Lovely business hotel in a great location to the World Trade Center. Lovely room and comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful and very nice. The service was fantastic throughout. The swimming pool is very small and gets very crowded. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area.

Great Stay, Amazing views. It is probably the best for young professionals. There is so much to do within the hotel (clubs, restaurants, spa, pool). The staff was amazing. The pool is a bit small for such a huge hotel but I went usually at opening time & the space was pretty empty.

L hôtel est bien situé à 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro world trade center. Notre chambre au 34eme étages était confortable avec une vue fabuleuse sur Dubai et ses immeubles avec pour toile de fond la mer. Le petit déjeuner servi sous forme de buffet est très copieux. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. La piscine chauffée est petite mais très agréable après une bonne journée de visite.

Voco hotel is conveniently located for Dubai World Trade Centre and is also close to Metro stations and the Museum of The Future. It is a short-ish taxi ride from the airport. All the public areas are nice, modern, clean and well laid out. The staff were all excellent, a really good feature of this hotel. My room was comfortable and I had a great view, 38th floor. I loved the automatic curtains and the free standing bath with a view! The bed was comfy. The only negative is that the walls seem quite thin so one can hear guests in the next room easily. The food was great, a good selection for breakfast and there are a few restaurants in the building for lunch and dinner. The Celcius buffet is very good.

Excellent breakfast and good location, if you are attending a conference at the WTC (which you reach with a 7-minute walk via the pedestrian bridge over the avenue). When I arrived (very late at night) I found my bed sheet stained and not clean. I was too tired and jetlagged to do anything about it at 04.00 am. I informed the reception the morning after and they immediately took action (they also called me many times to apologise and make sure everything was fine). I liked the friendly people and the good services. I ordered club sandwich from room service and it was good. I would stay there again.

Das Hotel voco Dubai war einfach perfekt. Bereits beim Betreten beeindruckt das Haus mit seiner stilvollen, gepflegten Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel, modern und absolut ruhig – ideal für Erholung oder geschäftliche Aufenthalte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der ausgesprochen freundliche Empfang: Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Ein echtes Highlight war die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Skyline von Dubai – sowohl aus dem Zimmer als auch von den oberen Etagen des Hotels. Dieser Ausblick verleiht dem Aufenthalt eine ganz besondere Note. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt durchweg positiv – von der Sauberkeit bis hin zum Service war wirklich alles top. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Im Badezimmer fehlte ein klassisches Beauty-Set (z. B. Wattepads, Nagelfeile etc.), was man bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie durchaus erwarten könnte. Auch die Rooftop-Bar passt stilistisch nicht ganz zum sonst eleganten Design des Hauses – hier wäre etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail wünschenswert. Nichtsdestotrotz: Ein tolles Hotel, das wir definitiv weiterempfehlen!

We asked for an extra towel 3 times over the course of 8 hours and finally got it. Also when we checked in there was smokiness, we called the reception who told us they do not have smoking rooms, cut us off and then said they will call the front desk manager to see if they have other available rooms, we will be called back, after 4 nights, no call back at all, overall hotel is nice and good location, but service was disappointing and disrespectful.

From arrival we felt unwelcomed to the establishment. We waited for 10 minutes holding all of our bags until someone finally offered assistance. We stood for 20 minutes waiting for registration and over 45 minutes for the entire check-in. When we got to the room it smelled bad like a wet dog and many things in the room were not working. The bed is uncomfortable and the extra bed was unusable because it was hard and with springs. The property is outdated and offers nothing special to draw people other than unsuspecting first-time guests. We booked a Club Suite and were told on check-in that we were receiving an "upgraded" room option, despite being placed in a lower room option than booked. We have stayed in Dubai hotels for over 16 years and this stay ranks at the bottom of the list for overall and specific service, quality, and amenities.

Not good. Arrived and my room wasn't ready - so upgraded to a suite on level 46. They neglected to tell me this is 3 floors below a nightclub and the sound insulation is non-existent, so you can expect loud thumping bass until 3am. They don't even provide any earplugs, despite knowing this is an issue. The rooms (especially the shower room) gets very cold and there appears to be no heating. Not sure if other hotels are similar, but definitely don't recommend staying here if you want a good night's sleep!

Not a 5 stars hotel. It is a good 4 stars. The insulation in th rooms is terrible. We were.awake several times at night due to our neighbor room occupants discussions. We requeated to have the coffee maker exchanged for a nespresso and regardless of the efforts that kindly Muhammed (at the reception) did, apparently the management's policies are more important that the guests comfort. The covers at the beds were too thin and the room pretty small. The bathroom door sounded loudly when opening or closing, adding to the noises at night. Lastly, we received a call before checking out remind us to leave. Not nice

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im VOCO Hotel. Vom Empfang durch eine sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption, bis hin zu den Mitarbeitern des Parkservices, den Mitarbeitern am Pool und des Frühstücks und Abend Buffets. Super Lage, direkt neben dem Museum der Zukunft, fussläufige Bahnanbindung, 24 H Supermarkt in der Nähe. Super Aussicht aus dem Zimmer der höheren Etagen. Pool warm genügend Liegeplätze. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca del metro y sobre la vía mas importante de Dubai. Habitaciones y camas muy cómodas. El desayuno es variado y abundante. En especial quiero felicitar al cocinero que prepara los omeletts; siempre amable y eficiente. El ambiente es tranquilo y relajado en cuanto entras. La alberca en el piso 7 es muy agradable. Definitivamente regresaría, aunque no en los pisos altos ya que la vista no vale el precio extra que pagué por la habitación.
