A very nice hotel for the price and location, but we had no AC for almost 2 days and the poor handyman had to try 2 different ones to make sure we had one that worked. The room was clean upon our arrival but we had to purchase our own garbage bags due to no upkeep in the daily cleaning as mentioned in amenities. Overall, it was a wonderful hotel and stay. Never let a hotel ruin your vacation.

We had a good time. The only thing I want to point out were my expectations. Online, it showed a bathtub, stove & space. When I got there, small room, tiny bathroom with a shower (no tub), no stove or microwave. Only things in our room were 2 beds, big dresser with tv (& broken remote), mini fridge, ac a couple chairs & a bedside dresser with lamp. The blinds to our window were broken so we improvised and hung a sheet. There was a small 5’ deep pool but it almost went unnoticed and you have to ask. + side, couple minute walk from the board walk and the OC Dollar Market (not to be confused with a dollar store) was a minute walk from our room. Also have to pay $15/ night for parking on the property & $60 for our dog. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay. We went for the beach & boardwalk, not a fancy room.

Beds were clean and comfortable, shower water was nice and hot, AC was perfect . For my teenage son and I the room was good, we spent from morning to late night so we mainly showered ,changed clothes and slept at the room . Would stay again

The property is not maintained at all, there was west-water leaking from first floor down to the lower level right under the stairs. The carpet or rags outside of each rooms where old, never been cleaned and torn carpet. The people were great and bed was fairly clean!
