This motel is very cute and charming and has a very homey feel to it. Kitchenette and unique furniture make it a pleasant stay. I really liked the easy drive in and out from motel room, as well as pet friendly and easy and quick access to outdoor green space for my dog. It is also very centrally located in town. Great little spot!

This is like a tiny oasis within the city. Lovely grounds, places to sit outside under a tree to possibly read a book. Small playground for children and a lovely well maintained pool. The room we had was small, but had everything we needed and more, we were very pleased. Comfortable bed, whirlpool tub, although the water ran very slow when filling it up with warm water, cold not a problem, but we worked around it. The staff were very friendly and inviting. Will definitely consider this place in our future stays in Kingston.

Wow - What a spot! This was our first visit to Green Acres Inn and we couldn’t have been happier with our room. Our room was spotless and the grounds were impeccably kept, with lots of different seating areas for guests to enjoy. I didn’t try the pool, but saw others enjoying it during our 3 night stay. Excellent location, close enough to all of Kingston’s hot spots and historic properties. Green Acres will definitely be my new go-to when in the area and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

We loved the amenities of relaxing green space including an outdoor pool, sitting areas, BBQ, fresh clean room with character & generous space around kitchenette & sink outside bathroom. The staff are very friendly & helpful! Beautiful stay while attending Queen’s convocation! Thank you Green Acres 🎉

One of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed in! It is such a cute place and the service is phenomenal! I’m a clean freak and the first thing I do when I check in to a room is inspect the bed for any hair or stains and the bed sheets were SPOTLESS (not even a dust bunny) I can’t express enough how clean the room was which is very rare these days unless you’re staying at a 4 start hotel. The washroom was spotless as well and they even provided makeup wipes! Also there was a wireless charger provided in the room as well. The pool was beautiful and very inviting, my partner and I had so much fun hanging out by the pool. I can not stop raving about this place, I will not be coming to Kingston unless I can stay here! It is THAT good! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a cute, clean and friendly place to stay at. Rooms: Clean and accommodating with excellent features and amenities.

Green Acres is a nice motel situated right on Princess street. The staff were very polite and knowledgable. We had accidentally left our glasses in the hotel after check out and they called us immediately to notify us so we could pick them up! So kind =) They have a nespresso machine to make coffees at the reception desk too. The linens and towels were all very clean. Unfortunately the bathtub had a few hairs that I needed to clean out before I could shower. A few bugs were hanging about but thats hard to control in a ground level unit. Be sure to bring ear plugs because the AC is VERY loud even on low, and the walls arent sound proof. We could hear conversation from outside our unit but it wasn't too bothersome. All in all a good place to stay in Kingston.

Junior suite (2 Queens) had lots of extra space. The electric fireplace added ambiance and the good baseboard heat meant that the fireplace not throwing heat was no big deal. Beds were comfortable. Kitchenette was useful. The fact that the kitchenette's sink doubled as the bathroom sink was a slight miss, but not a major one. Overall, very pleased. Would return.

Staff were really nice. Problem with the location very noisy with traffic all night. Room clean but musty odour that was pretty unpleasant. Pillows have seen better days. Pool looked nice though didn’t swim.

Beautiful property with lots of outdoor seating options available. Lots of great amenities inside the room as well. Only negative is if you turn on the air conditioner it is pretty loud, and challenging to fall asleep with it on. Would stay again.

Easy check in/out. Great parking right outside the room. Small space but it’s big enough if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Nice windows to open and let the breeze through. Road noise is quite loud

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. Our stay was great. The road can be a bit noisy but we requested a fan (it was brough right away) and that easily drowned out the sound of night traffic. The space was clean and comfortable. I would recommend you bring your own pillow. Im sure we will be back!

The only draw back was the staff didn’t hear me come in and so we had to wait for a while to check in. There was no obvious bell or anything to ring to alert them. But they were very apologetic once I found the hidden bell. The room was clean and quiet. Very quaint.

Thw place is super nice but unfortunately I've had to have the bad experience of being falsely accused because I'm a black girl. And I had been coming at this place for a year a place that I really loved but this weekend the other tenants were not appreciative of my appearance and made complaints about me and instead of being honest the staff try to make me believe that my room was dirty when I have a business and housekeeping and I have never caused any damage to their property or anybody around but that's the beauty of being part of the black community.

The girl behind the front desk was great, and very helpful making suggestions for breakfast the next morning. Our room was very cute, with pine furniture, and wood details on the walls. We were very pleased to find cabinets stocked with real cups, glasses, and plates for the snack we had brought along. For nature lovers, there was a nice little trail to a pond on the property. We would definitely recommend.

This motel was quite reasonably priced, and yet felt very well-kept up. It was clean and bright inside the room, and there was a tiny kitchenette with a fridge and microwave and some dishes to use. There were real fresh flowers by the sink! It's a short drive from downtown Kingston, though it might not be the ideal choice for people who don't have a car. When we arrived, the person checking us in was very cheery and welcoming.

We stayed here for a few days while I moved my daughter into her house for university. Well, it was far from the university. It was close to a lot of shopping that we need and I appreciate it, not have to haul all of our suitcase upstairs or into an elevator.

I like the parking because you park in front of your unit. Costco is 5 minutes walk. It is easy to access to highway.
