Our Reception is open from 7 am to 12 pm. Check-in: 3 pm - 12 pm. Check-out: until 11 am. If you will arrive before 3 pm in Vienna, feel free to use our luggage room! We store everything for free from 7 am and we give you the chance for a free extra holiday. From the time of your arrival after 7 am you can use every free thing in our main building or do all the paperwork for check-in. You'll receive your key card between 3 pm and midnight at the reception. Use the first day for sightseeing without carrying your luggage around! At departure you can use our easy check-out system: if all the paperwork is done, simply place your key in the check-out box next to the reception if you're going outside the reception opening hours! If you need luggage storage, you can use it on the day of your departure from 7 am until 10 pm. - just ask at the reception for your free key! Prices include all taxes. Breakfast is not included. We offer a daily buffet breakfast from 07:30 until 10:30 for EUR 9,60 per person. Our buffet consists of: • rolls, cake, bread, cereals • jam, honey, nutella, butter • cheese, ham, scrambled eggs • fresh fruits • coffee, tea, hot chocolate Please note that we accept cash, mastercard, VISA and debit card. This property will pre-authorize your card in order to confirm the booking. Express Check-In: With our self-check-in, you can do the check-in between 3pm and midnight simply on your smartphone/tablet! You do not have to be present at the hotel. After you checked-in, you only have to pick up your room key at our reception! Your reservation is held until midnight! If you arrive after midnight, please give us a call before!
