Pros: -Good value -View of the island (best from the terrace seating area where they are happy to serve you from the bar/restaurant) -Location walkable to the Island, and to the mall (which has the town’s main grocery store) -Friendly and accommodating staff (if you can manage the language barrier, as English is not spoken) Cons: -Dated condition (e.g. clogged shower heads due to calcification buildup) -Inconsistent hot water in showers -Jacuzzi (though in a beautiful courtyard with a view of the island) was only heated on one of the three nights that we were there (and even then, just barely) -Exchange rate offered is awful (if you need to use USD), so suggest having sufficient quetzal in cash before arrival -Restaurant food leaves something to be desired. Price is good, but I’d still recommend walking to the Island to eat, or using the street-taco stand on the corner. Overall good value for money. Consider the Wyndham on the island as a close alternative.

La habitación 21 cuenta con 2 balcones y tenía una vista espectacular tanto del amanecer como del atardecer. Es amplia, con una cama enorme y cómoda. Un buen desayuno y el día que salimos antes de la hora que lo servían, nos hicieron un lunch box delicioso, hasta con fruta. Una gran ventaja es que no está dentro de la isla, pero puede uno llegar a ella caminando con solo pasar el puente. Además, se encuentra a dos cuadras del Maya Mall, donde hay supermercado y restaurantes de comidas rápidas. El aeropuerto está a tan solo 4 minutos. En la recepción nos conectaron con el tour de Tikal que fue todo un éxito ya que nos recogieron y dejaron en el hotel. Cuenta con piscina y jacuzzi, que fue relajante para disfrutar después de la caminata por Tikal. Súper recomendado!

Très bon accueil. Hôtel très agréable, propreté parfaite. Très bon petit déjeuner. Grande chambre, wifi très bon, eau chaude 24h/24. Piscine très appréciable. Le parking est un peu petit, mais nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour y trouver une place. Hôtel très bien situé, Centre Commercial à proximité et l'ile de Flores accessible à pied en 15min. Certaines chambres sont équipées d'un petit frigo, mais en demandant à la réception, ils acceptent d'en mettre un dans votre chambre si elle n'en a pas. C'est vraiment un geste très professionnel. Ils prennent vraiment soin des clients. C'est un très bon hôtel.

Staff continually cleaning and very helpful. On arrival room was not satisfactory but were given a room change the next day to a corner room overlooking the lake so that made up for the first noisy room on the street.

Très bon accueil. Hôtel très agréable, propreté parfaite. Très bon petit déjeuner. Grande chambre, wifi très bon, eau chaude 24h/24. Piscine très appréciable. The hotel is quite basic and there were some traces of mold in the room. However, it's one of the nicer options that is still central. It is a short walk over the bridge to the island town of Flores and less crowded and noisy than staying in Flores. There is also more of a breeze than in Flores so it makes the heat much more bearable.

The room is basic and there were traces of mold. However, it is one of the nicer stays in the area that is still central - it's a short walk across the bridge to the island town of Flores. It is less crowded and noisy than Flores and there is more of a breeze so the heat is more bearable. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind.

Eramos dos adultos y dos niños. Nos tocó el cuarto con la mejor vista. Tercer piso justo frente al agua. No puedo describir la belleza de la vista a Isla Flores, ver los pescadores, escuchar los pájaros, ver el amanecer. Además, de que el cuarto era muy espacioso, tenía balcón en forma de L. Sólo le faltó una hamaca. Absolutamente espectacular. Además, que pudimos usar la piscina y picar algunas cosas del menú del restaurante. Lo único que podrían mejorar un poco fue el desayuno, no es que sabía mal, pero esaba un poco desabrido. Aunque el servicio a la mesa fue excelente.

Nice Place The beds were very uncomfortable. the AC in the room I was given didn't work very well the kept tryin to fix it but the person doin g it was not very experienced so they change me to another room and told the were going to fix it next but when I walked in there after they said they fix it it was the same thing, overall the staff was very friendly but not very efficient

The staff at the hotel were kind and accommodating. The front desk staff helped us several times with transportation - called a water taxi for us to explore other areas that weren’t accessible by tuk tuk or taxi, arranged transportation to Tikal, and to and from the airport. Beautiful views, great breakfast included with your stay, nice balconies attached to rooms, clean space.

The hotel was clean and well kept. Front desk managers we accommodating . I check out left my luggage and came back after a day at Tikal . I was able to get a room to rest and shower before my flight back to Guatemala City. I enjoyed Flores it was a small town with traditional sites and souvenirs- I ate at a few places - very reasonable- the hotel front desk always gave me average pricing for taxied, tok told and any local price I needed.

The staff was very helpful. The view of the lake was awesome. The hotel was quiet and peaceful overall. We could hear loud club music from another hotel or restaurant nearby but I was still able to sleep. An easy 10 minute walk to restaurants on Flores island. They let us check out late which was very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!
