Shoreline Island Resort - Exclusively Adult

Love this place. Facilities were great given the ongoing repairs from hurricane damage. Location is perfect. Beach and pool access is first class. Will return.

It was August and the ac unit ran all the time in the studio room, the ac was noisy sound in the room. Nice 3rd floor balcony facing the ocean. Nice heated pool. Large amount of tables and chairs by pool area facing the beach.

Obviously this area is still recovering from the hurricanes in 2024. The building elevators were not working, the rooms did not have telephones, and there were construction barriers and some debris. The beach was stark with no chairs or umbrellas. However , we had a great stay! We were told what to expect ahead of time. Our room was clean, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and we loved the recliners. The oceanfront balcony can't be beat. We'll be back and are looking forward to seeing the property get fixed back up!

The resort was still up dating from hurricane. Was quiet and relaxing . Was clean and room was big and bright. Cars parked under cover so out of hot sun all day . Will go back sometime soon.

Beautiful location. Pool and beach within minutes. Pool towels provided and light breakfast available in office area. Convenient and moderate traffic compared to st Pete's or clearwater made travel easy.

Comfortable with a view of the gulf. Good that you have the heated pool and lounging area. We enjoyed our stay

Room was great and views of the beach were awesome. The only issues we had were that the ice machine in our building was broke and we had to go to the adjacent building to get ice. The worst issue was that we were on the fourth floor and after arrival, the elevator broke down and we had to climb four floors of stairs to go out, get ice and drag our luggage down to the car when leaving. The office stated they would help with the luggage but there wa no mention of compensation for the inconvenience.

Cleanliness was good plenty of loungers and chairs the continental breakfast was a bonus

Location & staff was great. Property was not cleaned very well. Old & worn out room. Rained inside our room. Bathroom was disgusting

Girls weekend stay. Honestly surprised at the value. Great price right on the beach. Very clean room especially for an older place. Pool was nice and clean and lobby too. Convenient towels and ice made things easy. Would def stay again.

Our stay was amazing with such a beautiful view of the Gulf. I'm pretty sure all the rooms face the water which I'm sure is nice for all guest. Throughout the day you can see dolphins swimming close to shore. You can also tell that the staff really put in the effort to not only have our rooms cleaned but the outside areas by the pool as well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had booked a water view room. We were on the 3rd floor and not many of the rooms booked. However, they put as almost all the way down to the end so our view was only 90 degrees as there other building was in front of ours and started at the end of our balcony. That was also the direction the sunset was, so we didn't see that. If you are looking for customers that is not the way to go about it.

The staff was great to work with, accommodating, and friendly. My room was clean, bed was super comfy, the pool area was clean, but THAT VIEW from my room was superb, and the water was just steps from the hotel.

This was perfect for us! Nice room with kitchen, table, recliners, and perfect deck with gulf view. Clean. Everyone was so nice, including other guests. Beach not crowded. We loved it and we will be back!

Great area. The beach is beautiful nice and quiet. Our room was spacious. A bit of a musky smell but over all we would stay again.

Large room, comfortable bed,. My husband loved the reclining chairs . Balcony looking out to the beach, perfect place to relax and watch the sunset. Much more relaxed and quiet beach compared to clearwater. Also watched the dolphins in the mornings. Room quite dated, could do with a deep clean and modernisation. Location to the beach couldn't be better though. Would stay here again .

It was wonderful. We had a balcony and a large view of the Gulf. We pick the larger premier 2 queens studio room with kitchen. One of the few places we've stayed at that spent money on decent furnishings and quality kitchen cookware and dishes. The beds were so comfortable and so were the recliners. Maybe just a few more pots and pans and cooking utensils, but we managed with little problems. The water temperature and pressure was perfect. It rained a few times but any day at the beach is better than your best day at work. Definitely recommend Shoreline Resorts and we will definitely be back. Friendly staff and a wonderful stay!

Beautiful beach, well kept grounds and pool, 20 min walk or 3 min drive to John Pass. Room furnishings are getting old but we were there for the sun. Nice balcony overlooking the gulf made for perfect sunsets. Would stay again.

We were very pleased with our stay. Very quiet and beautiful beach view. We needed extra blankets and they delivered them to our door. Very accommodating! Coffee all day and nice little continental breakfast!

