We couldn’t sleep because of the loud karaoke singing at the Boracay Club. Our room wasn’t sound proof and unfortunately, our room was somewhere above the Boracay Club. We could hear talking, shouting, singing and loud music.

A nice property in Deira. Booked a non smoking room and was placed on a smoking floor, in a smoking room. Wasn't to noticeable and was too tired to change after a 16hr flight. Gym facilities ok, but no towels or bottle water provided like many of the other hotels in the area. Very friendly staff, and 2 really good bars/nightclubs.

Die Rezeption konnte mir aber kein anderes Zimmer anbieten, da das Hotel angeblich voll gebucht war. sehr schade. der Pool war etwas kalt

The staff were friendly. Pillows were all flat, not comfortable at all. Bed was just okay. Complementary water was two big glass bottles with a sticker seal on them that seemed unusual. I didn’t receive the welcome drink upon check in that hotel.com says we’re supposed to get. Jacuzzi was nice and relaxing though. Overall experience was okay.

Located relatively near a subway station as well as a large-scale shopping mall, this hotel made our visit more convenient. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The gym equipment is outdated and could be much improved. The rooftop swimming pool is nice, but not much room to relax.

Nice place. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Daily construction in the day in other rooms drove me crazy. I asked for a room change and was told there working on almost every floor changing out light pods. I wish they had at least comped a day or provided good vouchers for the trouble. Otherwise, nice hotel.

Five stars for the on site Korean restaurant, hands down the best Korean food I have ever had. I stay at this hotel solely because of this restaurant. Hotel itself is ok, but the noise from the night club is quite noticeable. It does not bother me, but could be a deal breaker for others. Neighborhood is in the “common folks” area of Dubai, I.e., you will not see the gold Lambo.

Asiana hotel truly gave me a five star experience. It’s convenient to the airport, dining & most shopping areas. The rooms were immaculate and quite spacious. Special thanks to Ashok who was courteous, went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. I’ll definitely return on my many visits to Dubai

Very bad experience. The night shift gave me late checkout until 2:00 pm, but the morning staff woke me up at 12:00 pm and told me to leave or be charged. They also asked for a 200 cash deposit, and when I checked out, they charged me for a soft drink from the fridge and only refunded 120. Unprofessional service

Hôtel Asiana: Mauvaise literie, matela trop dure + Room Service nulle zero. En 3 jours, j'ai tenté à plusieurs fois de commander un room service, pour causes de meeting. Impossible, ils ne vous repondent pas. Après 15 min d'attentes et ils vous raccroche au visage, je rappelle et rebelotte. J'ai écourté mon séjour et changé d'hôtel pour lequel je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé d'ailleurs. J'attends toujours le remboursement Expedia !!! Aussi, j'avais oublié du linge sale et rappelé aussitôt l'hotel et la réceptionniste m'a confirmé que l'équipe du house keeping avait bien trouver mon linge et qu'ils allaient me le mettre de côté pour que je puisse revenir le récupérer. j'allais venir le rechercher le dernier jour de mon séjour à Dubaï, puisque le nouvel hôtel était à 30-60min de distance. Bref en revenant le dernier jour de mon séjour pour récupérer mon linge, ils ont voulu me redonner le pyjama de quelqu'un d'autre. Ils ne trouvait plus mes affaires. Vraiment archi pas professionnel et démontre la désorganisation. Conclusion j'ai perdu des vêtements chez eux. Il y a une mauvaise organisation dans tous les services et l' hôtel était trop chers pour le mauvais rendu. S'excuser n'est plus suffisant et il est clair qu'ils prennent les touristes pour des vaches à lait. Je ne le recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Asiana is a lovely hotel in what looks like a run-down area. The hotel has a modern look and the staff are really wonderful and make you feel really welcome. Must really thank the reception staff and breakfast staff such as Jin, Bikki, Alfonso, Kennedy who remembered mum's likes and were so attentive. Particularly Chef Davis and Manjeet who looked out for my mum dietary requirements. Small improvements: This is 5 star hotel so needs cappuccinos and wider variety of beverages, rooms need liquid milk too not just powdered and welcome drinks on arrival. The gym shouldn't be women's only Between 12-2pm only in a day. Its very restricted times. Hotels.com has been the issue as their booking form is inconsistent with what you get in your booking. Then spent 4 hours trying to resolve and it was total waste of time as they wouldn't accept their fault. You need to screenshot along the way as evidence
