Basic, but clean and pleasant! Beautiful little courtyard with cafe tables and fruit trees. Very sweet housekeeping staff. Rooms are very basic, but very clean. I really appreciated being able to check in as early as 11. Worked out perfectly when I arrived in town 2 days earlier than planned and needed a place to stay close to the airport. Key card access elevator, and all rooms are 2nd floor or 3rd floor. Felt very safe. They have a parking garage if you have a car. Very quick Uber from the airport.

Unique hotel with parking on ground floor and an elevator to the room floors (room key required to operate elevator). A large internal patio on the 2nd floor with some seating. There was plenty of parking, and cameras spread around the garage gave a sense of security. The room was large, and in good repair, though the temperature control in the room was a little iffy. The facility was quiet, at least on the night we were there.

I was surprised by how friendly the front desk guy was when I checked in after midnight, and also by how clean the room was, for the price I would say this is unbeatable for the area, I will be back.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay here. The managers were very attentive whenever we needed something, and housekeeping was also very accommodating. The place was impeccably clean. I would highly recommend the Airport Inn!

Cleanliness of the room was insane, I've never been in a hotel that did a better job of housekeeping. 5 stars wasn't enough to rate it. It's an easy walk to the downtown area where there are numerous good places to eat.

The motel was in good location. Across the street, home blasting music but luckily wasn't at night. The service was good and liked the free parking. Room itself was simple, wifi and tv good. Only ding was the bed wasn't that comfortable and pillows needed upgrading and only had 3 pillows for king size bed and thin blanket. If they upgraded the bed, linens and pillows- would be great!

Absolutely worth it! The room is very spacious, the bed is soft, comfortable, and super clean. also very quiet. There’s a cozy dining area, and it comes with both a microwave and a refrigerator. I slept so well every night!

As many of the other reviews described, this is a basic hotel with no bells and whistles, but it is kept EXTREMELY CLEAN, and the owners are extremely kind and helpful. If you're looking for a basic but reliable and CLEAN hotel near SFO this is absolutely your best choice. 10-15 minute walk to Caltrain and to great restaurants on Grand Ave. Very strongly recommended.

I booked my boyfriend a room here, and he enjoyed his stay. The area is clean, parking is easy and the room is comfortable. Though he forgot his something in his room when he checked out and only remembered when he was back home in SoCal. He called in to ask about the item in a very calm and friendly tone, and the guy who answered was throwing harsh words at him in return. He was telling him that he isn't to stay there anymore in the future and that he'll never get his item back, and hung up on him. I'm not sure if the person was just having a bad day, but my boyfriend called again to apologize to the person if he had offended him, but the lady who's always kind answered this time and they said they'll keep a look out. We haven't heard back from them since. It's sad because we loved booking this place and we had to remove it now from our options.

I stay here often. One of the best priced hotels--it's clean, the owners are lovely, parking is fantastic. It's not a hotel with lots of amenities, but it is a quiet, safe, clean place to stay at a reasonable price.

Clear signage for after hours check in, front office was closed when we arrived around 9:30, manager responded quickly after we rang the phone outside. Clean, large room, no complaints on amenities, sinks inside and outside bathroom are a plus.

Terrible service!! I was asked to vacate my room due to noise they said. But we were never warned or asked to lower the volume or had any idea we were disturbing anybody. and i never received the refund promised to me

I recently stayed at Airport Inn SFO Airport, and we were quite pleased with our experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was spacious, with comfortable beds. providing a comfortable retreat after a day of travel. Nothing special for views. The covered parking facilities were a significant plus—secure and convenient, making it easy to come and go without any hassle. Very nice hotel! Surprisingly spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable rooms for a very reasonable price. Parking was convenient and located under the hotel, not on the street. We had great daily service and really comfortable bed and bedding. They served coffee in the courtyard every morning. We actually extended our stay another night due to the convenient location and enoyable stay. There are high power lines nearby and it is close to the freeway, but the road noise was minimal and the location made it very easy to get around with our car. This will definitely be our go to place when we need to be in the SF area.

We always stay here when my mom gets her treatments at UCSF. Very good value. Clean and comfortable. Very large rooms with separate sitting areas. Very friendly owners/staff. Pleasant courtyard with coffee in the morning. Parking under the building is very tight and difficult for larger vehicles.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and it’s rare to find a property that is as convenient, and inexpensive. It provided the basic services we needed and we didn’t pay for services we didn’t need. Coffee was available at a Service station across the street. I didn’t see coffee available in the facility, but I also didn’t ask. A perfect location before a fishing trip in the nearby Marina at Oyster Bay. Parking was free and very easy, and street level. The decor was simple and appealing. I would repeat the experience in a minute if I needed to stay near the marina in South San Francisco again.

Good stay would def recommend. I like the fact that it was covered parking so it made me feel safe. Enjoyed the room very much. Very comfortable and everything worked; tv, remote, hair dryer, heat/ac, etc. Has microwave and mini fridge in room, but no coffee maker. Only thing I noticed it says it offers free continental brkfst, there was none except coffee and tea in the morning hours. Other than that this was a great stay and no complaints.

The room was nice. The bed was too firm for my taste, so I had trouble sleeping. They did give me extra pillows no problem. The courtyard and second floor outside area were nice. They were trying to upgrade the courtyard. The garage was small, but it was well lit and had plenty of security cameras. The only access to the hotel needed you key to get on the elevator. I felt safe. The a/c heater worked great. It could use some sound proofing. I could hear people in the other rooms talking, laughing, even snoring. Over all I would stay again if I needed a place near the airport.
