The elevator didn’t work consistently, the bar lock in the room was broken off. There was a lamp shade missing and the toilet ran unless you physically lifted the tank bulb.

The property was a little above average. My complaints were they had no snack bar and the soda vending machine only had water in it. Other than that, they stay was good.

We had a group stay at this property and walk to Cowboys. It was very well lit. We would stay there again.

Quiet, easy walking distance to several restaurants, clean grounds and room.

This property was clean and the staff were pleasant and kind. No issues there. Our room was quite spacious, dbl queen room. It was clean. It did have a slight musty odor but not terrible. After a long 7hr drive, I arrived at 930 pm and inquired about the fitness room as I wanted to get on the treadmill for a bit after sitting so long. Sign on door, as well as worker said it was open until midnight. After checking in and getting settled I went to hit the gym. My key card wouldn’t unlock the door. Went to receptionist and she made a new card and that too would not open the door. She ended up calling management who then told her it closes at 1030. Needless to say it was not yet 1030 and the door wouldn’t open so I gave up and went to bed. The breakfast was just okay. Though unless you’re making a waffle I wouldn’t recommend. The eggs were fake and nasty. The sausage gravy was so runny and gross. Even the oatmeal was like water with barely any oats. I appreciate the effort but it was not good. The beds were comfy. But my biggest issue would have to be the noise at night. I had people above me running back and forth in their room, pounding their feet across the floor. I think they were playing soccer or something well into the morning hours both nights of my stay. Overall the hotel was nice. Could use some improvements in the areas mentioned but I’d stay again. Cannot comment on pool as i didn’t use it.

I chose this property for 2 distinct purposes. 1: location and that was perfect. very close and convenient for returning car to airport and for an early morning flight. 2: one of the few airpirt hotels with an indoor pool. But they had the windows open and the pool was too cold to swim in comfortably. I basically got in and out, it was too cold. My bathroom tub didnt drain and the sink faucet leaked. just annoying issues.

The pool was closed down during our stay. Which really was upsetting. They only had 2 workout machines in gym. In all the customer service was very nice.

Perfect place to stop and rest while traveling with 4 kids. The pool was a great way for them to unwrap unwind before going to bed.

Fairy clean. But overall a little run down. didn't use pool but din't look inviting. Room was clean but hotel smelled of curry. The ice machine was broken and they offered no assistance with this issue. Also, breakfast was minimal at best. It was OK for a place to sleep but wouldn't recommend it for a family stay or vacation.

Concerns before even arriving; called to explain we would be checking in late due to inclement weather making travel longer than anticipated and wanted to confirm our room would be available since it would be after midnight and was told “it SHOULD be ok” when asked to confirm we will be able to check in the desk person said there was no one else available and repeated that it should be ok which left me feeling uneasy since they refused to confirm there would be no issues upon arrival. Ended up able to check in however was told i needed to pay the deposit in cash because “the system was down” and when I asked about a receipt was told I could get one in the morning. I stated I wasn’t comfortable with that and that I needed a receipt. Room was filthy, grime on almost all surfaces, layers of dust on surfaces, urine on toilet seat still, small black curly hairs (possibly pubic hair) found in bathroom and in drawers, food on floor and on the couch, strong musty mildew smell in the room and on the entire floor we were on and condensation on all windows in room and in hall, no air or proper ventilation in halls and was off in room upon arrival. Facilities were filthy- Mold and/or mildew covered surfaces and bandaid in pool itself, pool water was so cloudy, it was apparent by both sight and smell that there was way too much chemical in the pool. When concerns were explained to the desk clerk, he responded only by saying I wouldn’t get a refund.

Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff member greeted us at Reception upon our arrival.

Hairs were found on bed and towels. Rooms run very hot, AC takes at least an hour to cool. Breakfast was atrocious.

Everyone was nice, there was what looked like Cheeto finger prints and a drink stain on one of the beds (we didn’t have Cheetos or sodas) there was also a used old fake eyelash attached to the iron when I went to iron my shirt. No other issues.

I won’t stay here again. It was dirty & had blood in the tub. Cockroaches in my room.

Hotel was clean and was had a safe feel to it. The tv was broken but usable. My biggest issue was the carpet was wet throughout. It was a known issue though as a large fan had been placed in the room to dry the floor while we were there.

The room was noisy. We could easily hear the people in the room above us moving about on the floor. Virtually no insulation from their heavy footsteps even though the floors appear to be separated by concrete. Otherwise the room was nice.

Mattress is pretty lousy

No temperature control. Uncomfortable room conditions. Long check in procedure. Would not advise staying here.

Good experience. Bed was wonderful. AC worked well. Room was clean...had refrig, micro, coffee maker, tv. Shower pressure was good. Breakfast was good. Was quiet and felt safe. Recommend.

Loved the suites and quite ac. Roomy bathroom. Wireless internet service is slow. Mini fridge does not have freezer section.

While overall comfortable, some of the furnishings were quite rundown, things like shower curtain and bathroom fixtures.

The front desk lady was very rude when we showed up stating they didn't accept any of my cards for the deposit...chime, cash app, NetSpend ECT. so I had to leave and go get cash from an ATM and go back.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times when in town for a football game. They have allowed us to check in a little early so we can get to our game on time. The staff is always friendly. We will be back!

We had a family emergency and they were so understanding and accommodating.

Overall stay wasn’t terrible. However, the check in process took entirely too long, we were at the counter for a solid 30minutes with only one other person in front of us.

This was by far one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. It was clean, the staff was very kind, it was quiet, and the GM was wonderful and very welcoming! Definitely a day and night difference between this one and the one I stayed at in NW Expressway! 10/10 all the way around.

The stay was terrific, and the staff was top-notch. It's a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located in a quiet area.

Very comfortable only stayed one night but it was a pleasant way to start our trip. Lots of restaurants in the area & downtown was only 15 minutes away.

First off, i don't know why anyone would complain of the hotel's condition or the breakfast. Everything was wonderful. Not one but TWO waffle machines (husband's favorite), eggs, sausage, milk, juice, raspberry yogurt (my favorite), blackberry jelly (daughter's favorite) on bagles and muffins, pastries, and oatmeal which my other daughter raved about being most excellent. Both the check in and check out clerks were friendly and helpful and the breakfast lady was also nice. Bed was super comfy. A/C worked perfectly. Would definitely stay again. I have a knee brace with ice packs and the mini fridge did not have a freezer, so the kind staff stored my packs in their freezer packed in a labled ziplock bag. Awesome!! THANK YOU!!

The staff is nice here. Beds are really firm, so not my favorite. I just wish they would have more options for breakfast. It rotated out every other day so we would only have the same food, main dishes just switched. Other than that, very clean and quiet.

One of the less nice places we have stayed on this trip. The owners seem to scrimp on everything. The breakfast was pathetic.
