Wonderful family holiday resort. The Spa Villa was amazing. Very soacious and perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Two pools, a water park and other great family activities. You'll need a car for sure, but it really is a great place to spend time with kids.

Overall excellent for our 8 and 5 yr old grandkids. The water slides, splash park and lagoon were all good although we did expect a bucket at the splash park. The park was busy but the queues were very short compared to some other resorts. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The cafe was ok and we loved the happy hour each day. One negative… the aircons struggled and took a long time to cool the cabin.

We travelled with our elderly parents and young kids and stayed in a 3 bedroom super condo. It was lovely. The unit looks brand new and very clean. We were located in a quiet part of the property but close to the lagoon pool which was lovely for the kids. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils and it had a lovely big bbq on the balcony. We had lots of nice bbq meals in the lovely evening weather. The property was about 2 km from the local IGA and about 5 km from Woolies but this wasn't a problem as we had a hire car. We enjoyed free pancakes one morning. The amenities are awesome here. Lagoon pool, pool slides for smaller kids and bigger kids, jumping pillows x 2, outdoor movies, mini golf... lots of activities to keep the kids busy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

My daughter stood on broken glass near the water slide, so she couldn't swim that day. Got charged extra fees and had noisy neighbours. Would have liked to have been compensated for my daughters foot.

We stayed for a week with our 7yo, what an amazing family orientated place! We enjoying lazing around in the pools, spa and playing with our son on the waterslides and splashpark. Mini golf was excellent as was the meals in the cafe. The place is kept immaculate and maintained, grounds and accomodation. The staff were very helpful and helped book our adventures with free transport from there. Downside, nothing honestly.

Kids had lots of fun. Playground facilities excellent. Staff very friendly. Did not like having to clean the huge amounts of mould in the shower before letting my kids use it. Lock your cars because ours was broken into at night (staff had warned us when entering the park).

年末年始に家族6人で了解しました。シティからは少し離れますが、施設内に、プールや遊具が充実している為、子供連れの旅行にはピッタリだと思います！少し歩けばローカルスーパー（小さめ）やマクドもあります。ローカルバスを使いこなせば、大きなショッピングモールまでもすぐ着きます！家は今回車を借りなかったですが、子供達に現地のバスの乗り方や、沢山の外国人とのコミニケーションを取らせる目的地もあったので、とても満足できました。一つ言うなら、洗面所に小さな蟻が沢山いました。

It’s our third time staying here. Such a great park to stay at whilst on holidays. Clean and friendly. Definitely a place to hang out and relax. Cabins are clean and tidy. My son struggled to sleep in bunks as he is almost 6 foot. Personally I found the beds a bit too hard but that’s no fault of theirs, just my preference.

While we found it was okay for the price, it felt like we paid for the facilities, pools etc as they were great. The cabin itself wasn’t the best and had a very strong musky smell coming from the air conditioners. Tried 2x BBQs with no luck, they didn’t heat up properly.

We stayed in a cabin which was very comfortable. The complex seems to be mainly geared to kids as there's plenty to keep them entertained. The pools were great although there could have been a few more chairs. Happy hour every afternoon, good choice of food. We will stay there again, next time we go to Cairns.

I just recently stayed at the cairns coconut resort. It was located about 20 minutes from the airport and Fleet Dr. where most boats leave to do exertions for the Great Barrier Reef. The grounds are well kept and the bungalow I stayed in was spacious (luxury villa). However, because the resort is a camping ground, the bungalows are rustic. So if you want luxury, you're better staying in a hotel. Other than that, I liked having a space for my rental right next to the bungalow, there was also a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was stocked with utensils, bowls and spoons in case you wanted to save money and make your own meals.

It was advertised wrong. We got there and had to wait 25 min juat to check in... then when we got to the Cabin.. or should i say dog canal it was unclean and an absolute disgrace. We turned around and booked another place.

８月の平日に2泊しました。昼は30度近く暑いのですが、夜は15度と寒く、厚手の服が必要です。他のホテルもそうでしたが、エアコンは冷房のみで暖房機能がありません。今回、トロピカルキャビンに滞在しましたが、室内はとても綺麗で虫はいませんでした。浴室はシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ、石鹸あり。キッチンは食器、鍋、フライパン、ナイフ、カトラリー、グラス、食器用洗剤、ダスターと一通り揃っています。プール、遊び場もたくさんあり、子供も楽しそうでした。平日なので、現地の未就学児のいる家族が多かったです。テントサイトはキャンピングカーが多く、トレーラーハウスは長期滞在でサイトはほとんど埋まっていて、圧巻の風景でした。車で10分程度にEarlvilleのショッピングタウンがあり、Coles、Woolworths、BIG W、target、フードコートもあり便利でした。徒歩圏内にマクドナルドなどはありました。フロントは、ツアーの予約可能で、手配してもらいました。全体的にとても良かったですが、子供がリゾートから出たがらないので、観光には不向きかも？しれません。のんびりしたい方にはおすすめです。

I just recently stayed at the cairns coconut resort. It was located about 20 minutes from the airport and Fleet Dr. where most boats leave to do exertions for the Great Barrier Reef. Unless you have 5 children younger then five years old and are a trady who loves alcohol, don’t bother with this place, it was clean and the gardens were stunning, located in the cheap end of town.

家族連れには最高。コテージタイプなので音など気にせずのんびり過ごせます。プールやミニゴルフ、卓球、ジャンピングクッション、子どもの遊び場があり、子どもは大興奮で遊んでいました。プールはあっためられていますが8月初旬はさすがに寒かったです。スーパーやレストランは徒歩20分、敷地内のカフェに食品はありますが割高になるのでUBEREATSを使うかレンタカーがあるとよいと思います。国内から来た人たちは巨大トレーラーハウスで自転車等を持ち込んで休暇を楽しんでいて、スケールの大きさを目の当たりにしました。部屋にはキッチンがありますが調味料や油はないです。スーパーで買ったパンや肉を焼いて食べましたが、美味しかったです。
