We had an amazing stay at The Corinthia, location is fantastic super accessible to Oxford Circus, Soho and Mayfair. Highly recommend the spa, it’s definitely one of the best hotel spas we’ve been too and we were very thankful to be upgraded to an Executive Room!

The Corinthian Hotel is. Complete delight. The hotel lobby, restaurant and spa facilities are stellar, and their staff is as friendly, helpful and professional an any hotel I’ve visited. The entrance, the tea room and the flowers, all the flowers…We had a spa treatment, which was so lovely. The kindness and skill of the therapist was particularly touching. My husband and I get massages regularly and had received 5 treatments over the past 6 weeks of traveling, biking and hiking in France and Italy, and Anna’s was in the top percentile Kerridge Bar and Grill exceeded our expectations. All the things we love best about foods from the most talented chef and staff, yet so approachable, so delicious. Even the interactions with the cleaning staff were delightful. Location was perfect for walking the river, going to the theatre, visiting SoHo, Buckingham Palace and so much more. My husband I and find that a few select facilites are so beautiful, welcoming and satisfying that we’re at danger of never leaving the compound. Corinthia London, we find you guilty as charged.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the service was top-notch! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and the spa was just incredible—definitely a highlight of our trip. Valet Bar - the BEST! We did have a bit of trouble with the lighting in our room, which took four tries over two days to fix, but the team was attentive throughout. Leaving was bittersweet—we genuinely didn’t want to go! Though, in a funny twist, the elevator seemed to feel the same way… we got stuck in it on our way out, which was honestly a bit scary. The doors wouldn't open and took us back up to the top floor. Guess the hotel didn’t want to let us go! 😅

Corinthia London is by far the best hotel in London. From the moment you approach the entrance, foyer and reception you are transported to an exquisite stay. Is remarkable and anticipates for every need and do so with grace and professionalism. The In Room dining experience is as good as any 5 Star Restaurant. Spa, pool and spa amenities are included in your stay. The feeling of peace, tranquility & comfort in the beautifully appointed rooms cannot be duplicated. This amazing hotel & staff are beyond compare. When you book make sure your room includes breakfast! Omg breakfast inclusive in the restaurant or room service is a gorgeous feast. Do go down ro the restaurant well worth waking for. We are already planning the Holidays at the Corinthia. We actually were sad to leave the staff today. We will see you again soon & hopefully you will too.

This was my third stay at the hotel and i have to say that the standard of service had dropped unexpectedly compared to our previous visits. The service in The Velvet Bar was particularly slow and poor, to the point we had to chase for our drinks and when they did arrive only 3 out of the 4 basic drinks only arrived. In the end we just gave up and walked out!

Stayed here for a week with family - simply blown away by the property, the timeless elegance, the service, and the experience of old school British luxury. Staff is simply amazing - very courteous and prompt with any requests - from housekeeping to reception to wait staff at the restaurants. Don’t miss the high tea here! Breakfast at the restaurant was awesome. Freshly made granola and freshly squeezed juices were the highlight for us. Beautiful lighting in the restaurant, so remember to take some pictures! The hotel smells amazing. Fresh flower arrangements through the interior and exterior of the property. Fitness center - top marks. Well equipped with Technogym treadmills, entire weight machine collection, and 2 Peloton bikes. I just wish they had a lap pool, their current pool is way too small. Overall an exemplary experience! Will absolutely positively be staying here again!

The Corinthia is definitely one of the very top 5* hotels we have enjoyed in our travels; we were NOT ready to leave!!! Each staff member we met was exceptional in professionalism, service, and understanding how important the little things are ... it's part of the Corinthia culture, to give each guest a reason to return, to surprise us with unnecessary necessities! It is better even than the YouTube or website describe. We were spoiled the minute we arrived from a 10-hour flight, with lovely receptionists, great housekeeping (Rita), in-room amenities, the lavish breakfast buffet (Guillaume) with THE best fruit you can imagine, the tasteful table outside our door, the electronic privacy light, the wonderful smooth linens, views, on-site restaurants, the BEST complimentary spa, the luxurious BMW transports, little daily madeleines, the gentlemen at the doors, and so much more. The staff is fantastic. The location is perfect -- walkable to almost everywhere around Westminster, Covent Garden, etc. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I just can't say enough about the service.

