Blatant lie in description. The hotel is 4 blocks from boardwalk. Not "oceanfront " nor "on the beach". Picture is not from the hotel vantage point. Not old and charming. Old and run down.

Waited outside for over 10 minutes for someone to open lobby door so that we could check in. Stairs and hallways dirty but room ok. No live tv to watch sports at night but nice tv. WiFi was very spotty.

The photos are misleading And name is misleading It is not a hotel It is a small motel with peopel fighting all night and dog barking The wall unit is so loud that you cannot sleep all night You cannot see any beach from window Beach is two to three block far Please market as a motel so people doens not get there hopes high
