My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Arbors. The 24 hour free coffee and Krispy Kreme donuts were a perfect morning snack. The hot tub was wonderful for my aching back and legs. The campfire singer and S'Mores were very enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

This was my first time staying at Arbors but moving forward it will be my go to. The room was cleaned daily, they even replaced our sheets in n out 3 night stay. The outdoor music was very nice, the pool and hot tub being open 24 hours is a great perk. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The vouchers for free pancakes at Reagan’s Place were awesome. We opted to upgrade to the all you can eat Buffett and for two adults and two toddlers with drinks the total cost was only $13. The hotel providing snacks in the lobby and beverages 24 hours a day is also a nice touch. The owners have certainly paid attention to details and we certainly noticed. The hotel being located on the river is great if you like to fish you can even borrow fishing poles from the hotel. The literally thought of everything. We can’t wait for our next stay at the Arbors and also thank you to the Arbors for the texts that remind you of events taking place at the hotel daily.

Front desk agents were so friendly and helpful! Communication leading up to and during stay was proactive and greatly appreciated. Pool area and firepit pavillion areas are so nice and relaxing. They always had light food and beverage amenities in the lobby. Conveniently located within walking distance of The Island. Love this place, will be back!

Our kids had a blast at this hotel and did not want to leave. We were in town to go to Dollywood and I regret not having more time to just relax at the hotel. From before we checked in to after we left the communication was amazing. They even called on our second day to see if there was anything we needed. The hotel is older but they have done a lot to keep it updated and it is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. The landscaping on the property is beautiful and there are sitting areas everywhere along the patios. The kids loved the towel elephant that greeted us on the first day. There is a gazebo with a gas fireplace where they have smores every night. There is a singalong on Thursday through Sunday evenings. They have free lemonade, coffee, tea, fruit, and donuts all day long in the lobby. There is a small arcade with some old games like Pacman for the kids to play too. The pool is heated and open 24 hours. We loved our stay here and hope to be back soon.

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Flowers and grounds around hotel are beautiful. Free water, coffee, tea, lemonade, and doughnuts in lobby area. Very family friendly. Small areas for groups to gather at the end of each floor, and a bigger covered area with fire pit and rocking chairs and another gathering place in the pool area. Everything needed to make s’mores by the fire pit each evening, plus Campfire Bill, a fantastic, fun musician, played a couple of the nights we were there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Arbors. Our room was very clean and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Check in was very fast due to prepayment. I really enjoyed the lemonade in the lobby and the outdoor hottub and pool were very nice. The only thing I can complain about, and this wasn't their fault, we were on the 3rd floor and the morning we left the elevator was down. I'm disabled and have a hard time getting around so that made it hard to get our stuff downstairs but we look forward to going back and highly recommend this hotel!!

Traveling to Pigeon Forge for years and never knew this place existed. I’m hesitant to leave this review so as to not let the secret out of this hidden paradise. Well managed is an understatement and the housekeeping at this location should give in-service training throughout Pigeon Forge. Absolutely first class.. well done owners and management!

Room was clean but did smell if over use of disinfectant spray or some type of spray they used. Was overwhelming when you first came into the room. We did not get housekeeping the second day we were there. I just went and got clean towels at 7 PM. Housekeeper head never came to our room.

Missing light bulbs in the bathroom,bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, water spots on the ceiling, empty tip envelope left from previous guest left out on the desk. Arbors is always a great place to stay. This hotel has exceptionally clean rooms (some other, more expensive, hotels don't even come close). The rooms are not cramped, like some of the other hotels. All of the people we dealt with were very friendly and polite. Nice location, too.

It was just okay. It looked like at one time, it was a very nice up-to-date place to stay. And while it was mostly clean, it was pretty dingy in places. The ceiling had water marks on it and there was old mildew in the bathrooms. The Wi-Fi also was incredibly weak which made it difficult for further trip planning.

We just can’t say enough about this hotel! Friendliest staff ever! Rooms look newly renovated with big showers, microwave and mini frig. Pool area was clean and fun for kids, had a fire pit with rocking chairs and smores each evening. Also had someone playing guitar. The landscaping is so pretty and there are outside games to play. Rocking chairs outside of your room, it’s like having a balcony and not having to pay extra! Picnic area behind the hotel right beside the river, And did I say they had a friendly staff … anyway it’s centrally located in Pigeon Forge. Minutes walk to the Island, Three Bears, Go Carts, Food, and Arcades. We go to Pigeon Forge at least once a year and this is our first time staying here, this is our new GO TO! Book this hotel you won’t regret it.

Everything was good except the room was not quiet at all. The walls are paper thin. I was on the ground floor and I had an adjoining room which was probably the issue. Sleeping in was not an option! Overall the property was nice and staff were incredibly friendly. It's a fine place for families and kids but not the place for R&R and peace and quiet.