Very much felt like a 5 star experience. Hotel was immaculate, rooms were enormous with full walk-in closet and heated tile. There was turn down service each night. Appreciated Dyson hairdryer with attachments. Sadly did not take advantage of the free breakfast but it looked lovely. Hotel was very convenient to National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, Covent Gardens etc in a beautifully maintained and quiet area

I was highly recommended by my close friend to stay at the hotel. My room was supposed to be upgraded room. About 1 hour after check in my room lost electricity. Nothing worked. I was in the middle of getting ready to go for a dinner so needless to say wrong timing didn’t serve well. Maintenance tried to fix it as I was getting ready. Ultimately, after couple hours I received message that I can either stay or preferably they would move me to another room. I asked to be moved however, they didn’t till I came back. Room I was given was worse then the one I was in but it did have working electricity. I asked if they have a better view and to my surprise they had a higher floor and better room available. If I wouldn’t have asked I wouldn’t have gotten it. Overall experience was subpar. I visit London 4-8 times a year and I could recommend a hand full accommodations that would provide a better experience.

The hotel didn’t even check whether the fridge was working before the guest checked in. My child needed to store medication in the fridge, so I asked to change rooms, but they said there were no available rooms and instead replaced the fridge. However, it was very uncomfortable and inappropriate that a man came into the room at night to replace it.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Corinthia London. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The rooms were incredibly clean and beyond spacious. Loved the bathroom which had heated floors and the most amazing shower. The hotel is a great location. We were within walking distance of so many of the top things to see in London. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Excellent location, convenient and, aside from occasional train noise, relatively quiet. Room was a nice size, and had a comfortable layout. Nice turndown service, and excellent water pressure. Cons: bed and bedding were very uncomfortable. Could hear occasional train noise. Difficult to dry and/or style your hair, as there weren’t any plugs (other than for a shaver) in the bathroom. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay, and will likely stay again.

Hotel and room were lovely. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Wasn’t too sure on the soundproofing as could hear staff moving things in the corridor during night and also outside traffic/binmen.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing from the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming, our upgraded room was superb. We didn't have a great view but it didn't matter as the room had all the amenities we needed and anything we didn't have was available via housekeeping who were very prompt when we requested and iron. Breakfast was the best, great choice and excellent quality of food. The spa, wow, it was the best I've been to. So much more to this hotel, very much enjoyed it.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Corinthia London. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. The rooms were incredibly clean and beyond spacious. Loved the bathroom which had heated floors and the most amazing shower. The hotel is a great location. We were within walking distance of so many of the top things to see in London. Would definitely stay here again!

Make sure to check your final bill charges when staying here. I am currently being over charged £105 for mini bar drinks I didn't have. Also, an extra discretionary charge of at least £25 is added, per night, which is not made clear either on arrival or departure.

The best service I’ve ever experienced at any hotel — and I’ve stayed at many five-star properties around the world. The Corinthia London is a shining example of what a luxury hotel stay should be. This was my third stay at the hotel and i have to say that the standard of service had dropped unexpectedly compared to our previous visits. The service in The Velvet Bar was particularly slow and poor, to the point we had to chase for our drinks and when they did arrive only 3 out of the 4 basic drinks only arrived. In the end we just gave up and walked out!

Excellent hotel overall. Really good and fairly consistent level of service throughout, with well appointed rooms. Minor issues - at one point this Australian bartender was rude to us one morning (informed front desk but not much was done about it). Hotel at this level should train staff on how to speak to guests in an appropriate manner. Another little issue is that at the end of the stay, they added service charge to room charges. Wouldn’t be an issue if this was communicated ahead of time (check in) that they will add service charge that will “pool funds for all employees” as was explained when I was checking out m. However, I kept tipping all staff directly (bellman, housekeeping etc) so I don’t understand point of this. Totally unnecessary. Especially given you don’t inform the guest ahead of time.

