Our stay at the hotel was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the language barrier was a little hard at times, hotel staff made every effort to communicate with us and help us where needed, The room was spacious with beds and pillows comfortable. Bathroom was spacious was great water pressure, very clean and always stocked with soaps and fresh towels. During our stay the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room but we were provided with pedestal fans which helped allot and just showed another example of how good the staff were in always trying to help out. The building has a lift and free breakfast included were both bonuses. The area around the hotel at times looked sketchy, nothing at anytime felt that way. Naples as a city has this feel with allot of rubbish and graffiti but that adds to the city’s feel. The hotel is close to allot of Markets for shopping and only a 2 minute walk from Christmas Street. Overall our stay was good and I would stay here again.

It's close to the well known shopping area. It's clean, but bathroom is dated, window in room 305 is not closing properly and is very noisy.

Room was ok,bathroom a bit dated but otherwise ok,altough on our arrival I’ve noticed the toilet wasn’t cleaned and the bathroom towels will be good if re-newed On the next day the cleaner was in the room and everything was cleaned properly and organised Ac unit very load when in use and even with the window shut the location was very noisy The host doesn’t speak english at all which is not great

We liked the spacious room and large shower. We found it conveniently located for us to explore various parts of Naples. It was just a few hundred meters from a bustling area full of bars, restaurants and cafes (Via San Biagio Dei Labral). The Spanish Quarter is a 20 minute walk away. Pre-arrival communication was good. There was a bit of a language gap between English and Italian while checking in but nothing serious. The only drawback was the WiFi was strong in the BnB until we got to our room at the end of the hall. The signal was repeatedly lost entering our room. Breakfast was a coffee (espresso or cappuccino etc) and fresh made delicious pastry just around the corner. They have a few seats in the small shop but also provide take way service so we could eat and drink back in the room. A coupon is provided for each morning of your stay that will cover the cost of one beverage and a pastry. Taxi to/from Naples Centrale train station ranged from 16-20 euros.
