The hotel was nice, clean, and convenient for accessing the highway, restaurants, shops, and downtown Raleigh. The staff I interacted with were great. Will stay here again next summer. Only suggestion is having the bar stay open a little longer, as it closed by/before 10pm on Friday and Saturday night.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. We had drinks and dinner in their dining area and Monty was working the bar and waiting tables and he was really great. So friendly and helpful. It is great to have a bar and restaurant available without having to go out. Our room was very clean and comfortable and check-in/check-out were easy and quick. Great choices for breakfast too. Also the hotel is right next door to a multi-plex movie theater and we took advantage of that to see a movie.

The bed had dust bunnies on the side and the room smelled like smoke covered up by air freshener. The lobby and staff are nice but no one asked about my stay. The front desk seemed to know it was not a great room and checked if she should still give it to me. She did. It was late when I checked in and I had already ordered food to the room and did not want to change rooms. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom.

The room was clean and had plenty of space. Bathroom was clean and I appreciate that. The rain shower was very disappointing. I did not feel clean at all the water pressure was very light on the rain shower and should have an additional hose for attachment. The rain shower got me wet and that was it did not feel clean at all. The bed was comfortable. The hotel service was very good. Although it was confusing at breakfast time because I got breakfast with my stay and had to ask for help in order to obtain breakfast. The room was outdated and I put a towel down on furniture before I sat down on it because it looks “used” I would stay here again though because overall it was good!!!

Really enjoyed this clean, beautiful hotel. We had a suite room which was perfect with living area, a private bedroom with king bed with large bathroom and soaking tub + rainfall overhead shower. Friendly staff, excellent location, and fantastic breakfast. Will definitely stay here again

Had a good stay, very easy check- in and check-out the weekend of the dreamville festival. Clean room and clean area. Just our tv internet wasn’t working and we called for maintenance and no one came to fix it, but it’s whatever over all I’ll probably book again.

The room was a junior suite and of a good size. The bed was quite firm and the blanket and sheet were thin and rough. The room also was remarkably dim and the few over head lights took several moments to turn on once flipped. The room was clean enough, but there was some debris under the bathroom sink area. There is no complimentary breakfast which for the price is unusual. The only thing complimentary is some of the worst coffee I have ever had by the front desk. The front desk staff are friendly, there’s ample parking, and the location has several nice restaurants nearby. I stayed here as my coworkers were booked here as well, but left to my own decision I may find another option.

we we’re 5hrs late due to a wreck. Arrived at the hotel around 3:45am and no one was at the counter. I waited for several minutes and started asking out loud “is anyone here?” I happen to take a look outside and saw someone in a courtyard smoking. I walked out and asked if he worked here and he quickly threw his cigarette down and came inside. It is approximately 3:45 AM at this time and he proceeds to tell me he can’t log into the computer system and it will be a few minutes before he can give me a door card. I took it upon myself to go out while he was dealing with the computer to load up a carriage to bring our luggage in. We had our daughters small dog with us that we were supposed to give to her, however, due to us being so late due to the wreck, we could not give her the dog until early morning. As I was loading up the luggage, the guy comes out to hand me a card, and then turns around and walks back inside. As I was walking back in with the luggage, he asked me to come to the counter and fill out a piece of paper. When I got there, it was a piece of paper about having a dog, and I explain that this is my daughter‘s dog that I could not take to her because of being five hours late but she would be picking the dog up at 7 AM. Long story short they charged us a dig fee. We left the next morning by 8 AM so basically a large charge for a four hour stay. As a Hilton’s honor member this was horrible and unjust. I will never stay at any Hilton’s again!

What stood out about my stay at this hotel was the excellent service. Arthur at the front desk was on point in every aspect. Our check in was great. During the entire stay his service and hospitalty was unbelievable. He was so personable. The dining room staff was also great. Trey waitd on us both mornings and he was awesome. Gave us some great pointers.

The toilet didn’t work and maintenance never resolved issue for 3 days. We should have been moved to another functional room instead of them pretending they resolved the issue. The tub was extremely slippery and had no traction options and my wife slipped the first day falling in the tub bruising her rib cage severely. It was extremely disappointing cause we really did liked the hotel.

The air conditioner didn’t work and kept shutting off in the middle of the night, waking us up. I tried to call the front desk to ask for advice and our phone didn’t work. Tried calling with my cell phone 4 times and never got an answer.

This was one of the nicest chain hotels I have stayed in. My disappointment was with check-in and accessibility. Let's start woth check-in. We arrived to the hotel before check-in time to let them know we were in the area. We left to eat and came back at check-in time, which is 3 pm. We had to wait another hour and a half for our room to be cleaned. We were comped breakfast for the next morning after prompting for compensation sonce we had to wait on them. Also, I use a walker. When we finally get to our room, I cannot open the door because it is too heavy for me to push open with my walker. Luckily I wasn't traveling alone, but I shouldn't need an able-bodied person to open an "accessible" room. The room appeared clean and tidy. Nothing special. The bathroom did have a roll-in shower as we requested. The bathroom flooring outside of the shower was slick when wet. Basically from an accessibility stand point, this room tried but did not meet expectations for a safe trip. Thank goodness I do not travel alone.

This was my second stay at this hotel and it was just as I remembered, outstanding. The hotel is centrally located near shopping, entertainment, and Raleigh. It has quick access to the highway while still being set back which give you a safe and comfortable feeling. Great place to stay in Cary.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive to the guest. The waitresses on duty for breakfast were smiling faces & very helpful. Breakfast at this location was great, buffet style and made to order. Very clean property. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms a little small but very clean. Highly recommended