Love this hotel & I always return here but have noticed a sneak move at check out where they are charging a percentage for gratuities for reception staff etc. I’m not totally against this although I think it’s a stretch as they already have gratuity included often but the way they applied it out asking or running it past us felt very cheap @ underhand. I went back to reception and told her they can keep the charge. I will pay but dont ever apply this to people again without asking. This is enough to make me change hotels. It is expensive to stay here. I don’t enjoy such behaviours & as a matter of principal I would change hotel choice next time.

We had an amazing stay at The Corinthia, location is fantastic super accessible to Oxford Circus, Soho and Mayfair. Highly recommend the spa, it’s definitely one of the best hotel spas we’ve been too and we were very thankful to be upgraded to an Executive Room!

The staff is fantastic. The location is perfect -- walkable to almost everywhere around Westminster, Covent Garden, etc. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I just can't say enough about the service.

Very much felt like a 5 star experience. Hotel was immaculate, rooms were enormous with full walk-in closet and heated tile. There was turn down service each night. Appreciated Dyson hairdryer with attachments. Sadly did not take advantage of the free breakfast but it looked lovely. Hotel was very convenient to National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, Covent Gardens etc in a beautifully maintained and quiet area

From start to finish, this stay was spectacular. I’m not sure where to begin. The service from every member of the team was outstanding. The hotel absolutely superb and stunning. Every detail is just picture perfect. The room was beautiful and immaculate. The food in kerridges was unreal. Drinks at both bars perfect including the atmosphere- the spa … possibly the best in the uk? In summary - I think it’s incredibly good value for what you actually get as a hotel - it should be a 7* hotel in my opinion

Corinthia London is by far the best hotel in London. From the moment you approach the entrance, foyer and reception you are transported to an exquisite stay. Is remarkable and anticipates for every need and do so with grace and professionalism. The In Room dining experience is as good as any 5 Star Restaurant. Spa, pool and spa amenities are included in your stay. The feeling of peace, tranquility & comfort in the beautifully appointed rooms cannot be duplicated. This amazing hotel & staff are beyond compare. When you book make sure your room includes breakfast! Omg breakfast inclusive in the restaurant or room service is a gorgeous feast. Do go down ro the restaurant well worth waking for. We are already planning the Holidays at the Corinthia. We actually were sad to leave the staff today. We will see you again soon & hopefully you will too.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Very nice rooms that were clean and comfortable. Velvet bar is lovely too. But had to wait for a table at breakfast and it felt overrun. Afternoon tea was very good but it leaves no room for hotel guests to sit all afternoon.

Stayed here for a week with family - simply blown away by the property, the timeless elegance, the service, and the experience of old school British luxury. Staff is simply amazing - very courteous and prompt with any requests - from housekeeping to reception to wait staff at the restaurants. Don’t miss the high tea here! Breakfast at the restaurant was awesome. Freshly made granola and freshly squeezed juices were the highlight for us. Beautiful lighting in the restaurant, so remember to take some pictures! The hotel smells amazing. Fresh flower arrangements through the interior and exterior of the property. Fitness center - top marks. Well equipped with Technogym treadmills, entire weight machine collection, and 2 Peloton bikes. I just wish they had a lap pool, their current pool is way too small. Overall an exemplary experience! Will absolutely positively be staying here again!

Wow! I’m sure this has been said by many other guests…but the staff cannot do enough for you. The quality of the rooms, bedding, bathroom is top notch. Splendid in every way! One small cheeky charge that I think is unnecessary at a $1000 a night hotel, the 5GBP ‘cover charge’ at the velvet bar (even for guests?)…with cocktails up to 48GBP each I think this extra charge is a bit, as I say, cheeky!
