Excellent Hotel, staff were very polite and helpful with any questions or local information needed for our trip Hotel rooms were cleaned every day and reception/lobby area was very comfortable Free drinks from a coffee machine in the lobby available 24 hours a day, coffee was only luke warm however! Bagels were available free of charge! We really enjoyed our stay at the Pestana hotel and would definately recommend this hotel

Eugene was top notch at check-in. Went above and beyond to make sure the stay was enjoyable. Later check out is available as well. Port Authority is just steps around the corner. 24/7 Fitness facility on site.

The room was definitely good for the price. On the website it said there was parking we found out there was no parking on site. You had to go to the designated parking lot which was full so we went to the one next-door and paid too much for parking.

Just there for a night to catch a Broadway show but a great place to stay. They do not have a place to grab a drink or bit to eat but there are many places nearby. Staff was friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Loved their toiletry line. Easy check in and check out process. Easy access parking garage within 100 yards if you need one.

Very modern hotel in a good central location for all main midtown Manhatten attractions. Broadway and Times Sq. 15mins. Central park 25 mins. all walkable for those able and subway 5 mins walk to go further afield. Comfortable beds, room a good size, standard of cleanliness is very high. Staff very helpful. No bar at hotel and limited breakfast of bagels and coffee, no other dining available at hotel but can order in. Would recommend to a friend. :)

great, clean, and close to the javits center. some really great food within a few blocks as well as water, coffee, apples, and bagels in the lobby which is a good bit more than you get at other nyc hotels. the room was quite small with only a little room between the ends of the beds and the wall but otherwise no issues of any kind.

Comfortable, modern rooms. Showers, fixtures are high end. Free great coffee & tea, water morning bagels/ croissants 24x7. Pleasant modern ambiance. Convenient to train station and midtown with a deli 20 steps away for groceries & lunch. I stay in NYC hotels a lot and will keep Pestana on my preferred list. The rooms aren't big but work for one person on business or two without a lot of luggage

The staff at the front desk couldn’t be any nicer. The 24 hour coffee and tea machine was excellent in providing your favorite beverages, including hot milk. This was a great location as well not too far from Times Square and the theater district. Easy walk to the Jake Javits center. The rooms are typical small square footage but the way I see it is you just need a place to sleep and shower. The lobby is very spacious.

Great stay. It was a last minute decision and I was glad I found this hotel. The location was a bit far from where I needed to be but it was still accessible. Would I return to this hotel? Absolutely! Large modern lobby with clean dining room and terrace, free coffee and water, excellent service, impeccable housekeeping! Very European which I liked. Efficient use of space in the room. Fluffly towels. The bed sheets felt clean. No icky feeling. There is a small fridge. I got a few items for free as a vip member apparently. Overall, we were satisfied.

Nicely decorated lobby, quiet and very clean. Comfortable beds, great location and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Great one night stay, saw a concert at the Garden. I would stay again when back in the city.

Nice hotel. Limited but complimentary breakfast and free drinks. Decent public areas. i did see a roach which was less good, but I guess they are ubiquitous if rarely seen. Like the football theme.

This hotel was more basic than expected for the price. The bed was comfortable but the room and bathroom were small. I was alone but two people would be one too many! The hotel is more like a posh hostel with rooms, lobby seating area with water and coffee but nothing else. Have stayed at other Pestana hotels which provided much better value. Therefore would not choose to stay again.

A modern hotel in an ideal location, overall Pestana Times Square made for a great quick trip with a one exception. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of our room and the welcome gift & handwritten note were appreciated. Our biggest issue was that despite the ample room size, it was had almost no furniture. There was no closet, no desk, virtually no counter space of any kind. There wasn't even a luggage rack. We had nowhere to set our suitcase, and ended up putting my purse and carry-on on the windowsill. It was odd & inconvenient.

My sister and I came into town for a couple days. We got the 2 beds room and it was the perfect amount of space for us. Only thing we didn’t like was that the door to the bathroom was a tight squeeze to get in and out of.

My adult daughter and I spent a girls’ weekend in NYC , and stayed at PESTANA CR7 TIMES SQUARE. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and mini-bar had a good variety. I can’t give enough praise to the staff, especially at the front desk! They are all wonderful! Any requests we had were taken care of very quickly, and efficiently. And the location is central to so many things! We are planning another trip to NYC, along with my husband this time, and we definitely want to stay here!

I chose the hotel because it had such high ratings. It is an ok hotel but one of the worst I have stayed at in midtown and I don’t get the high ratings. The staff were not friendly and made me tell them my birthdate, which made me uncomfortable because why do they need that? The housekeeper didn’t come until 4 PM, by which time I was dressing for dinner so it was inconvenient. There is a coffeemaker in the room but you can’t use it because of poor design- there isn’t enough head space to lift the lid to insert the pod and the cord isn’t long enough to pull it out beyond the cabinet. The thing you have to hold your room are up to to get the elevator to work was wonky and didn’t work half the time. Overall a poorly designed and run hotel. The only positive thing I can say is it is a convenient location. But there are so many better hotels nearby, that I won’t stay here again.

Most of the reviews I read took note of the great customer service and I can attest that this was true for our stay as well. All staff from front desk to housekeeping was extremely kind and welcoming. I never felt like the I was bothering anyone with my few questions or requests. Booking through Expedia also afforded me an upgrade which surprised me and was so lovely. We stayed 4 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is an easy walk to transit, Times Square, Broadway theaters, shopping and K-town. My friend and I definitely utilized the coffee machine and ice cold water always available in the very chic lobby.

Ive been coming to this hotel for, I think the last 4 or 5 years and it always has been nice,clean,comfortable and right around the block from Port authority and time square and only 4 to 5 block from Penn Station and 5 to 6 also from the Javis center. Also this year they also said because im a loyalty memeber they gave me 7 free items from the mini fridge which was a nice gesture from them.

Always looking for a good hotel under $400 in this area. This was the first one Ive found with a very good bed, newer and clean bathroom, and excellent + friendly service. Will definitely return and may make this my go to spot in this area + Central to theater district and times square Good amenities and continental bkfast Mini fridge in room Clean bathrooms, good hot water, fresh towels Very comfortable bed and pillows Would say slightly bigger than most hotels in this price range and area - The neighborhood can be a little gritty at night and not for everyones taste, but generally safe and well policed. Always lots of people on street at all hours (thats NY/Times Square!)

The have construction side just outside your window, prepare to wake up 7am with some latin music and scaffolding work! they have close down their bar services and removed the coffee and bagels they had in the morning, big drop of overall experience of the hotel within few months.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. Rooms are small, but normal for NYC. Free fruit and bagels are a nice touch but best of all is the on-demand espresso machine, which actually served decent espresso.

Very good hotel, rooms arnt that small and nothing you wouldnt expect for a city hotel, rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great jobe everyday. Free coffee downstairs and free bagels at 0700 with pastries was much appreciated and helped us keep costs down a litttle as NY seems to be pretty expensive. Would highly recommend this hotel which is in a great loaction

We really enjoyed our stay here. We are Huge CR7 fans and to see all the CR7 items everywhere!! Staff was super nice. They offered help with were to eat and how to get to places. I truly appreciated them! Great coffee in the morning. Some bagels and croissants for breakfast were available too. But because we wanted true NY bagels we tended to grab some and eat downstairs.
