I have stayed at hundreds of hotels, the best and the worst. I generally do not write reviews, even when the quality is bad, because it takes time and because the general rule is that you get what you pay for. But how much does it cost to have clean sheets? The bathtub tap was heavily and very noisily leaking (obviously a few liters of hot water per hour), and I had to put a large towel around it so that water could flow less noisily along the towel to the bottom of the bathtub. Could not do anything against the noise of the fridge though. TV remote control was not working... No blackout curtains: you cannot sleep well and people can see you in the room when the light is on. Take care of the curtain rods, they are not properly fixed... Several fees may apply if you do this or don't do that. I should have asked for the owner's credit card details upon check-in and would have charged a penalty (why not?)... No respect at all for his/her guests!

Pros: Quiet, very helpful staff at check in. We chose not to have our room serviced during our stay. That meant more peace and quiet. Great restaurant (Desert Grill) and Family Dollar store within very easy walking distance. Cons: Very noisy A/C, hot water took a long time to arrive in the shower or basin. Other Comments: Check in is across the street and you only find out once you're trying to check in.
