Had 5 night stay in Deluxe Double Room, fridge, stove, dishes etc. Room was older decor but very clean. Pool area was nice with tables & Umbrella's. Fenced for safety of children.

Well kept property. We added a night so the room we were given wasn’t finished being clean, which was fine but they forgot to replace the used towels in the bathroom (hanging behind the door). Beds a tad hard.

Our room had bugs, washroom smelled like sewage, hair and debris around edges of bed, counter tops were damaged and repaired with scotch tape and was noisy. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We got to the hotel around 10:30pm. Our key was left in the mailbox. We got into the room and it looked like someone was already sleeping in those beds. The pillows and the bedroom sheets were disorganized. There was blonde and curly black hair in both beds. It was evident that They forgot to clean the room. We called the lobby but no one was available, so we decided not to stay there. We dropped off the key in the same mailbox and left. We are trying to find another hotel to spend the night. Please we need you to refund us the money due to this bad service.

Very noisy as it’s right on highway 97. The pool was a nice touch but I only saw cleaning one day out of four that I was there! On my second day I developed a bacteria infection, could be from anything, but the coincidence seems strange! There was an old blood stain on the bedspread. No coffee maker in the room. No coffee in the main lobby. The dish towel looked like a torn rag. The bath matt looked a torn rag. The light fixture in the bathroom was full of dead flies. There was a squished mosquito on the bathroom wall. One of the stove elements was full of previous guests spills! The bath exhaust fan looked like it was ready to fall down. The hosts seemed nice but a little more attention to details and cleanliness would’ve gone a long way, in my opinion! I don’t plan to stay here again. Sorry.

Our usual place when staying in penticton. It is consistent and well priced. This visit was during the Easter long weekend so it was quite noisy in the evening until about 11pm, and the rooms are not super sound proof. Staff are nice, reasonable amount of parking, beds are comfortable and clean.

I loved the massive family rooms. Location is good to most things. We walked to the beach and market. It’s a long walk with kids. But we did it. Love the sitting area by the pool. Rooms are extremely dated but not an issue for us. Not as clean as i would have liked it but im a clean freak. Beds were good and kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. Would stay agin because of the large rooms.

We had an excellent 2-bedroom room with a balcony on one side and courtyard / pool on the other. The balcony was a bit noisy due to traffic but the set up was perfect for my granddaughter and I!

Everything was lovely and clean, the bedsheets and furniture are a bit dated, but the rest of the room was obviously recently updated including the bathroom. Wifi worked very well. Only complaint was it was mildly difficult to find parking outside our rooms when it was busier, but only a mild issue. Only a 15 minute walk to the main beach strip, very convenient hotel.

The front desk there was rarely someone there. I had to call the front desk on my phone as they left a phone number to call at 830 in the morning to check out and slide my keys through the mail slot. I was shocked that no one was on the premises

I love the convenience of this place… ample parking that is easy to maneuver, even in a larger truck. The staff is warm and helpful. Rooms are always very clean and well appointed. This has become my favourite place to stay in Penticton. See you next time!

The pool was really nice. It was odd that check out time was 10 am. Every other place i have stayed it has been 11 am and the person informing us of this was quite rude about it. Other than that, it was a great little getaway.

Staff did not respond to several requests after midnight to have the group partying at the poolside be quiet. All calls went to voice mail. Staff did not have guests adhere to pool hours, guests were in the pool before 8am and as late as 11pm, and not quietly. No staff member was in the office lobby for 10 minutes when I arrived to check in.

Unfortunately we had a pretty unpleasant stay here, we originally booked 2 nights, ended up having a family emergency which meant we couldn’t come for the Friday night booking, management was pretty unhelpful and not very understanding. We had a funeral to attend and when we expressed our situation to them they didn’t offer much help. All they said was “there’s a two night minimum” which meant we lost 250$. Which I understand policy and things like that but there was zero compassion or understanding extended to us which felt, not so nice. When we did arrive the next day, we got to our room and it stunk very badly like cigarette smoke. When we communicated this to the front desk staff, they seemed unphased, their suggestion was spraying febreeze in the room… and their only reply to our concern with the smell was reassuring us that all the rooms were non smoking. With no where else to stay and close to 500$ down the drain we decided to just stay but I would recommend booking accommodations else where in Penticton because this motel wasn’t it.

TV with cable and lots of channels. Would stay there again. Provided a parking spot at my door for my motorcycle.

Very convenient and reasonably priced for the off season. Beds are hard but not uncomfortable, however the traffic noise from the highway is very loud if your room is on that side.

Large 2 queen suite with separate bedroom. Well equipped with fridge and microwave. Awesome price for clean suite near Event Centre. Walked to concert. Liquor store, food close by. Bring your own wine glass. I’ll stay again next concert.

Very large spacious suite with full kitchen and separate bedroom with it's own balcony. The rooms needed to be aired out though because they smelled kind of musty. The beds and pillows were very comfy and the air conditioners worked great. The bathroom towels looked new and clean and plentiful. The kitchen could have used more attention from house keeping though because it had no spoons and the pans were old and one hadn't been washed properly. It was also missing a plug for the kitchen sink. The pot scrubber was a bit worn out and the tea towel and dishcloth looked old and worn out. The toaster didn't work and there was no baking sheet for the oven. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful by providing me with some spoons and an aluminum baking pan for the oven. I was also offered a toaster but at that point I no longer needed it. Unfortunately the pull out bracket on the living room TV was broken so it could only be viewed from the bed but not the couch. The location was great with a Tim Horton's right across the road, a drug store, grocery store and large convenience store at the gas station next door. I haven't stayed at any other motels in the area so I can't compare with the quality for the price but might stay somewhere else next time just to see.