Liked adult only, friendly staff, quiet low key environment. We had an issue with our room and the staff quickly resolved the issue. Accommodations are comfortable. Would stay again.

This hotel is lovely and right on the beach. The staff really worked with us to extend our stay. I highly recommend and we will be back next year!

I’d stayed at the Shoreline 4 or 5 times prior to this stay,all except the first time booked directly with Shoreline.i was going to book through them for this trip but the price was raised a substantial amount the day before and there was a deal on Hotels.com so I booked the deal. We showed up about 3.5 hours before check-in and I asked just about parking so we could grab some beach time. I was asked if we wanted to check-in and we could go get some lunch and the room should be ready. There was a snide comment made because we had booked that morning through Hotels rather than them. We go back close to 90 minutes later and told it wasn’t ready, there’s only 1 maid and they only guaranteed check-in by 4pm. It was said a little aggressively, they were the ones who offered, I had only been asking about parking. We were told we would get a call when the room was ready. 4pm rolls around and hadn’t heard anything so I went to the office and asked if room was ready and why they hadn’t called. They said they tried,I asked what # they had and it was the correct one so obviously they lied about it. I like the hotel but with the way I was played with by their staff because I went with Hotels.com rather than directly with them ( they were $70 a night more ) and they were definitely bothered by that, its is a nice place to stay ,right on the beach & comfortable rooms. I’d always enjoyed it there and stayed multiple times but because of the staff I will never stay there again or recommend.

The views were amazing, the Dolphins every morning were amazing, the adults only was a huge bonus, and all of the people were fantastic. Front desk was very personable and we will be coming back again.

The staff at Shoreline were very friendly, courteous, and accommodating! Our hotel room was clean, and our view of the ocean was beautiful and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

I loved the ice machine, elevator and access to beach. The location was awesome. I really loved the lady who checked us in. She was fantastic. However, everyone but the younger gentleman we're not friendly or kind. Never said even a hello when going into the office, just looking at me like what do you want. I was not impressed by that at all. I guess maybe they didn't want a 40 yr old and her 21 year old daughter staying with them, even though we never made a peep, just enjoyed the ocean all day.

We recently stayed at the Shoreline island resort for a girls weekend trip. We had a beautiful ocean view from our balcony & even saw a dolphin in the morning. Easy access to the beach, lots of options nearby for dining & shopping. The room was clean with daily cleaning if desired we opted out of that for our stay. Parking was convenient. The front office staff were super friendly and helpful with our questions. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Though the kitchen area was small, it served our needs well. Would definitely recommend this property and return to it again.

We loved this property. The resort location was ocean front right on the beach, walking distance to multiple restaurants. Room was nice size, with ocean view, full kitchen, cool AC and comfortable king sized bed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you.

Very quiet and peaceful place, it gives a retirement resort type of feel. Location was perfect! Beachview room and direct beach access from pool deck. Not to mention walkable to a gas station across the street and Caddy’s on the beach to eat/drink. Will stay again!

Love everything about the Shoreline. I was able to check in early, had covered parking and room was right next to the elevator. The room was big and clean, bed was comfy and love the balcony! Walkable to my fave local spots, The Reef and the Hippie, short car ride to TI and steps to the beach. Already booked for next month ❤️

Clean and quiet, had a relaxing stay and that's what I wanted. Several dining options within walking distance.

The location was amazing, with direct access to the beach and view from the room was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated the free continental breakfast. Though the kitchen area was small, it served our needs well. Would definitely recommend this property and return to it again.

Loved the heated pool and the location; front desk always had nice people. The continental breakfast was simple. I do wish there was some outdoor entertainment such as live music, tiki bar, light food. Since it was a 21 and over resort, that would have added to the fun of a beachfront property.

It was quiet and clean, the staff was very friendly, and the beach was on site. No restaurant or stores on the premises. No tiki bars or any kind of bar on the premises No game room or indoor exercise equipment other than that the place was great!

We had a 2 queen bed room with full kitchen, lots of space, hotel was right on Madeira beach and we had a view overlooking the beach.free coffee until 8pm in office, free breakfast in office in morning, coffee,tea, muffins, orange and apple juice, and fruit bars.and it’s adults only there was a publix really close which was handy

Loved everything about this place! The only thing i would recommend is a hot breakfast but other then that it was great. Will stay here again for sure!
