The property is located near the water. It’s also close the bridge of Flores and it’s walkable to the market. They provide excursion options for an additional cost. Directions were unclear at times and after 10 pm the doors are closed. You will have to ring a doorbell. Check in will not happen before 3 pm but they will hold your bags to explore the island. They will charge an extra fee if linens are get dirty. Bring your own toiletries! AC was amazing!! Breakfast was great. You will have to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport to the hotel. There are no ride sharing apps available. There is a Turibus service that you can call to pick you up at the entrance of the airport. Pool needs some maintenance for broken tiles.

The property is definitely one of the older hotels and hasn’t been updated very much. The small updates that have been done are bandaids and don’t let the pool fool you. It is a unique design but is very old and permanently dirty. The hotel walls are all patched and the bathrooms are very old and tile condition and workmanship is horrible. If you get this for very cheap it is doable but I would not pay extra to stay here.

We had a room with a view of the lake. Great to watch the sun set. Staff was attentive and informative. Nice pool to cool off at the end of the day. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Das beste Hotel in Peten. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal und ein helles sauberes Zimmer. Die Möglichkeit, am kleinen Pool zu sitzen und sich abzukühlen, war ein großer Bonus. Ich konnte mein Gepäck deponieren, obwohl ich eventuell weiter reisen werde nach Rückkehr.

The staff was incredible. Rooms are adequate, clean and have a/c. Pool is nice with great view. Breakfast is excellent, tried everything and all is good. Chairs on balcony but not in room. View from balcony is awesome. Noisy outside at night till midnight as bars are close by. Good shower, plenty of hot water. Beds are nice and firm. Very safe area. Sunning area is small but most people are gone during the day plus hot enough that we spent most of time in pool. We are food and beverage, good bed and good shower people. This hotel suited all our needs. We stayed 9 days.

Colchón incómodo, ropa de cama sintética no es ideal para lugares con calor, limpieza dejaba qué desear, la vista del balcón bloqueada, el acceso a la alberca es una escalera complicada y sólo te dan una toalla para bañarte y para la alberca además de que la gente dejaba vasos alrededor de la alberca y nunca vimos que los levantaran incluso al día siguiente estaban ahí. Si buscas descansar en la noche no es posible ya que la hay música afuera con volumen elevado. Lo que sí me gustó fue el desayuno y el transporte incluido al aeropuerto.

En lisant les avis, nos attentes étaient peut-être trop hautes pour cet hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés le matin en basse saison après une longue nuit en bus et ne pouvions avoir notre chambre avant 15h…alors que celle-ci était prête. Plutôt anti commercial et personnel à la réception peu sympathique. La chambre est clairement dans son jus, totalement à rénover et la salle de bain est d’un autre âge. Heureusement qu’il y avait la clim et que le lit était propre. La vue sur le lac n’est pas comme promis, il y a une espèce de balcon fermé qui sent mauvais entre la chambre et l’extérieur. Le petit-déjeuner est passable, de même que le restaurant de l’hôtel qui est cher pour ce que c’est. Seule la localisation est bonne (côté Ouest), de même que le fait d’avoir une lunch box quand on va visiter un site tôt le matin (Yaxha, Tikal). Nous trouvons les prix demandés trop hauts par rapport à la prestation, dommage.

The rooms were nice,however; we were not allowed to take our drinks we brought to the pool side. If we are already paying to stay at the hotel we should be able to drink our own drinks and shouldnt be forced to purchase drinks from a mini bar. The water in the bathroom sink was stink and we had to refill our little bottle of water that they provided at the restuarant. Over all 2 🌟 for me and not staying there again.

Great little hotel/Hostel right on the lake and within walking distance to anything on the island. It's a small island. My only complaint was I had ants in my room and down near the pool, I'll assume this is normal for most properties on the island.

The hotel has a great view, the rooms are ok for the price and the breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are old, but have ac. The local clubs and the loud music from cars does mean the rooms aren't serene, but that's what you get for staying on the waterfront.

Room looked tired and in need of decoration. Nice view from balcony and friendly staff. The road in front of the hotel has been flooded for months, which is sad. Flores was a lovely place to visit.

Hotel staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and the location is great; however the rooms are not much above old dorm rooms. This is an old hotel that has some modernization done to it, but the rooms are old, and dated. The pool bar is nice and the location is great. Despite the friendliness of staff, I might look for an hotel with nicer rooms if I was in Flores again, though I would not rule out staying here again if I found a room at a good price.

The property is located near the water. It’s also close the bridge of Flores and it’s walkable to the market. They provide excursion options for an additional cost. Directions were unclear at times and after 10 pm the doors are closed. You will have to ring a doorbell. Check in will not happen before 3 pm but they will hold your bags to explore the island. They will charge an extra fee if linens are get dirty. Bring your own toiletries! AC was amazing!! Breakfast was great. You will have to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport to the hotel. There are no ride sharing apps available. There is a Turibus service that you can call to pick you up at the entrance of the airport. Pool needs some maintenance for broken tiles.

En lisant les avis, nos attentes étaient peut-être trop hautes pour cet hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés le matin en basse saison après une longue nuit en bus et ne pouvions avoir notre chambre avant 15h…alors que celle-ci était prête. Plutôt anti commercial et personnel à la réception peu sympathique. La chambre est clairement dans son jus, totalement à rénover et la salle de bain est d’un autre âge. Heureusement qu’il y avait la clim et que le lit était propre. La vue sur le lac n’est pas comme promis, il y a une espèce de balcon fermé qui sent mauvais entre la chambre et l’extérieur. Le petit-déjeuner est passable, de même que le restaurant de l’hôtel qui est cher pour ce que c’est. Seule la localisation est bonne (côté Ouest), de même que le fait d’avoir une lunch box quand on va visiter un site tôt le matin (Yaxha, Tikal). Generally speaking most of the staff was courteous however, most staff did not know their own policies. They had little to no information outside of their establishment and absolutely ridiculous with simple accommodations such as towels. They literally refused to provide extra towels citing it was their policy. This is absolutely a hostel and not a hotel and should never be advertised as a hotel. I personally witnessed the finer desk clerk swindle two foreign guests overpriced transportation to the airport when it’s a set fee from airport to any hotel nearby. Beyond furious and their total arrogance. Their business model seems to be based on the customer serving them and not the other way around. Would never recommend this “HOSTEL” to anyone.

Hotel staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and the location is great; however the rooms are not much above old dorm rooms. This is an old hotel that has some modernization done to it, but the rooms are old, and dated. The pool bar is nice and the location is great. Despite the friendliness of staff, I might look for an hotel with nicer rooms if I was in Flores again, though I would not rule out staying here again if I found a room at a good price.

Great little hotel/Hostel right on the lake and within walking distance to anything on the island. It's a small island. My only complaint was I had ants in my room and down near the pool, I'll assume this is normal for most properties on the island.

No nos dieron oportunidad de entrar en el cuarto hasta las 3:00 de la tarde en punto, sineodqu ya estaban listas los dos cuartos que apartamos. En el caso de uno de los cuartos ponene cojines en lugar de almohadas y al solicitarlas se tardaron mucho y solo llevaron una, ya no tenian disponibles mas almohadas. El desayuno muy eficiente y adecuado, increible la rapidez para prepararlos a las 6:15 AM, muy bien.
