Staff was wonderful. Jacuzzi was cold and didn’t work plus the pool and jacuzzi were dirty and needed cleaned. You could see dead skin floating on the top layer of the water. It was gross. When said something to staff they just said ok.

The hot tub was disgusting - green and had all kinds of junk floating in it. This was one of the whole reasons I booked this hotel and I was very disappointed. The lights in the hotel room were also very annoying with having to use the card and the specific lights it allowed. The phone couldn’t be charged on that side of the bed without the lights being on which makes it difficult to sleep. Other than these two things, I loved everything about the hotel! The complimentary shampoo/conditioner was a nice touch and I loved the room (quiet, dark, bed was very comfortable).

There were areas that definitely needed fixing up, painting..the carpets where the elevators were (heavy traffic areas) were very dirty. Just seemed like they needed to be steam cleaned and vacuumed more often. Over all wonderful Stay, breakfast was very well done.

Overall the room was clean looking but I did have a roach running in the bathroom. I did kill it. I have stayed in many hotels but never encountered roaches. The faucets were leaking from behind all over sink in the bathroom. Beds and pillows very comfy. Complimentary breakfast was decent, better than most. Staff was polite and friendly. Shout out to Fitzgerald on the check in desk. Great personality!

All of the staff was kind, personable, and prompt to respond. Super pet friendly. I loved my room and so did my guest (no exaggeration). My room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good. I will be staying here anytime I visit Fayetteville.

I enjoyed my first time staying here. VERY spacious room and bathroom. I wish the showers were a tad bit hotter but nothing too bad . I loved what the stay had to offer (bar, Starbucks, room service, etc.) Although, I did see ONE bed bug in the bathroom on a towel and immediately killed it. Other than that, no problems. Definitely recommend!

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was immaculately clean and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The late afternoon happy hour was super nice and the breakfast the next morning was delicious and much more than we expected from a hotel that offers free breakfast. It is also located directly across the street from a movie theater so we were able to, walk over there and take a movie during our one night stay. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, our recent stay was not great. The hotel was very loud, especially at night, and on our second night, our room filled with the strong smell of marijuana coming in from the hallway. To make matters worse, when we returned from the pool, we were locked out of our room due to a dead door battery. It took over 40 minutes for someone from customer service to finally send a technician to fix it. On top of that, the cleanliness was questionable—there was an earring and sunflower seed left on our nightstand when we arrived. Definitely not the level of comfort or service we expected.

This is my go to hotel in Fayetteville. This was not as good as past stays due to the fact that the cleanliness was not as good. There was something on the blanket and also hair on the bed linens. Some of the furniture also looked worn and in need of replacement or repair. Staff was great. Quiet hotel.

If you’re in Fayetteville, this is the best hotel to stay in. That being said, the first annoyance was the DO NOT DISTURB placard. It’s cheap and kept falling off the door when opening/closing. The bed wasn't comfortable for me. Pillows were too stiff - I couldn’t tell the difference between foam and feathers. And the last thing is the TV. The remote didn’t work all the time, the screen was small and let’s be honest, in 2024, I expect a smart TV option so I can stream.

We booked a King Suite. We loved the high-ceilings in the room and having the mini kitchenette was really wonderful. We wish the hotel would invest in adding a hand-held shower since the rain shower didn't really work for us. However, the many amenities were awesome. The location was superb since we didn't have to drive around to find food, gas, pharmacy, etc. Overall,, this was a really comfortable room that was very, very clean. I know because I'm a clean freak. The underside of sink was thoroughly clean. This was a really great hotel experience!!

All in all, it was ok. I last stayed here 6 years ago. It's obvious there has been a change in ownership. Hotel rings can use some minor maintenance/updating. Everyone was nice enough. The drawers in the room had broken glides so they could not open and close smoothly. Both mirrors in the bathroom need to be replaced (room 523), curtains/drapes were not in good condition, towels in bathroom were old and unraveling.

PROS: The hotel was very nice, it was clean, it was accessible to shopping and restaurants, and the room accommodations were great!! CONS: The staff weren't friendly or helpful, they were stand-offish, they did not respond to our requests in a timely manner, and the language barrier was awful. The hostess for the breakfast was HORRIBLE, and uncompromising to say the least. Every morning was a struggle with her. I could not get support from the management because their customer service was terrible. It was a 'No-Win-Situation' with them.

If you get extended checkout the housekeeping will harass you until you leave. They'll call your phone and not say anything, and also bang on your door. Front desk gives them notice that you're staying over and they still bother you.

Overall the hotel is beautiful and clean. I had an issue with a charge on my account and have call 3 times to get this corrected. I was disconnected 2 times before being transferred to a manager who's mailbox was full. This is not my normal experience with Hiltons. Very unprofessional.

Great stay — however, this is the first time I have stayed and was unable to get anyone to answer the phone for room service. I was attempting to order dinner but after 3 attempts I gave up trying to call. Never had that happen in the past. Otherwise overall stay was great!

A beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Nice touches include the manager's cocktail hour and the sumptuous breakfast with an omelette station, fresh fruit and hot oatmeal. Best breakfast by far during our 2 week road trip between Connecticut and Florida. Also appreciate that there were ample luggage carts in the lobby.

The fire alarm went off while we were there multiple times. The breakfast was plentiful but super salty. The room needed dusting. Dirty chair. Also, they deactivated our room key an hour before checkout.
