it. It's a small dormitory style hotel where you can sleep and shower, since you're going to be at the beach or out carousing anyway. That said, the staff was very friendly and helpful, there's free parking and a pool, and you're a block and a half away from the boardwalk and the beach. The room was reasonably clean, and even with all the high school kids staying there for their post prom, it was quiet enough that we had no trouble sleeping.

The room was too small for a family of 4 with 2 twin beds.. No closets, hangers or drawers to put clothing. Room smelled like disinfectant during my 2 night stay even with AC on. The front reception was really friendly, helpful and accommodating though.

I didn’t like that the room was physically dirty, the walls had dirt smudges, the mattress had stains, the windows had bird poop all over them and the windowsill was filthy as well. Wi-fi wasn’t stable, tv kept buffering in the middle of the show. What I did like was the convenience of walking to the boardwalk, and the stores near by. Parking was available.

Family run business and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating! We arrived at the area very early wanting to get as much of the day as we could. They offered for us to park our car and check in as soon as the room was ready. Room was clean and had all the basics we needed. Good location to walk to the boardwalk. The owner was super nice and helpful, and had free coffee in the office! Thank you Aire Hotel for a wonderful stay!

Very nice hotel, clean, great price, and extremely helpful/ friendly managers and staff. There is lots of parking so you don’t have to worry about that, and It’s a very short walk to the boardwalk, making it a great place to spend a night or two.

Staff was very helpful. Got there a little earlier from check in time, and the manager at the desk let us settle into our room. My daughter had a splinterin her foot and the manager took the time to attend to her a solve the issue. Hotels.com rated this property as Good. I say its Excellent

We had a pretty good stay overall. We had some problems with our room and checking in on our first night but the hotel manager, Abdul, made sure to address any issues we had as soon as he could. He was an absolute pleasure and I’d definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
We had a pretty good stay overall. We had some problems with our room and checking in on our first night but the hotel manager, Abdul, made sure to address any issues we had as soon as he could. He was an absolute pleasure and I’d definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

We stood at the hotel for an event nearby and the service was amazing! The owner was so accomodating- not only allowed us to park in the lot hours early but also checked us in early which made it so easy and eliminated the need for us to return to the office hours later for that purpose. Also, he had complimentary coffee and snacks in the office. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay there. Located wthin walking distance to the boardwalk!

Hotel was a pleasant suprise. We enjoyed the location 3 blocks from north end of boardwalk (quieter) Pool was nice, good parking. Felt safe there. Room was a little run down but clean and no bugs. Bed comfortable and was quiet and plesant overall!

If you're expecting the Ritz Carlton, this is not it. It's a small dormitory style hotel where you can sleep and shower, since you're going to be at the beach or out carousing anyway. That said, the staff was very friendly and helpful, there's free parking and a pool, and you're a block and a half away from the boardwalk and the beach. The room was reasonably clean, and even with all the high school kids staying there for their post prom, it was quiet enough that we had no trouble sleeping.

Lots of the exteriors of the nearby hotels/motels were a little questionable but as soon as you open the door to the lobby its really nice and clearly remodeled. Some parts are run down but just hallways its not that important. The room was very nice and beautiful i liked it its a really pretty beach vibe. There’s coffee and tea in the lobby too.

There was nobody in the lobby any time other than check in. Had to contact them by phone. Little amenities listed on the site were actually there. NO blow dryer, daily breakfast, coffee maker in room or daily housekeeping

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They even offered us coffee right away. Additionally, the pool was always clean and there were 2 grills available for us to use for cooking. Such a great experience!

I found the manager Abdul very kind and efficient. Our room was very clean and quiet. One of the mattresses in our room was uncomfortable if was better I would have given the motel a give a 5. There is coffee and expresso available at the front desk. No breakfast.

The property managers were very responsive and courteous throughout my stay. I chose this location because it’s dog-friendly, and it was the perfect choice — there’s even a park just a few blocks away, which was so convenient. The property is close to everything: the boardwalk, shops, dining, and it also has a very clean pool. Overall, a wonderful stay!
