Comfortable, quiet, extremely clean. A few steps from the red bus line. A 3min walk to the gondola for ski. Delicious Swiss breakfast. Ski room to leave your gear; plus they had a boot/mitten heater system. Dry and wet sauna. We had a room overlooking the Matterhorn! It was an amazing place to recharge after amazing ski days. Highly recommend.

3 min walk to the Furi lift, ski shop. 4 nice restaurants within 2-5 min walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. 15 min walk into town, or bus stop in front of the hotel (we always walked, which was lovely). Rooms were a good size. Bed was very comfy. Steam/sauna was very nice. Nice breakfast. And perfect view of the Matterhorn.

This family run business keeps the rooms spotless. All common areas are clean. Breakfast is average (we dont expect gourmet breakfast in Zermatt anyway). Ski room for equipment and boot warmers. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. The owner is super nice and helpful. The hotel is 7 minutes walk from the lift on a hill - ok to walk with snowboards and skis. Redline (free electric) bus stops very close to the hotel.

Kleines aber sehr feines Hotel. Der Frühstückraum hat eine direkte Sicht zum Matterhorn. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Skiraum mit Skischuheizung. Das Hotel liegt 150m von der Furi Gobdelbahn. Also alles perfekt.

The cereal bowls and lot of cutlery is dirty and unwashed. The fire alarm kept ringing at night for all the customers and couldn’t sleep. The room is very small and bathrooms are tiny, especially the shower.

We had a great time in this hotel. The staff in the reception is very nice and accommodating, breakfast selections are all good. The best part is the view of the Matterhorn in the balcony of our room and in the dining area. Overall, we had a great stay.

Generally a good stay. However, we had a top floor room with a Matterhorn view and the shower head was located below my chest. I'm a guy so I am not typically really worried about things like this but it made for an awkward and uncomfortable shower experience. Breakfast didn't start until 7:30 and the charge for coffee from the machine outside of breakfast hours seemed unnecessary.

Amazing views, hotel is away from the main street and the crowds, which was exactly what we were looking for! The room on the top floor had unbeatable view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was also great with many options to choose from (cereal, breads and pastries, fruit, cold oatmeal). The staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable

Great hotel. Nice views of the Matterhorn. Quiet and safe. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is great too. The hotel is close to the gondola but a good 20 min walk to the town. There is a convenient bus that takes you to the town for free but only until 8pm. Zermatt is very safe and easy to walk around. We went with our parents and kids and had a great time. Hope to come back soon.

Great view from the property. Charming hotel. Very nice staff that accommodated our changes and took good care of my daughter when she arrived alone. The location is a ways from the train station so one should consider hiring transportation from the train station to the hotel.

It was so close to Bussio and the tram and they were so helpful on where to go and what time were best. They also offered a lunch sandwich we could make at breakfast for only 4 $ They were very kind to store our bags for several hours before we left for the day

O hotel é incrivel e a vista é maravilhosa. Só vale o ponto de atenção que fica longe da ferroviaria e que o onibus só passa ate as 19h. Então quem chega depois desse horario tem q pegar um taxi ou ir a pé (tem uma bela subidinha).

This place was absolutely perfect! Assuming you’ll be arriving at the train station, the bus to bring you to Mountain Paradise is super easy to find - the stop is right across the street. The room that we had was perfection. It was exactly what I imagined for a vacation in Switzerland. The staff was kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

A great location in Zermatt away from the commercial area. Also a great view of the Matterhorn! Getting a room with a mountain view is definitely worth it! We had a wonderful stay and hated to leave. Breakfast was included and was excellent !
