Stayed 1 night

Room was outdated, not in a "it's furnished with antiques" but in a "the lamps are so old they are coming of the wall" kind of way. The towel rack was rusted and there were brown spots on the bathroom wall, as well as caulking that was done half way instead of all the way in the corners. All in all would not recommend.

Every thing was lovely and clean, the Nespresso machine was a dream come true! With no air-conditioning, I had to open the windows (it was a very warm week), and so I heard the people on the street all night long. So sleep wasn't great! Also, there were broken light fixtures, and there wasn't staff on site in the evening, so when are key card all of a sudden stopped working, they did fix it, but it took a phone call and a little bit of waiting. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, they just aren't on-site. Won't stay here again, but only because I need someplace quiet with air-conditioning.

Stayed 2 nights

The room had nice upper end perks like high end toiletries but lacked in other ways, namely: the wooden floor did not look clean, the sloped ceiling leaked when it rained, the soap dispenser didn’t fully function and the aircon made a loud and disruptive pumping noise every few minutes when in use. I also did not enjoy the iPad-only, people-free check in, which led to feelings of a cold welcome to Maastricht.
