De kamer was erg klein. Badkamer super klein. Heel onhandig ingericht. De ingang en receptie stonk het heel erg. Ze sturen je naar een parkeergarage zonder kaart. Let op dat werkt niet. Doordat ze maar 3 kaarten hebben voor de parkeergarage ongeveer 10 min lopen. Je krijgt je auto er niet uit. Was niet happy met het hotel.

Only stayed for 1 night and it was great. We opted for a smoking room which came with a very large open area perfect to relax and chill in the evening after our eventful day. Room was clean, bathroom was small and the shower was very small felt a bit claustrophobic as there was no glass just a shower curtain. The sink was outside the bathroom which did work for us especially if one of us was using the shower etc. The only issue I found was the door to the bathroom was of a glass which wasnt see through but you could sort of see the other person which was strange and there was no lock which meant my toddler was able to open it especially if one of us was inside. Close to the metro station which was a plus point. Wasnt in a congested area again plus point. Parking was in another location about 5 mins away which was fine for us and it was secure.

The hotel was situated on a quiet street and the staff were so nice and helpful. There was only one evening where we head a large party up to about 4AM from the neighborhood. The facilities are excellent although a bit small with the dining area quite busy in the morning. The rooms were well appointed with the bathroom and shower working fine. As noted by others - the rooms are small and could be a bit cramped for two people sharing a standard room with two suitcases. The location is very nice with easy walking to two metro stations and nice neighborhood brasseries, shops, and cafes within ten minute walking.

Très bon séjour. Chambres confortables à la décoration soignée et originale. Rue au calme et hôtel charmant avec terrasse. La salle de petit-déjeuner est vraiment très cosy et le personnel est aux petits soins ! Une très belle adresse assurément !

Mycket fina och stora rum, väldigt modernt också. Ett tryggt område med många restauranger och caféer omkring. En liten nackdel är parkeringen, den finns men en liten bit bort och man måste hämta och lämna passeringskortet varje gång man ska använda bilen. Kommer definitivt tillbaka!

This is a fabulous Paris hotel in the perfect non-tourist neighborhood. The bakeries and restaurants are all right close to the hotel, with excellent French brassieres and world food choices. We also loved the outdoor deck, the amazing breakfast, and vey friendly and helpful staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Fred Hotel! It’s a cute and welcoming boutique hotel that’s off the beaten path with a friendly staff. Hotel and rooms were clean and mirrored the pictures online as advertised. I was a solo traveler and room was a perfect and comfortable size for me. The neighborhood has more of a residential feel so it feels like you’re living more of the “real” Parisian life. Hotel also has a cute outdoor patio area. There are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in short walking distance from hotel and 15-30min drive to the main Paris tourist areas.

조식이 단조롭고, 주차장이 근처병원 주차장을 이용해서 좀 많이 불편스럼습니다. 주차장 왔다갔다 할때마다 카드 받고 반납하고 귀차나요..그리고 걸어서 왔다갔다해야해서 비추입니다.

Unfortunately, we had a rather negative experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready, and we had to wait 25 minutes before checking in. The room itself was okay, but the third bed made an extremely loud noise, which made it difficult to sleep. Although the area was mostly quiet, we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room, which gave a poor impression of the soundproofing. On the first night, the phone in our room rang twice around 1:30 AM. We didn’t answer, as we were confused and quite scared. When we asked reception the next morning, they had no explanation. This made us feel unsafe. Breakfast was also a big disappointment – only baguette, butter, jam and coffee ... were offered. The breakfast area was cramped, located right next to the reception, with only about 15 seats. It felt uncomfortable, and we regretted choosing the breakfast option. Several items listed in the hotel’s advertisement were missing, such as coffee capsules, bottled water, and newspapers. We brought this up with the staff, but nothing was done. At one point, I tried to boil water, and a lot of dirt came out – very unhygienic. We will not be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Well impressed with the hotel, only downside personally was deliveries made on the street very early morning ( sometimes middle of night!) and a building opposite being refurbished ( now complete I think). However we prefer to sleep with window open so noise will infiltrate. If you dont want this ask for a room at rear which would be quieter.

The location was great in a neighbourhood where Parisians live but convenient to tourist sites. Rooms were clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. Down side is rooms are extremely small- difficult for 2 people. Poorly designed space so there is nowhere to put anything. Shower hot and good pressure but leaks and floor was wet. Drinking water not replenished daily. Overall well located and clean. Good for 1 person but I wouldn’t stay there again with 2 people. Also seems overpriced for what you get

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. I was in Paris for work so I was not spending a ton of time in my room. The only little quirk was that the bathroom was quite small and it was a little tricky to get into the shower without getting the floor in the bathroom very wet. It was manageable but a bit of a weird room layout choice. Overall though, my stay was pleasant.

The room size is quite small and definitely not large enough for two people. The sink was actually not in the bathroom as there wasn't enough room to accomodate it inside the bathroom. Also, the glass shower door should always be pushed into the shower stall because it will hit the toilet bowel if the door is pulled outward. Be aware that your door key cards will become inactive early the next day of your checkout. We awoke early on our checkout day so that we could go out and have a great breakfast at 9 AM. We were going to leave our bags in the room but found that our keys did not work. Because of this we were forced to leave our bags in a somewhat secure area alongside the chechin desk. I thought that we had the room until the noon checkout, SURPRISE!

The Hotel was very nice, but the man at the desk who checked us in was a bit condescending. I asked him a question and he responded by asking me if I read the information when I booked the room. I also asked about the transportation and again not the happy friendly assistance I was hoping for. The bathrooms were VERY small. Barely the size of an old closet. I would definitely pick someplace closer to downtown next time. Not a long trip on the Metro, but the area around this hotel is not my favorite.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Fred Hotel! It’s a cute and welcoming boutique hotel that’s off the beaten path with a friendly staff. Hotel and rooms were clean and mirrored the pictures online as advertised. I was a solo traveler and room was a perfect and comfortable size for me. The neighborhood has more of a residential feel so it feels like you’re living more of the “real” Parisian life. Hotel also has a cute outdoor patio area. There are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in short walking distance from hotel and 15-30min drive to the main Paris tourist areas.

This is a fabulous Paris hotel in the perfect non-tourist neighborhood. The bakeries and restaurants are all right close to the hotel, with excellent French brassieres and world food choices. We also loved the outdoor deck, the amazing breakfast, and vey friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately, we had a rather negative experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready, and we had to wait 25 minutes before checking in. The room itself was okay, but the third bed made an extremely loud noise, which made it difficult to sleep.
