This motel was a fair bit cheaper than others in the area, and being money conscious, we took a chance. We were very happy with our stay. In terms of the room, it’s generally what you’d expect from an older motel. But the rooms were very clean, everything was in good working order, there was no noise, the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, and there was an outdoor pool area with a decent sized (unheated) pool, which our son loved. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking area was quite small. If you had a big truck, it would be very difficult to maneuver around. Was disappointed the pool was already closed for the season. Otherwise was a nice quiet place to stay

This is our 4 th stay. And it’s a great motel. Clean, comfortable beds, and the owners do a great job in maintaining the surroundings. Great pool if you have kids and they have a couple of nice bbq if you want to throw something on the bbq.

Check in was seamless. We were welcomed to a very well kept room. It smelled clean and was very tidy. Amenities all close by. Parking lot was large and spotless. The pool was well kept and despite the hot day there were shaded pool chairs. Our kids loved it. The office sells snacks and trinkets. We bbq'd steaks in the evening. The grills and tables were clean and well kept. We would absolutely stay here again. One of the best little older motels we've stayed at!

located in area with plenty of restaurants nearby as well as grocery store within walking distance. pool was clean although it was a bit cool. Room was clean and beds comfortable. it is an older property and noticeable in the washrooms. Also we were on first floor and could hear people upstairs walki g around. it wasn’t a problem for us as our sleep schedule and wake up were about the same but could see it could be a problem. overall we enjoyed our 1 night stay and would stay there again

I disliked the extremely scented product used to cover up horrible odors. The foul odor still came through in the room. Could not get ventolation system to work and window doesnt open. Mattress felt like sleeping on 2 layers of cardboard on the floor. One hand towel was folded and placed on the towel rack still damp. Other towels and wash cloths smelled bad. Shower curtain smelled really bad. Huge crack in sink. Internet passcode on back of door and on night stand are not obvious places for this information, as there is not an electronic plugin in those locations. This information would have been helpful on checkin. Positives relatively clean hard surfaces. Was quiet. Coffee is good and decent supply. Ceramic coffee mugs.

Bad things: The room had an odd smell that I couldn't quite place. It wasn't necessarily unpleasant but somewhat smelled like an old air freshener that might be trying to cover up stale smoke. There were garbage bags outside the door that stayed until the next day and wet pool towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The room was clean so I guess the cleaners just missed those. I chucked them out on the walkway with the garbage bags that were still there in the morning. Not the greatest. The carpets could use a good clean, they felt a bit sticky to the bottom of my feet so I wore my shoes whenever I walked the room Good things: bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcome from the heat. The pool was nice for a dip in the hot weather. Overall a basic stay.

Rooms were clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Floors were clean. All appliances were safe and operational. Bathroom was updated and very clean. Room was very clean and quiet. Would most definitely stay here again and recommend to others. The price was very reasonable for what you received.

Pool did not look clean around the edges and was very cold. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One bed had sheets that were either dirty or stained which was rather disconcerting. Won't stay again.

The room was very clean. However there was too much furniture in the room, so that you can barely move around the room. The air conditioner was extremely loud. So loud, that it was difficult to sleep. We had to keep the AC on, as the window didn't open. The bed was not comfortable. We will not be staying here again.

Not a great experience. Plugging a phone charger into an outlet caused a light to go out. Not a big deal, but also some outlets didn't work at all. The bed is all springs and incredibly uncomfortable. My towel had brown streaks on it, which was probably just paint but still... Not recommended.

For a motel, it's alright. Nothing special with regard to comfort or interior, but servicable. BUT be advised if possible to ask for a room upstairs. Why? On the ground floor you will be forced to hear every single step somebody takes in the room above you. I can't recommend staying downstairs!

The ability to control a/c was non existent as wiring was tied into 3 rooms, If you b wanted heat heaters were available or extra blankets. HOW they received a high rating is beyond me. Motel was full probably because of large number of travelers and price point.

Absolutely amazing. It’s affordable, clean, comfortable and secure. The staff is SO friendly and accommodating. We decided to stay an extra night and were able to keep the room another day. They’re so good with our German shepherd and supplied us with some doggie bags as we forgot them back in PG. we will absolutely without a doubt continue to stay here when we come to Kamloops. Highly recommend. Very quiet and just all around lovely, welcoming, safe, and comfortable.

Staff were courteous and professional. Unfortunately I had a problem with the heater in my room (it was very loud). When brought to the staff’s attention a small (quiet) portable room heater was supplied. Please note: I have stayed here several times and this was the first and only time I have had a problem (of any sort) with a room at this motel.

We (me, my husband and our small dog) were travelling from Edmonton to Vancouver Island and booked the motel as our stopping point in between. We were delayed behind a traffic accident at Revelstoke for over 3 1/2 hours and were going to miss the 9 PM check in. We were in contact with the management via text and they were very gracious having first said they would stay in the office until midnight and when we weren’t going to make that they gave us instructions on how to check ourselves in and said they’d leave our room light on for us! After an exhausting 14 hours on the road, finding a clean room with comfy beds was EVERYTHING!

All of it was great. Nice residential area. Quiet at night, great blackout blinds that let zero light in, quaint motel style but clean with good sized small fridge and microwave. Good size room. Highly recommend.

We stayed 2 separate times in the last month and found the staff courteous and accommodating. The unit was clean and comfortable. For a good night sleep as a stopover it was well worth it. Situated close to restaurants and with good access to the highway it is all that is required. Would recommend and will stay again.:)

Fine enough. Clean, laundry available. We walked into town- 30 mins- easy. To refer back to a previous review- they reallllly are adamant about NO WEED ANYWHERE. Not an issue for us but kinda funny considering it’s legal. Would stay again

Clean and Quiet area. Clean room. Was fine for an overnight stopover. The area is hilly and may present challenges when walking. No nearby shopping or restaurants. Unless a strong and fit walker, it will require access to an auto.

Char our receptionist gave us a warm welcome and Restaurant advice. We took her tip and walked to an excellent Mongolian Restaurant in the city centre which was only a mile to walk to through pleasant residential streets. The Motel was easy to find off the highway and being just down from a main road was very quiet. Old style Motel and excellent value.