Property and room were great. The only thing I wish was different is I would have liked blackout shades in the room. It was still a great stay but that would have made it better. I would and will stay there again.

The hotel being located on the river is great if you like to fish you can even borrow fishing poles from the hotel. The literally thought of everything. We can’t wait for our next stay at the Arbors and also thank you to the Arbors for the texts that remind you of events taking place at the hotel daily.

The room was really nice but that was it. 2 days of our 5 day stay our room didn't get cleaned and we had to go to the front desk for fresh towels and toiletries. When we complained they didn't apologize but just said we will make a note of it. They only have one elevator and it was broken one of the days of our stay. It didn't affect us so much but there was a pair of elderly couples on the floor above us that were really having a hard time of it. When they complained they were told, "well at least you got some exercise" but no apology. No one was offered any compensation for any of their inconveniences or even an apology. The room was really nice but I was very disappointed in how it turned out.

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Flowers and grounds around hotel are beautiful. Free water, coffee, tea, lemonade, and doughnuts in lobby area. Very family friendly. Small areas for groups to gather at the end of each floor, and a bigger covered area with fire pit and rocking chairs and another gathering place in the pool area. Everything needed to make s’mores by the fire pit each evening, plus Campfire Bill, a fantastic, fun musician, played a couple of the nights we were there.

Great place right in the middle of everything. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The staff was incredible, called everyday to check in and make sure we didn’t need anything. I’ve stayed in pigeon forge/Gatlinburg for years and this was without a doubt the best place I’ve stayed within their price rate competition.

Our room was great. It has an easy access to the parking lot. The hotel is accessible to everything. One of the receptionists, named Gabby was really friendly and accomodating and provided all the necessary information we needed to explore the area from Pigeon Forge Island to Smokey Mountain National Park. She smiled and laughed a lot and was fun to talk to. I wish the morning receptionist was friendly too. She sits on the left side of the reception desk as you enter the main door. She barely smiled and not as accomodating. It really makes a lot of difference and affects the mood for the day. Otherwise, our stay would have been perfect.

We stayed one night during the July 4th holiday. They did a lot of renovations of the building and rooms. It is within walking distance to many attractions including the Islands of Pigeon Forge, where our favorite is Soar of America - similar to Soar in Disney. Walking along the street is easier than walking along the river. No free continental breakfast (buffet available for a small fee), but they provide a pancake breakfast with drink/coffee which should be sufficient for most people (actually more than enough).

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Arbors. The 24 hour free coffee and Krispy Kreme donuts were a perfect morning snack. The hot tub was wonderful for my aching back and legs. The campfire singer and S'Mores were very enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Very convenient location for walking to the Island. Staff and Hotel was nice, only downfall was the water pressure but besides that the shower stayed nice and hot the whole time which is unusual with that many guests! We will definately stay again!!

The Arbors at Island Landing is a great place to stay - so convenient to the Island, shops, dining options, off street parking, quiet at night, free breakfast available at the Pancake place across the road. The gardens and trees around the property, as well as the fire pit area, and pool, are just lovely. The shower is great with a stone floor and tiled walls - the glass partition doesn't stop all the water splashing out of the shower, so you need to be very careful when stepping out of the shower. The only downsides: some of the rooms are a bit tired (our net curtain had a tear in it) but others have been upgraded with new blinds etc. The microwave in our room had lost a leg and wobbled (minor detail in room 207). The elevator is out of action until mid-May, and tradesmen start at 7am, so you don't get a sleep in. Otherwise I highly recommend the Arbors - in the lobby hot and cold drinks are available, as well as fresh fruit and various items to eat. I look forward to returning in the future.

Can't say enough about this property and all the staff I encountered. It was one of the best places we have stayed. The room was beautiful. The entire property was very clean and well kept. You can tell the owner and their staff take great pride in this place. They don't provide breakfast on-site, but they give you a voucher to go across the street for a free breakfast every morning at a local pancake house. Great idea. And everyone there goes out of their way to cater to your every need. I will definitely be back, and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Our overall stay was great! The staff was so friendly! Cons: it took me a few turn arounds to find it. There’s not a huge sign out front like most of the others. Also, you share a balcony with the room next door which I didn’t care for. Poor water pressure in the bathroom. Pros: staff was amazing! The room was clean.. it’s convenient to restaurants, the convention center, entertainment, etc.. there are free snacks in the lobby for everyone to enjoy AND they have us vouchers for free pancakes across the street for breakfast. None of the cons would keep me from staying there again. We had a great trip.

The staff were available when we showed up at 1am and were curious. We were given vocuhers for breakfast to the pancake house across the street for free pancakes or a $6 buffet. The Pancakes were huge and delicious. It is located on the main strip where all the fun was. The hotel is old and has an old smell, the maid service needs to clean around the toilet. Parking was good.
