We stayed in Room 217 and it was spotless; the bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. The bathroom towels were also on the newer side. My only disappointment was that the motel didn't come with an indoor pool and hot tub as advertised on Expedia. Apparently, they were de-commissioned quite some time ago. Overall, this motel was a very good value for the price.

Ok stay. Found used makeup pads behind the night table, and the grouting between tiles around tub definitely needed attention. Otherwise nice and clean. Kitchenette had no towels, dishcloth or dish soap so had to leave dirty dishes and glassware in the sink. Sofa and bed were comfortable.

Although bed changed, fresh towels etc., the room was dirty, floor between stove and counter, furniture, top of bed headboard hadn’t been dusted in months. I also think toilet ring is leaking as water is coming up from under floor in front of toilet

We have stayed here a number of times and as always the room was very clean, linens nice and white, beds and pillows very comfortable. It has everything you need if you’re stopping for the night on your way through or want a good and reasonably priced room. We highly recommend and will definitely keep coming back.

Good service very friendly. Very clean. My room was noisy so they were great when I asked to move. I didn’t like the fact the windows don’t open, I’m a fresh air person. If you stay here ask for a room on top. Gets pretty noisy with someone above you.

Very friendly check in, lovely location in a residential neighbourhood with a park across the street, basic but well maintained. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay. And bonus, an easy walk to a pub downtown through the residential neighbourhood.

The suite was good to stay in. The only complaints we have was that the rooms were cold. The main room and the bathroom were ice cold. We turned the heat on because it is -12 outside. It took an hour to warm the main room. It would be nice if the heat was on in the rooms to make it more comfortable when entering. The host had no problem w us staying longer as our appointment was not till noon. Thank you very much and we will return and hopefully the restaurant will be open.

The tv, which the manager had to come turn on for us because it wasn’t working, finally got resolved. However, the volume is blocked so even in a silent room u can barely hear the tv. Apparently there was a small fire in the kitchen of the hotel restaurant in June and it still isn’t open. However they still advertise it as open and available to guests. They should definitely remove it from the ads as it is false advertising and very disappointing when u get there.

Last night (around 9:00 - 9:30 pm). our key would not work. Went to the office and it was locked. Rang the bell 3-4 times and had to wait about15 minutes before someone came to the office to unlock the door. You had a couple before us that wanted to book a room, but got tired of waiting.

Staff were very welcoming on arrival. Our room was warm, clean and tidy. Both members of staff were very helpful and gave us directions into the downtown area, so we could go out for an evening meal. Would certainly recommend and return if we're ever in this location again.

The staff was great. I was not able to get the heat to work and they delt with that quickly without making me feel foolish. One of my blinds wasn't working and they fixed that quickly.

Used to stay here frequently, mainly because of the restaurant that provided good food at a reasonable price and was very handy after a long day’s drive. Without it, the experience is not the same. That said it is still a comfortable, clean and reasonably priced place to stay. Disappointed to have to have an extra damage deposit charged to the card along with the room fee. Taking a card in case of incidentals is one thing but completing a second charge to the card is too much.
