The staff was kind, welcoming and very accommodating. We arrived way earlier than our check in time and were able to drop off our luggage so we could go explore London. They have a bar/restaurant which has excellent food and drinks. We would highly recommend this hotel to ANYBODY. We would definitely stay here again on our return to London.

Amazing hotel, located within Ealing (West London) is perfect for getting in and out of Central zones. West Ealing train stop for the new Elizabeth Line is 2 mins walk from the hotel. This hotel has the most unbelievable beer garden at the rear, which does not detract from the quite and calm of the hotel at all. Lovely breakfast, (menu to order from, not a buffet). We stayed in a room called "Lavender hill mod", which was one of the best rooms we've ever stayed in. Big bed, roll top bath, sofa area. Areas to note PARKING!!! There is parking to the rear, (1st come 1st served), which it quite hard to find initially, as it's round the back of the hotel. Very tight spaces (about 10) and narrow drive in, be mindful of this if coming with a car. FYi, if spaces are full, we parked at the Waitrose nearby for £20 for 24 hours. Very safe, and very good price. You pay for it online. All in all, I can't recommend this hotel enough. 9/10 for me.
