This was a nice hotel that was easy to get to from the airport or the stadium. The gym is small but has two treadmills and some other equipment. Definitely would stay here again.

Was mostly good, room was great and other amenities were very good. At checkout time had an unfortunate incident where the elevator got stuck while we were on there. Getting stuck was not good but the response was highly disappointing. Response was very poor and while checking out the clerk seemed uncaring and nothing was offered as compensation for this incident. Hotel needs to have a better response to this in the future.

We were so impressed with the airport shuttle. We had to be at the airport at 4:00am and the shuttle was there even before the scheduled time of 3:50am. The driver was friendly & efficient.

The hotel was fine and the in-hotel staff were great, and special kudos to the shuttle drivers--my heroes! But getting that shuttle from the airport was challenging: there was no info anywhere about where to go, how to reach them, etc. Once I did reach a live person (on the sales line), they tried to give me driving directions from the airport and then got defensive when I stopped them and re-asked my question. I chose the hotel *because it said it had 24-hour shuttle service* and then had to fight to get that shuttle--waited well over an hour and a half before I got picked up.

I am very picky about cleanliness and this hotel was perfect. The transportation to and from the airport was flawless and so very convenient and the breakfast was amazing. Highly highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was having elevator issues, there is two elevators but only one was working and then at one time, none was working. Wife is pregnant and the stairs to the 3rd floor was just a huge inconvenience. One of the cleaning staff had her child with her maybe around 5 years old, she was very young but was wondering the halls as her mother cleans rooms. But overall it is a nice hotel and convenient to BWI airport.

The property was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean to my expectations. The breakfast was really good and the lemon water was always cold. The pool was nicely setup and organized. My kids enjoyed it abs since it wasn’t that deep I didn’t have to get in with the kids.

They wanted you to keep your old towels and reuse them if possible.No room service unless you asked and to get new towels always had to ask.Garbage in the room was never emptied unless you asked.

Found a big hair in the bedsheets. Caused us to fear that the sheets had not been changed before we came. Which was pretty horrible feeling to deal with all night. Other than that the whole place was great.

Breakfast was adequate, nothing outstanding, biggest disappointment was maid service we arrived on Friday for a five night stay. We had no maid service during our stay, i contacted the front desk on day 3 to inform them of the oversight. Zero follow-up & no maid service. The shuttle was quick & clean well done on the shuttle.

This was a great retreat for the night comimg back from a cruise. I have one complaint and that is that the bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a rock. Everything else was wonderful including the breakfast.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I was able to check in right away. in less than five minutes, I was checked in, and on my way to the room. Extremely comfortable, quiet and clean.

There was only one person working in the reception area who was in the bathroom for more than 30 min. We had to wait more than 30 minutes in the lobby for her to check us in. We booked 2 rooms but for some reason she gave us only one room. When we realized that we had to go back again from 3rd floor to lobby, waited another 15 minutes to get our 2nd room. It was not pleasant check in. Carpet was dusty. Not enough breakfast option.

I noted to hotel in advance I would be getting in late. Room was already paid for. Was told when I arrived that there might not be a room as hotel reservation system was overbooking. That is not something someone arriving near midnight after a long day of travel wants to hear

The front desk staff was amazing, processed a huge number of people in very short time checking in all at once due to weather cancelling a bunch of flights. They were friendly, polite and very helpful. Clean rooms, quiet area. All together, a great stay

This hotel was very conveniently located to the airport and my cousin's wedding venue. A large group of my family and the groom's family stayed there for a weekend and it worked out perfectly. The staff was friendly and we had access to meeting rooms and the lobby area for our get togethers throughout the day and night. My room was very comfortable and breakfast was very good. It was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

Breakfast at 6am good for early flights. Would be great if parking lot had brighter lighting near back for guests arriving alone in later hours. Hesitated to take the free airport shuttle bc I will need a handicap accessible ride back for my aunt and front desk clerk couldn’t guarantee that one would be available when we return. Nice that there were snacks and drinks in lobby available for purchase, some wine/beer until 10 & 2 water bottles in my room (a nice surprise) to take my medications, stay hydrated!
