Very well maintained and clean. Everything in the room is in perfect condition and modernized. Perfect location to exactly where you want to go as a visitor. Distance to Chateau Frontenac is like 30 seconds away. Towels and linens smells really nice and clean. Check-in was a breeze and fully automated. The parking garage which was offsite was only a short 5 minutes walk. I would definitely book here again for our next trip to the good Old Quebec City.

There is no elevator, but since the building is only up to the third floor, it was not an issue for us. Check-in was easy, and although there is no front desk staff, the instructions were clear. We had a small issue with the room door at first, but the cleaning staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel responded very quickly. The shower room is small, but overall we had a pleasant stay and felt well supported.

I would never stay in Old Quebec again unless it's a regular, full-service hotel. This was a basic room in a building with no parking and no amenities (and for this price!), but then we might have paid extra for booking only a week in advance due to our circumstances... You wouldn't want to drag your stuff from the parking lot to the hotel with freezing temperatures and slush/snow covering the streets (unless you travel with a backpack only). Oh, and there was no heating in the room you could adjust, and we found the room way below comfy temps! Even my kids, who enjoy cooler temps, were unhappy and were staying under the bed covers at all times
