The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Parking was good and the room was nicely renovated.

The person that greeted us was very nice and efficient but that was the only good thing about this place. Our bathroom door handle was broken so it didn't shut, the toilet ran and continuously flushed itself all night, the remote control for the TV didn't work (batteries were not dead), the refrigerator (there were 2 of them) in the room wouldn't get cold, the ice bucket was dirty, and the breakfast was NOT good. In regards to the breakfast, the waffles were just not good at all. Another guest that was in there already told us that they weren't but we tried for ourselves and she was right. The cereal looked like a mix of different cereals that were left over, thrown into one. The jelly for the toast was weird (I can't think of any other way to put it). The juice was good but that's it.

Honestly, this stay (neighborhood sketchy, someone’s old food in fridge, sink squirted water all over, and hard mattress) was very disappointing, but the staff were helpful, which was good.
