The hotel does not provide even cups (paper or glass). When I asked, the front desk was very reluctant to give me a metal glass. The room was warm with thick bed blanket. I had to turn on A/C to cool down for the entire night even the outside air temperature was hovering around 1 deg C. The only plus is it is in the terminal. The price is twice as expensive as nearby 3-4* hotels with 1/2 the space and almost no amenities.

The room was clean and pretty basic. No refrigerator, no iron nor ironing board. The only issue i had was, they didnt tell me i had to insert the key into a slot on the wall after i opened the door. If you dont do this, you can turn on any lights. In my attempt to turn on lights i accidentally hit the emergency button on the bathroom wall Dont do that! There is a KFC at the bottom of the escalator.

I have been staying in the hotel several times now. I like the convenience for my transfer flight. Very quiet and clean. Only thing that I have to say is the shower drain is always slow and the water was running all over the place.

Convenient for transit. I dont mind small room and limited facilities but the Aircon kept making making clicking noise when the fan came on and off all night . I tried to set to manual fan or auto. Made no difference. Fix this problem as it affects sleep greatly. It's critical for this type of hotel when we need rest

Perfect, except there were three fire alarms on the ceiling that flashed an LED light every few seconds and were so bright they penetrated through my closed eyelids keeping me awake.

The staff was friendly but she didn't explain what is expected - I noticed there was some hair left in the bathroom when I entered the room. I had a shower and the smoke ditector got activated. If I had to keep my bathroom door open during my shower, the receptionist should have mentioned it as it was the last thing I wanted to have firemen coming to the room to inspect. Overall, it was very convenient to spend my long transit time, but I'd expect better service for the price I paid.

Clean room. Stayed in Terminal 1s Hotel. Would stay again and recommend. Food court right next door and lots of things to see shopping wise. Bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Shower was hot and people were friendly. They even stored my medication in their fridge and refroze my freezer pack since this was not my final destination. Loved it.

We called the hotel before booking and was instructed that we could check in the night before early morning flight. However our airline didn’t allow online checkin and no overnight checkin, we were not able to get into the terminal. The hotel refused to cancel. When we finally got there in the morning before our flight, I found the rooms extremely small and the hotel was difficult to find. Worst experience.

I cannot submit an accurate review for this location because I was unable to access the hotel due to timing with my ticket. You can only stay at this hotel IF you have your boarding pass and your luggage is checked and so they would not let me pass and the hotel was not willing to give me even a partial discount. So, it would have been convenient to stay there but the process was inconvenient.

I arrived at the airport was informed i had to collect my bags since i was changing airlines. I was then told i had to exit the airport and change terminals. Once i arrived at the new terminal I was not able to check because it was more than 3 hours before my flight. They wouldnt let me use my boarding pass that i already had. Called hotel and all they could do is tell me come to Terminal 1. I explained to them i was already at T1 but couldnt get past security. They repeated Yes Terminal 1. I ended up staying at another hotel. Got no refund or support.

THE HOTEL IS INSIDE THE AIRPORT BY THE GATE. NOT AT TERMINAL 1 LIKE THE NAME SAYS. Got told to go through immigration, then couldn’t go back to the hotel. Had to find another place to stay and pay for another room.

Had hard time finding the place. Asked people inside the airport they don’t know how to get there. I was told to go out and ask the information. I went out and information said I shouldn’t have went out. I end up finding another hotel outside the airport after two hours of trying to find the hotel.

hello. Im stuck in incheon international airport terminal 2. Here is impossible to travel transit terminal 2 during midnight. My carring 3 babies and im very upset. No one warned us about this rules. We could not go to Terminal 1, so went to Terminal 2 Transit Hotel and asked what to do. The young lady was very polite and called Terminal 1 to transfer us to the Terminal 2 hotel. I did not know we couldn't go between terminals. But it was a very good mistake and we enjoyed our stay. thank you very much!

It is a nice hotel for brief rest in the airport terminal. The place is by no means fancy or anything, but serves the purpose well. One thing of note is that one does have to go through another security check when transferring, and the transfer terminal is not the easiest to find, but that is not an issue with the hotel itself.

The stay at Incheon Airport Transit hotel (Terminal 1) was good quite good, i was satisfied. There are not many food options overnight, wifi is through the airport (but good), the bed was decent and the shower.... omg the shower was the best! My main recomendation to future guests is to completely ignore the signs in the terminal directing you to the hotel. They are not even remotely accurate and they cause a lot of confusion. Instead, focus on the address provided by the hotel (accross from Gate 11, up escalator) and you won't get stressed out. Although i will try not to transit via Incheon in the future, if you do, this hotel is a good choice for some comfort that avoids going through immigration.
