Great spot by the new concert and sports arena. Of course they raised the prices $100 more. Also started to charge $7 for parking. Nice place though. Comfortable. As a recent former resident of Oceanside, this is the only place to stay unless you go down to places on the beach that cost twice as much.

I booked this reservation for my step sister so it was convenient as it was located close to my house. There is a convention Center across the street but there were no events going on so traffic was not congested which it is when they're having events. The staff is great, but the parking lot is a bit small. When everyone is home for the evening so to speak and if the hotel is booked up you have to park pretty far away and the parking lot doesn't seem big enough for a completely booked hotel just FYI. And it would be nice if there was a real restaurant in the hotel. And the price is at the staff bar were rather high. Didn't use this is facility

Checked in with the front desk and staff was helpful and professional. When we went to the room, we unpacked and had food that needed to be stored. When we opened the fridge, it was dirty. It looked like someone was starting to clean a spill with a towel, but forgot about the spill. The bottom and the door of the fridge (inside) was sticky and dirty. The plus side was the rest of the room was clean, and had a few trash bags. Went to inform the front desk of issue, they moved us to next available to what was requested. The second was clean, even the fridge. But it lacked trash bags. The gym was decent sized with decent equipment as well. Very much liked it being 24 hours!

Extremely clean, quiet, comfortable beds, heated pool & hot tub. Starbucks inside a HUGE plus! Staff was also very friendly. Definately coming back. Thank you for an excellent comfy stay.

We got there and they told us the hot tub wasn’t working that the buffet area was closed and not serving. After much complaining, they said we could go to the resident Inn and use their hot tub. The front desk woman was a little snippy and not very nice. The room was nice. Bed was comfortable, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel was okay. Just didn’t understand why you have to pay for parking $7.00 a night and I have 3 guys staying there with 3 different vehicle. It’s not a resort or a high end hotel.

The people were friendly. I loved that I just have one complaint the cleanliness of the room the bathroom it was dirty on the floor and in the crevices the water pressure is super low but other than that it was good. I would love to come back. Just more attention to the cleanliness thank you.

The air conditioner did not work properly. A sign on the window unit stated to use the wall unit thermostat. A sign on the wall thermostat said to use the window unit. The wall thermostat did not function. The window unit was set to the lowest degree (66) and the room was still warm and stuffy. The pillows were uncomfortable, over filled. The in room coffee was gross and only enough for one cup, not that I would have made more. Staff was friendly.

Service was very helpful and location was great. The room was large and the amenities were fruitful. The bathroom needs some work. Huge crack in the sink bowl. Shower head wasn’t strong enough for me. The bathroom door didn’t stay open so it got hot.

Stayed the night for a friend's wedding. Several wedding guests got together later that evening, in the lobby and the staff was super chill. In the morning, the crew working the Starbucks were super awesome and helpful!! They rocked. The lobby is nice, the rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable beds.

We have stayed here 3 times now. Great hotel! 2 things... the outlets that are combined with the lamps on the headboard are really loose. They dont hold a plug very well which seems dangerous. This has neen the case in all 3 (different) rooms that we stayed in. There are other outlets in the room that were fine. But if you like to sit in bed and charge your phone it may not work. Also, the pillows were terrible. They seem fluffy but they just go super flat when you lay on them. Next time I'd bring my own. But great service, very pretty, very clean.

They have some ridiculous air conditioner system that turns off the climate control in the room after 10minutes. You have to open the door to the room, to restart the air conditioner. Woke up with the room at 74°. Stuffy is all hell and had to call the front desk at 5:30 AM. There is a train line that goes by the front of the building and the train blast its airborne every time it goes through, so you can listen to that all night while you sweat in your bed.

I like the bistro and the friendliness the bistro staff has. What I didn’t like is the noise of the people above our room it was so disturbing and annoying that it so hard to sleep and especially for me I rented a hotel to relax but I wasn’t able to get that cause of the noise in the midnight and continuous stamping

Hotel over booked rooms. Though I paid for my room months before and checked in through app 24 hrs early, arrived after 10pm after my meetings to be informed I did not have a room. Front desk worker, not friendly, nor concerned. He did find us another hotel close by. No addtion charges or conpensation. 2 other groups from my meetings found themselves in the same situation.

I had issues with a clogged sink. We checked in around midnight and when I woke up we had a clogged sink. It took them around an hour to send someone in the morning. We could not even brush our teeth. We were late to our soccer game. The best part, no apologies or anything. Didn't even try to accommodate our late checkout request.

Me and my mom love staying at this Marriott because it is literally 2 minutes from our grandsons.The staff are great and melody was awesome in the bar area. Our housekeeper Clorana was so nice and made sure we had what we needed. Upon arrival we didn’t like tha connecting door room and the front desk was nice and changed our room for us. Great customer service and was always greeted.

It was my first time staying at Courtyard San Diego Oceanside for my business trip. I was greeted pleasantly at the front desk when I checked in. The room was very clean including the restroom. The Bistro was very pleasant and provided me an EXCELLENT service. The pool was nice, quite and relaxing. I will definitely stay again on my next business trip.

I would suggest having a microwave for each floor to use where they put the ice machine. To have a working ice machine and maybe a place to throw extra trash. Great for a one night stay but if you are there for more than one day would like to have extra places to warm up food . Bistro food is good but gets pricey if you are there more than a few days. But over all experience great besides the ding ding door dotchers at 10 at night

The decor was very grey and dark. From the hallway/lobby carpeting to the room decor. It was depressing. Additionally, poor lightening added to the gloom. I was very disappointed to not be able to grab coffee first thing in the morning. The cafe was open, but with only one staff, there was a long line. An open coffee bar with standard drip and milk/cream would go a LONG way towards good will in the morning. It left me very grumpy indeed. This was one of the most expensive chain in this area, and I really didn't feel it was worth the extra cost.

The staff was great Steve you are a gem! The Starbucks was overpriced and only open certain hours and the food was meh. But the lovely lady who served us Friday night made up for it. A little more attention to details in the room dusting, ie light fixtures and cleaning the glass in the shower would get a higher rating for sure. Again the best helpful staff!
