Ein klassisches Motel One direkt neben dem Westbahnhof. Ich hatte das Zimmer im Innenhof, das sehr ruhig ist. Die One Lounge wurde sehr rege genutzt und lädt zum Austausch ein.

Wir konnten unsere Zimmer bereits frühzeitig beziehen und es war alles sehr sauber. Die Betten hatte eine angenehme Härte zum schlafen. Im Hotel war es angenehm ruhig. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Bar im Eingangsbereich war ansprechend und gut. Wir haben unser Zimmer lediglich als zu warm empfunden, trotz abschalten der Lüftungsanlage und öffnen des Fensters. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt.

The underground is right across the street from the hotel so it is very convenient to get anywhere in the city. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location and friendly staff. But for the price the room was tiny, and they didn’t have a family room for us inspite of booking for 3 people. The sofa bed they gave was full of dust and dirty. Staff were friendly and helpful.

If your goal is to be close to a metro station then this is a great option. However, if you have luggage, there is literally no room for it in these rooms. Nowhere to unpack, nowhere to put your suit cases, just a few hangers but no drawers or shelves or space. Also worth noting, this was the only hotel on my 4 city trip without a coffee maker in the room. The hotel is directly next to the metro station though which was quite handy and there are plenty of stores and restaurants close by.

If your goal is to be close to a metro station then this is a great option. However, if you have luggage, there is literally no room for it in these rooms. Das Hotel liegt super zentral und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um Wien zu erkunden. Wir waren schon mehrfach zu Gast und können es nur empfehlen. Toll ist der Flughafenbus, der direkt vor dem Hotel hält.

Het Motel One Westbahnhof ligt vlak naast het station, en ook vlakbij trams en metro, heel handig. De kamers zijn net en verzorgd, het personeel is vriendelijk. Ontbeten heb ik er niet, dat zag er heel erg druk uit, maar in het station en in de buurt zijn legio mogelijkheden om iets te eten.

Κλασικό motel One με τα γνωστά μινιμαλ δωμάτια ( επιμένουν στο να μην παρέχουν ψυγείο μικρό στο δωμάτιο) πολύ καθαρό με ευγενικό προσωπικό σε πολύ βολικό σημείο στην Βιέννη ( westbanhof) με όλα τα μέσα μεταφοράς διαθέσιμα. Το πρωινό basic για 17 ευρώ! Εξαιρετικό value for money!

The location is excellent. It is next to the train station. Other than that, this hotel is very plain. Bare minimums. No small fridge. No telephone to contact front desk or communicate with family/friends staying in another room. When we entered our room, there were 3 flies buzzing around. I went downstairs to inform the front desk and they didn’t seem to care. The rooms are very small. Over paid for what we got!

The location were perfectly for me next to underground,shops ,restaurants also ther is an airport bus every 30 which was every thing handy and reachable

It was very centralized and easy to travel from. Our concern was we have seen several mice at the patio seating during our stay of 4 days. They kept walking several of them at all times, when we sat outside. Also the waiter for the bar and restaurant was extremely rude and unkind.front desk staff Ahmed, Batuhan was extremely helpful and professional ! Also it’s a lot of noise the ambulance sirens are almost every hour 24 hours! And a lot of shady people around the hotel!
