Muy bien recibidos por el personal del Hotel. Agradecemos el parking a disposición de los clinetes en el mismo hotel (con suplemento eso sí). Desayuno muy bueno. Y por su puesto aceptaron a nuestro Perro. Cómodo para visitar el centro a uos 20min caminando.

First class basic spot to stay when in Genoa. Nothing fancy but very handy and special mention to the parking - makes life very easy. Beds comfy. Aircon good. And above all breakfast first class. What's not to like? Great value

Le premier point notoire, c'est que cet hôtel, situé à 15' à pied du centre ville est doté d'un parking ; même à 15€ par nuit, c'est un luxe à Gênes. L'accueil est fort sympathique, le patron parle français et il nous a fourni une place de parking bien que nous n'avions pas réservé. Les chambres ont été rénovées ; le confort y est excellent.

Séjour agréable excepté le bruit d'une porte qui claque jusqu'à nous réveiller ! Heureusement que j'avais des bouchons d'oreille. Lit très confortable. Chambre relativement petite mais très propre. Le fait d'avoir un parking, même petit, est un très bon point dans le quartier.

Emplacement convenable, petite marche 15mn, nécessaire pour rejoindre le centre. Avenue un peu bruyante mais le tout pour un prix très raisonnable....

Zeer nette kamer, pas gerenoveerd. Parkeerplaats is krap. De binnenstad is per bus gemakkelijk te bereiken.

Was going to leave a higher rating since the staff was really kind, but this hotel honestly does not fully deserve it. At first glance the hotel seemed amazing, but parking is complicated and once we got settled in we found a lot of issues with our room. The towels were full of holes and were not exactly white, the bedsheets also had weird black things on them, some small hairs, and a few holes. The mini fridge in our room was not working so some food we had went bad, and there was no hot water when my family went to shower. I am giving it three stars just because the staff were great and gave many recommendations for what to do around Genoa and the hotel is fairly close to many things. The breakfast was also just average, not a lot of options.

The property was under remodeling, my room was not all put together(panels missing from ceiling). The cleaning products smell was overwhelming. Had to ask for toilet paper. The bed was hard as a rock, glad I was only there one night. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I have been traveling in Portugal and Spain with wonderful hotels, this introduction to Genoa was a great disappointment.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice free continental breakfast in the morning in a very pleasant breakfast room. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel,and the next time I'm in Genoa, this is were I will be staying again.

Quarto para três pessoas na medida, mas bom suporte com frigobar, chaleira eletrica, cafeteira, ferro de passar e pequeno varal, que foi muito útil pois no local havia maquina de lavar roupas. Ambiente agradável e limpo. Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar.

Die Parkplätze sind ein Abenteuer für sich und man muss den Autoschlüssel abgeben, damit anscheinend notfalls das Auto weggefahren werden kann. Die Frau an der Rezeption konnte leider gar kein Englisch und es war schwierig und nervenaufreibend zu kommunizieren. Das erste Zimmer hatte eine defekte Tür zur Toilette. Wir haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, welches aber kleiner war und keine Minibar hatte. Fenster zur Straße sind nicht sonderlich gut isoliert. Das Frühstück war ok und der Cappucino prima.

Muy bien recibidos por el personal del Hotel. Agradecemos el parking a disposición de los clinetes en el mismo hotel (con suplemento eso sí). Desayuno muy bueno. Y por su puesto aceptaron a nuestro Perro. Cómodo para visitar el centro a uos 20min caminando.

Was going to leave a higher rating since the staff was really kind, but this hotel honestly does not fully deserve it. At first glance the hotel seemed amazing, but parking is complicated and once we got settled in we found a lot of issues with our room. The towels were full of holes and were not exactly white, the bedsheets also had weird black things on them, some small hairs, and a few holes. The mini fridge in our room was not working so some food we had went bad, and there was no hot water when my family went to shower. I am giving it three stars just because the staff were great and gave many recommendations for what to do around Genoa and the hotel is fairly close to many things. The breakfast was also just average, not a lot of options.

Hotellet var midt i en oppussingsfase når vi var på besøk, dette var ikke varslet om noe sted. Oppholdet var derfor preget av masse byggningsstøy. Rommet var også preget av at det var slitt. Frokosten som var inkludert i prisen var ikke bra! Kjøpt på nabobutikken, og servert på hotellet. Ikke imponert over denne. Dårlig utvalg og ofte tomt for diverse.

First class basic spot to stay when in Genoa. Nothing fancy but very handy and special mention to the parking - makes life very easy. Beds comfy. Aircon good. And above all breakfast first class. What's not to like? Great value

First day the staff was very nice. Our room was noisy so we ask to be transferred. They were nice to move our staff only the room was smaller but it was quiet.
