Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel, Chicago

This was an amazing experience! This hotel is very upscale and the staff was amazing especially the doorman . I definitely recommend this property!

Room was clean, staff was great, and breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic. The only complaint is the phone number on the valet ticket does not work. We either had to call the front desk or just go to the valet desk to request our vehicle. We had walked to dinner five minutes away and tried to request our car before we left the restaurant as we had an event we had to leave for. The text message kept saying our ticket could not be found. The valet then said the phone number is incorrect. This is not good service especially for the price of the valet and the caliber of the hotel.

Lunch in the restaurant was delicious. Be advised the hotel now charges for early check-in and the cost varies depending on how early you are. They also charge for a late checkout by the hour.

Would like to have a refrigerator in the room, but they brought one up for us

Nice room. Appreciated upgrade. Shower door seal could be tighter, extra towels would have been nice.
